Time to rerate another ship

Origin: I put it in my first rating of this ship so check it out there.

Opinion: So I used to like this ship a lot. However now I'm more neutral. When Neptune was first introduced I really shipped this because it was obvious Weiss liked him. She tried to be with him on their Vale mission and she asked him to the Beacon dance. With Neptune we don't really see what he thinks of Weiss but I'm pretty sure he likes her. He told Jaune he thought she was cool but that he didn't want to go to the dance with her because he can't dance. Of course Neptune flirted with her but he's a big flirt so it makes me wonder if he really does like her or if she was just a girl he felt like flirting with. I'm not trying to make him sound like a bad person. The other reason I feel neutral on this ship is because we haven't seen Neptune since volume 3. I thought we were going to see him in volume 5 but I was wrong. Honestly I'm not even sure he's gonna come back. The only way I think he might is because he's a team member of a main character's team. But since we haven't seen him recently that's why I don't ship this as much as I used to.
