Watt is an Electric Coralmander, they are blind large skinny salamanders that can produce electrical currents within their watery domain. the middle finger on the front legs can actually tap into people's minds so they can communicate. they live in the rivers and lakes all around Menagerie. WARNING don't let them near anything electrical, they WILL fry your devices and or somehow turn into electrical currents and go into your wall.
