Despite common belief, goblins actually do have standards! They're not many, but they are very important. They insure the integrity of us goblins, the respect, acceptance, and inclusion of others, as well as everyone's well-being.

We have morals, standards, and beliefs to uphold, and if you can't get behind them, can't say I want you around, buddy.

1.) "Treat others the way you want to be treated." And we mean that in the most rawest sense. If you want the iron in your blood seeped from your body and your bones forged into the strongest weapons, do that to others.

2.) Stan LGBTQA+ rights. That means no erasure of bi, pan, or omni sexualities as well as aro/ace. Accept polyamory. As long as a relationship is consensual and legally-biding, why should you care. We also respect all gender identities, including trans, gender fluidity, and the lack of gender. Gender is an arbitrary social construct and therefore flexible and subjective to each person. 

3.) Religious tolerance. Everyone can worship whatever god, goddess, or supernatural omnipresent deity they want, but you can't make other people do what your deity says.

4.) Beauty doesn't matter. Every body is a goblin body and therefore every body is perfect. Your body belongs to you, so dress as you please. Decorate yourself with colors and shinies, or go messy. No one is obligated to look good.
