Origin: Weiss is known as the ice queen and once again Neptune is the Roman god of the seas.
Opinion: I really like this ship. Weiss was shown to have a crush on Neptune in volume 2 and while it was never confirmed that Neptune liked her back I still like the thought of them as a couple. One of my favorite moments with them was at the tournament when Weiss cheered on Neptune but then he started flirting with team NDGO to which Weiss replied "Rip his stupid face NDGO!!" XD
