Quick note: I'm using stuff from Alpha and Beta Bully, so you might see some major differences in this chapter. Also, I am gonna add some quotes and improve some scenes.

(Y/N)'s Voiceover

"So here I am, at probably the worst school on the planet, whose alumni are nothing but arms dealers, serial killers, and corporate lawyers. Real scum. And that old creep thinks he can tame me? We shall see my friend. I only give people what they have coming to them."

A few minutes later, after (Y/N)'s meeting with Ozpin
Glynda Goodwitch is showing (Y/N) around the school since Ozpin told her too. She made sure that (Y/N) is on her tail and not go wandering about. Both of them walked around the main building from the Halls to different rooms. Students saw both Glynda and (Y/N) walking together, especially a short black kid. They quickly looked away when the middle-aged blonde give them death glares.

Glynda started explaining the classes in the Main building. "Most of your classes are going to be in this building. Biology, Art, and Photography is on the top floor." Glynda pointed her finger to the ceiling, resembling the second floor of the building. (Y/N) didn't say a thing and kept listening. "Your chemistry, English, Math, and Geography are on this floor." Again, Glynda pointed her fingers down on the floor, resembling the floor that they are on.

"There are morning and afternoon classes, you are expected to attend both classes at both times, but you may pick whatever class appeals to you." She explained.

"And why is that?" (Y/N) asked.

"It's another one of Professor Ozpin's innovations, he's highly respected in educational circles. If you're not in class at the appropriate time, you CAN get in a lot of trouble." She said.

"Figured you said that..." (Y/N) mumbled.

"I could take you to pass the fountain to the gym, Harrington house, and...the auto shop," Glynda said groaning a bit at the last part. "But I still have a few things to do for the day. We can continue tomorrow morning."

She continued. "In the meantime, you should go to the boys' dorm and change to your school uniform. We don't want to have a student wearing like that around." She pointed to (Y/N)'s current wear with her crop. (Y/N) groaned in response. "You can run along now, young Hopkins, and make sure you wore the uniform we placed for you."

"I'll be sure of it." (Y/N) said non-enthusiastically and walked away to the main door of the building.

(Y/N) walked out of the main building with a sigh as he makes his way to the boys' dorm and to wear his school uniform. Again, he walked by several students that were doing their own school life or staring at him.

When (Y/N) made it to the dorm, three students in white shirts were standing in front of the dorm, blocking his path. The three students are Fox Alistair, Brawnz ni, and Nolan Porfilio. They looked like they're looking up for a fight.

"Guess what time it is?" Brawnz said. "Yep! Time for a beatdown!"

(Y/N) stepped back a little, only for Roy stallion and another white shirt student to block away his escape. "Get the new kid! Get'em!" The former said.

Hopkins look back upfront, seeing Nolan and Fox separated from Brawnz, with the brown-skinned student readied himself for the beatdown.

He wasn't fazed by this as he too readied himself. "Alright, tough guy." (Y/N) said. "You want a beatdown? I'll give you one."

"Ohoho, new kid going all and out? Fine. Move aside fellas, I'll take care of him on my own." Brawnz said. Fox and Nolan moved to the back and spectated with the rest.

Both Hopkins and Brawnz readied their stance as they waited on who goes first. Not surprisingly, Brawnz charges at Hopkins and threw a punch at him. (Y/N) recovers quickly and punches back, but Brawnz blocked them with his arms.

When Brawnz threw more punches at (Y/N), he quickly block them with his arms like what Brawnz did. Hopkins blocked six strikes from Brawnz until his arms gotten swollen.

He saw that Brawnz stopped punching to rest his fists. This gives (Y/N) the opportunity to fight back as he did so. (Y/N) punched him to the face three times before he gets the chance to block.

While both Hopkins and Brawnz were fighting, the latter's friends were cheering and commenting on the fight. Like these;

"Take him out!"
"Fight! Fight! Fight!"
"Haha, yeah! Kick his ass!"

This gave Brawnz some sort of a morale boost as he successfully blocked and dodged (Y/N)'s attacks. Brawnz unleashed strikes after strikes, which hit (Y/N) a few times. Fed up, (Y/N) thought of ending this before he gets into more trouble.

(Y/N) then grabbed Brawnz by his shirt and grapple punch him to the face and the chest, then he used his right knee and slam it to his chest. He then threw him to the ground and then he kicks him before he gets up.

When Brawnz is still incarcerated on the ground, (Y/N) got on him and humiliates him by spitting right at his face which he wiped it off. ''AGH! The fuck man??"

Still confined, (Y/N) threw one last punch to his face. The impact knocked the student out and (Y/N) has won the fight.

He got off of him as he laughs in victory. "Hahaha. That's what you get!"

His victory was short-lived when he heard the door open from the boys' dorm. He turned around, revealing Yatsuhashi Daichi, angered that one of his friends was both beaten and humiliated by the new kid.

"You're dead, new kid! Dead!" Yatsuhashi roars in anger, running down the steps and send a heavy punch to (Y/N) which made him fall to the ground.

Before he gets to deal more damage to him, a voice shouted. "Hey, you! Break it up!"

One of the teachers, revealed to be James Ironwood, had saw the fight from a distance and runs to them. This made Fox, Roy, Nolan, and the other student to run away. When Ironwood reaches them, (Y/N) got up and Yatsuhashi stopped fighting.

"That's enough of that. Break it up!" Ironwood then turns to Hopkins. "Why aren't you in your uniform, young man? Go change immediately!"

Yatsuhashi walked away from them while (Y/N) walks to the front of the dorm. He looks back to Ironwood for a sec and turned back to the door. "Aw, come on..." He said since he has gotten in trouble again.

In the boys' dorm
(Y/N) had entered the building and was going straight to one of his rooms to pack away his stuff.

He passed another student wearing a green vest and ignored him as usual. But the student, which is Mercury Black, decides to call him out. "Hey, you're the new kid," he said.

"Yeah." (Y/N) said. "What's it to you?"

"Friendly aren't ya?" He said in a calming manner.

"Give me a break, loser."

Mercury walked a bit closer to him. "Hey, relax friend, you're all pent up. Go easy, or they'll put you on medication. They did it to me. Boy - nearly sent me insane..."

"That's fascinating." (Y/N) said sarcastically as he was about to walk away. "Now, if you'll excuse me-"

"I said relax, friend," Mercury said, stopping (Y/N) by grabbing his left arm.

"Get off, man!" (Y/N) said, freeing his hand from his grasp.

"Listen to me, tough guy. You just arrived at the toughest school in the planet and I'm offering to be your friend. Trust me, in a place like this, you're gonna need friends." Mercury assured. "So it's up to you. You gonna play nice, or what?"

(Y/N) gave him a nod since he was right and replied. "Yeah, sure."

"Good," Mercury said smiling as he walked with him. "How bout I show you around?"

Both students walked to the recreation room at the center which has a TV, a sofa, an arcade game console, a soda machine, and a table to play some poker. There were 1-3 students in the room either playing the arcade, sitting on the sofa while watching the TV, or throwing darts at a drawing of Professor Ozpin stuck to a wall.

Mercury went near the soda machine and spoke to (Y/N). "We don't have a bar in the dorm, just a soda machine."

"Eh, that's fine." (Y/N) shrugged. "I am a bit thirsty."

He took out a dollar coin as he put it in the machine and chose the soda. He then grabs it and took a quick drink. When it's empty, he crushed the can and threw it in a nearby trash.

"Can't never have too much sugar." (Y/N) commented.

Mercury just rolls his eyes. "You should probably change into your uniform if you don't want to get in trouble."

They both begin to walk to (Y/N)'s dorm room. He enters the room as Mercury stood outside and went elsewhere. (Y/N) changed his outfit to his school uniform which is a blue sweater vest.

After changing, (Y/N) sat on the side of his bed, solemnly staring at the floor for minutes. Another kid came into his room and saw (Y/N). It was Oscar pine wearing the same blue vest as him, but he has a pink shirt on.

"Hey, how you doing? You must be the new kid." Oscar greeted. "I'm Oscar. Oscar Pine." He holds his hand out for a handshake.

"(Y/N) Hopkins and don't ask how I'm doing." He greeted back but does not shake Oscar's hand as he stands up. "I've been here like ten minutes and already people want me dead. Even my parents didn't hate me this quickly!"

"Well...welcome to Beacon. It's a dump." Oscar said.

"Great, I've been expelled from anywhere halfway decent." (Y/N) replied and as he was saying that, Mercury walked in the room.

"Yeah I've been expelled from anywhere halfway decent 'cause I'm really bad"," Mercury said mockingly while clapping slowly. "Give up the tough guy act, pal."

"Hey man, what's your problem?" (Y/N) asked.

"Well, A.D.D. primarily, but also life, my dad, this school, civilization, but really, honestly, enough about me. Oh, and I see you've met the dorm's mascot." Mercury noted to Oscar while grabbing his shoulder and drags him closer. He announced. "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you "Femme Boy", the girliest boy in school!"

Mercury shoves him after the last part and asked to him. "Piney, haven't you got some imaginary friends to go annoy?"

"Why don't you just leave me alone, Mercury!?" Oscar snarled.

Mercury wasn't fazed by it as he let out a chuckle. "Look at you! "Leave me alone Mercury! I'm really self-important now that I've finally hit puberty!" What's your problem?" He mocked him. He then went to (Y/N) and put a hand on his shoulder as he continued. "I'm just being nice to the new kid as he passes through Beacon on his inevitable journey to prison."

(Y/N) swiped Mercury's hand off of his shoulder. "Look, I gotta unpack. Would you guys mind getting out of here?" He gestured to his doorway.

"Oh, now look what you've done, Oscar! (Y/N) can't stand you already!" Mercury blamed as he walked out of (Y/N)'s room, followed by Oscar who gave (Y/N) a small wave before exiting.

(Y/N) closed the door as he fully observed his dorm room, and let's just say it's pretty dirty and shitty. Various papers were all over to the ground, the bed is not tidy, chairs weren't in place, etc. However, Hopkins is not disgusted by this as he got used to it.

It will take him some time to unpack his stuff and maybe check the schedule of this shithole school.

Approx 15-20 minutes later

(Y/N) Hopkins finished unpacked and checked all the schedules of the academy. It was 9 am in the morning. He remembered when Glynda said something about t Morning classes starting at 9:30

Mercury stopped by to remind (Y/N) to meet him at the main school building so he can show him around the place while he was still unpacking.

Remembering what he said, (Y/N) exited his room and went out of the boys' dorm to get to the main building. He just hoped none of the white-shirt students will chase him along the way, especially if one of them was Yatsuhashi.

Skip to the Main building
(Y/N) had made it inside the building, safe. Like he expected, some of Yatsuhashi's goons tried to chase him and beat him down. (Y/N) would've fought them, but he had no time and had successfully outran them.

He then saw Mercury picking on a fat student which didn't fight back. The grey-haired student shoved his left shoulder as the student ran away. Mercury turned to the door where (Y/N) is and went to him.

"Hey (Y/N), let me show you around this prison." He said.

"Sure, just lead the way." Mercury smiles and head over to the location where the school store is, with (Y/N) following him.

They went to the nearby lockers and stopped to see Yatsuhashi standing in front of what looks to be his own locker.

"That's Yatsu's locker. You know, the big ape that almost put you in the hospital." Mercury said.

Yatsuhashi spotted (Y/N) as he ran to him. He still has the same angry face when he was at the front of the boys' dorm. "You! You're that kid who beat up one of my squadron. You will pay for it!" He cracked his knuckles in response.

Not wanting to cause trouble, (Y/N) tried apologizing to him. "I didn't mean to piss you off, okay? They were just in my way."

Yatsuhashi growled. "If you don't want to fight, then give me your money. All of it if you want!"

(Y/N) sighed as he took out 2-3 dollars and gave it to the big guy. "Here. Just please let me off the hook."

Yatsuhashi let out a laugh and murmuring about (Y/N) being stupid as he grabbed the money from his hands. He then locks (Y/N) into a headlock while his free hand gives (Y/N)'s head a noogie. "Thanks for the money, weakling!"

Yatsu let go of him as he ran away elsewhere. Mercury just stood there chuckling of what happened. "Now come on, let's break into it and steal something. That'll teach him."

Hopkins walks to Yatsu's locker and proceeds to lock-pick it. He had experienced in lock-picking before, so this wasn't his first time. As Hopkins was lock-picking, Mercury informed. "Don't let the prefects see you break any rules, they'll hurt you."

Hopkins successfully unlocked the lock and opened Yatsu's locker. He grabs a cap with the label "Beacon" and then close the door. "Well done." Mercury congratulates him.

Unfortunately, one of the prefects saw them lock-picking and ran to them. "You just made a serious mistake!" He then chases after Mercury, which he ran forward. (Y/N) ran in the opposite direction and decides to hide in the trash.

As he was hiding, the same Prefect that was chasing Mercury came back to the spot and searched for (Y/N). Thanks to the trashcan, the prefect was unable to find him as he gives up and walks away, which he then gets out of the trashcan, wiping off the garbage stuck to him.

Mercury came back since he too outran the prefect. "Alright (Y/N), this way." (Y/N) proceeds to follow Gary until they stop in front of a girls' bathroom.

A girl exited the bathroom revealing to be Nora Valkyrie and she was seen crying hysterically.

(Quick Note: She is not fat like Eunice in the game. She is still in her original weight for this book)

Mercury then compliments. "Oh, man! There's that hyper chick, Nora. Let's have some fun with her. Go to her and see what she wants."

(Y/N) head over to the girl and greeted. "Hey there, what's wrong?"

Nora looked to him, still crying and sniffing. "H-He took my chocolate...please get it back!"

(Y/N) raised his eyebrow wanting to know who 'he' is until Mercury clarified. "I think she's talking about Mata. That jerk always causes trouble. Follow me, I bet he's at the boys' bathroom."

Hopkins nodded and followed Mercury to the boys' bathroom where Mata is with Nora's chocolate. They ran all the way to the corner of the right side of the school and walked in front of the bathroom door. They saw Mata, a student with two horns on each side of his head. He was eating a heart-boxed shaped chocolate, which belonged to Nora.

"There he is." Mercury pointed. "Show him what you're made of, Hopkins." 

(Y/N) went to Mata, which he is still eating the chocolate, not noticing his presence. "Hey, you." This got the ram's attention as he stopped eating and looked at (Y/N). "I see you're eating a box of delicious chocolate, that YOU stole. So I want you to give it back to the girl or else."

Mata let out a scoff. "Or else what? Call the Prefects or Teachers on me?" He said with a smug face.

Hopkins smirked and responded. "No, this." He grabbed Mata's chocolate-covered hand and starts to twists the skin on the wrist in two different directions, causing a friction burn. 

Mata screeches in extreme pain from the burn. "Ok ok, here's your stupid chocolate!" He said, wanting to stop the burning pain.

(Y/N) took it from his hands as Mata rubbed his left arm from the burning pain. "Thank you." (Y/N) said as he leaves him alone in the bathroom. 

Mercury can't help but laugh at Mata. "That was very rad of you. Let's go back to Nora." 

(Y/N) nods as they both ran back to the girl's bathroom where Nora is still at. (Y/N) went to her and gave the chocolate box back to her. "I got your box of chocolate back."

Nora gasped and took the chocolate box. "Thank you so much!"

"It's no big deal." (Y/N) said.

Nora then twirled her fingers a bit. "Hey, um...you wanna make out?"

(Y/N) raised his eyebrow a bit. "Uh..i guess-"

He didn't get to finished his sentence as Nora immediately grab a hold of him and started kissing his lips aggressively and slobbery. After a few seconds, (Y/N) broke the kiss as he let out a "Sheesh" while wiping his lips.

Nora giggled and said, "I'll remember this forever!" Nora then ran off elsewhere, leaving (Y/N) with Mercury in which the latter had his jaw dropped after seeing the kiss.

"Damn, you actually kissed her??" Mercury said in shock while a bit disgusted.

"It wasn't really necessary. I just went with it." (Y/N) replied still wiping and cleaning off his lips from the kiss.

"Let's just go to the cafeteria. I'll show you the cliques in this school and who's who." Mercury runs off, leaving the girl's bathroom with (Y/N) following him.

To the Cafeteria
Both students make their way to the cafeteria. When they entered, it was filled with students that were either eating, talking, or messing around.

"Feeding time at the zoo," Mercury said, observing the crowded cafeteria. He then begins to give (Y/N) a rundown on all of the school cliques. "Okay, here's the deal."

Mercury pointed at three students wearing glasses and green vests while playing some sort of board game, with whom the students were Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, and Nadir shiko. Mercury starts explaining. "Over there we got the Nerds. Of course, they're complete social outcasts."

"They look pretty harmless." (Y/N) said.

"They're actually sneaky bastards." Mercury clarified. "Their turf is the library."

Mercury then gestures to three other students, which were Henry Marigold, Weiss Schnee, and Ivori as all three of them wore Aquaberry vests. Henry has his arm around Weiss and Ivori had his left knee kneeling on the bench. The trio were talking nonsense like rich people do.

"And those are the preps," Mercury said about them. "They're all money and condescending attitudes."

"Yeah, massively inbred, and completely brainless." (Y/N) said.

"Very observant, (Y/N) boy," Mercury said impressed as they look to the other school cliques.

They both looked to where Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, and Russel thrush, which they dressed in leather or denim jackets over dull blue school sweaters, along with school slacks or jeans. Cardin is leaning against the food tray with Dove and Russel standing on either side of him.

Mercury then explained. "Now over there are the greasers. They think they're tough."

"Or at least try to look tough." (Y/N) added.

"Wouldn't advise messing with them. At least not yet. They hang by the auto shop." Mercury and (Y/N) look to the table where the final school clique students are.

"And last but not least: The Jocks." They saw Sun Wukong, Sage Ayana, and Neptune Vasilias dressed in leather man jackets or the athletic beacon T-shirts. Sage and Neptune were arm wrestling as Sun encourages both of them.

Mercury continued. "These guys rule the school. Definitely, avoid them."

"Whatever, I'm not afraid of some dumb 'roid monkeys." (Y/N) said.

"You'll learn." As Mercury said that, the bell rings which signifies the start of Morning class. "Come on, let's go." Both of them exit the cafeteria to go to their classes.

When they exited the cafeteria, they were encountered by one of the Prefect as he lectures them to go to class. "You're here to learn, not to goof off. Get to class."

"Welp, see you around, Hopkins." Mercury ran off to his respective class. (Y/N) chooses which class he would go to first. Then Chemistry popped up from his mind and then he began to search for the chemistry class.

To the Chemistry Class
(Y/N) found the door to the chemistry class, which is labeled 'Chemistry' by the side of the door. Several students who were interested in chemistry already entered the room. (Y/N) then followed suit.

When he entered, the room is filled with all kinds of chemistry stuff, like potions or books containing all things of chemistry. (Y/N) saw the teacher who was Bartholomew Oobleck as he is preparing his things.

Oobleck saw a glimpse of Hopkins and immediately turned to him. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE??" oobleck asked, but then he realized it was class time. "..oh right, class."

(Y/N) rolls his eyes and head over to one of the tables as class was about to start. "Take care to follow my instructions precisely, as we will be working with volatile chemicals today." He heard Oobleck announced to the students. He lets out a sigh as class begins.

Two and a half hours later

(Y/N) got out of the room as he had aced the chemistry class today. Doctor Oobleck was satisfied by his work as he hoped to see him in the next class. Top of that, (Y/N) had made some firecrackers that he can use to knock out students for fun.

(Y/N) hoped that his time in Beacon will not be as worse as the time he was in other schools. At least for now, because more obstacles will be in his way.
