Ok so we all have are own opinions on how the Blackswan raised Sophie, but how well did really do?

The blackswan created Sophie most likely to unite humans and elves. Although this has not be 100% proven, this is what I will be going with. Sophie was born in San Fransisco, where she went to school and was watched over by Mr.Forkle. So why was this not the best idea?

First off, Elves are all very smart and beautiful creatures, so of course the would be jealous of Sophie. Sophie has a ton of mental problems because of her time as a human. Every bad thought, every harsh word, and every strange thought she heard (thats how hard trauma can start). This is not at the fault of the Blackswan how ever, they could never have fully calculated that, the problem the Blackswan failed to realize is the jealousy aspect of this. If in fact connecting Sophie with humans was their goal how could them look over such a big issue.

When people are jealous of one another they don't make friends with the or share anything with them. Therefore Sophie has no reason, other than her family(which as we can see have not been with her for a few years now) , to help the humans. If you were in that situation would you be ok standing up for a race that never liked you. Not only did they not like you but you had to hear everything in their heads. Each terrible thought would probably make you lean to the elves are better side.

Secondly, Sophie came into the elven world with no knowledge of this world. In the same aspect that Sophie never felt right in her world, the elven world is a brand new place to her and she feels out of the loop.

THE SCHOOOOLLLLL SITUATION AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! This makes me the most messed up. So Mr. Forkle said oh like it was not time yet, BUT SHE DID NOT GET A FULL EDUCATION BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Why does this make me so angry I HAVE NO IDEA BUT I WON'T STOP. (I might make a post on that we will see)

I'm not gonna give you the bad with out what could make it better.

First, Jealousy is 100% natural so what could they do to fix this. So the thing I came up with is traveling. Traveling would not only fix the problem with the Neverseen and the Vackers looking for her. This would also probably mean the attention she would get with her smarts and it would help with the attention caused by her looks because no one would care. Not only would it help with the existing problems but I would create new opportunities for her. Would Sophie be as clumsy, would she have killed the Neverseen first book, and would she actually appreciate the light of our lives Dex (and Elwin of course)

Now if this was thought by a supposedly less smart human it makes this plan what where the Blackswan thinking. Are they evil, are the elves wrong about the smart difference, or is this a book for middle schoolers that is not this deep.

So I love Elwin, as you may or may not be able to tell. Thank you @The_Author2 for asking me this. Elwin has a sick name. (I really would love to go by Elwin one day because it sounds like I'm a great wizard of Dhjoaj) Quick question when has Elwin ever done anything bad to Sophie.

Alden has, Fitz has, Keefe has, Dex has, Bianna has, pretty much everyone intruduced very early (like not Tam and Linh they are best bois) have hurt Sophie in some way or another. Elwin not only has not hurt Sophie he helps her time and time again.

Over all Elwin is 100/10
