WARNING: LONG-ish CHAPTER 

"What? I don't want to come back, though."

"You don't have to come back, they just wanna see you again. They're all really worried about you."

"Well. Uh, fine. I guess."

"REN!"

Before I know what's going on, I'm wrapped up in a hug by Sekia. "I missed you so much! But you had me worried sick! Why did you run off? I was doing everything I could do to find you! Oh, I'm so glad you're safe!"

Safe... Safe..... Safe? I shake my head. No. I'm not safe. Nothing is okay. I'm not safe, no one is! I'm. Not. SAFE! 

~*Sekia POV*~

Ren's eyes turn bright red. His once-white hair grows black. He pulls the green coat he wears over his head and drops to the ground with his coat covering him. 

Akiko takes a step back. "Uh, I'm gonna go find the others." She murmurs and dashes out of the forest. 

The Cresselia sighs and flies above the trees. "Sekia, whatever you do, don't fight Ren. Just wait until I return." 

I'm standing in front of Ren, who's still on the ground, frozen in terror. I can't do anything except watch.  

He slowly stand up, leaving the coat on the ground. The poor Shaymin's eyes are huge. He now stands before me with black-green hair that's much spikier than normal, a black leather jacket, and maroon pants. He has strange black markings on his face. He grins evilly. 

"What are you doing, Ren?" I whisper.

"I am not safe. No one is safe now. Nothing is okay. Nothing is normal now. Now that I've unleashed my true power, nothing can stop me. No one is safe, including myself. But I am too powerful to stop myself completely." 

I nod. "Okay, let's talk this out now. You're incredibly powerful. In fact, too powerful. You can't control yourself. Now let's just sit down and think of what we can do to---"

"Fight me!" He roars.

"Nope!" I remember what Eclipse told me. 

But it's too late. The Shaymin boy is already running after me, shooting Energy Balls. I barely dodge them and keep repeating in my head what Eclipse told me. "Sekia, whatever you do, don't fight Ren." 

He's catching up to me. His latest Energy Ball flies right above my head and collides with a huge tree in front of me. It collapses in front of me, blocking my way. I can't even try to jump over it. I turn around to face Ren. 

"Fight me, Sekia. Fight me!" Ren bellows.

"That's Ren? No. Unbelievable."

I spin around to see no other than Akiko with Mirka, Juliette, Strong, and Vixen standing behind her, all standing in disbelief. 

That last remark was from Vixen. 

"Yes. Yes, more people to destroy! Now all of you! Fight me! You must FIGHT ME!" Ren screeches. 

I shake my head rapidly. "Just run." I hiss. 

"HEY, REN! HEY, HEY, HEY! LOOK! I WANNA FIGHT! FIGHT TIME, OOH!" Juel uses her ability to be incredibly loud and annoying to distract Ren. The others follow her example and start running the opposite direction. 

I grin and start chasing Ren as well. As I run, I turn into a pure Houndoom.

As we enter the clearing, Eclipse is talking to the Darkrai that Akiko and I met earlier. They're so deep into their discussion, they don't even realize that we're here. But someone else does.

sorry i haven't been updating much, but this story is actually coming to a close. but don't worry! soon there's gonna be a new book! yes, this is gonna be a series.
