The Ultheceran Houndlizard is the only Houndlizard that is capable of reading minds and entering the dreams of those on Menagerie. They are normally docile and tend to sleep for a very long time. They prefer to eat the shrimp, crabs, clams and octopus that reside within Menagerie's seas. Steal from them and you will go insane for they have gone into your mind and they will make you see your worst fears, make you see things, feel things and taste things. Their eggs are oddly leathery and look like rocks. They rank as the fourth largest Houndlizard. They have a secondary mouth inside their mouth that is shaped like a large parrot beak.
