"What happened back there though?" Nathaniel asked with deep concern for Marinette who just stared at him blankly.
     "Marinette?" Nathaniel asked, trying to snap her back to reality, as he put his hand over hers, in an attempt of support.

     Marinette blinked a few times while falling out of her daze, "I'm sorry, I just have a lot in mind." She gave him a slight sincere smile.
     "I have to get back home now.." Nathaniel returned the smile with a slight tint in his cheeks, "I hope you get better, Marinette."
He gave her a faire la bise as he pulled his hand away, and left, looking back at her and giving her a bigger smile.

     Marinette soon realized she had no ride home, she groaned and called Alya.
     "Marinette?" Alya asked sounding sleepy.
"This is she, are you busy? I need a ride home from the hospital." Marinette prayed her friend wasn't too sleepy.
     "I can't i'm already in bed but i'll call someone, just wait in the lobby." Alya apologized.

     Marinette sighed as she finished the last of her paperwork. Sitting in one of the plush chairs in the hospitals lobby.
     She used a migraine as an excuse and was assigned a prescription she was tempted to take it all and hope that was the end of 'Mr Hawkmoth'

     She heard a honk outside and she jumped startled. She looked around the lobby to see it empty, the person who honked must have been trying to grab her attention.
     Marinette walked out and there she saw Adrien smiling at her.

"You scared me shitless." Marinette said as she opened the door to the passenger side on his car.
"As I could tell, princess," He smirked. "What are you ever doing in the hospital?"
"A migraine." Marinette muttered, how was it easier to lie to a stranger than someone who you know?
"Liar.." Adrien teased, knowing the girl well enough.

"Where are we going?" Marinette asked, noticing how they were going the opposite direction of where she lived.
"My house." Adrien responded proudly, "I'm going to watch over you tonight."

They both arrived to the mansion and Marinette looked around, it looked so dark and gloomy.
"You hungry?" Adrien asked casually, to fill the awkward void.
"Yes!" Marinette almost yelled but laughed afterward with Adrien busting out laughing and led her towards the kitchen.

"Our Chef took the week off, but I could make you something.."
"You cook?" Marinette exclaimed in surprise.
"Well..." Adrien shrugged, forgetting the only things he could make were cup noodles, and scrambled eggs, "I can make ramen and eggs?" It came out more as a question than a statement.
"Sit down kitty.." Marinette chuckled, "I'll make us some quick croissants."

"Kitty?" Adrien questioned, as Marinette gathered the ingredients.
"Its your nose." She gave him a warm smile as she began making dough.
"I like it, my lady." He gave her a flirtatious smile.
"My lady?" She asked. "Because i'm your, knight in shining armor." He flexed his 'muscles' and laughed.

"Lets play a game." He suddenly changed the subject.
"Such as?"
"21 questions."
"Sure."

     Okay so this story must be really confusing but hang in there, I will probably have 40+ chapters to this story and towards the 30th is were stuff gets clearer, take note that Marinette is technically akumatized, but in this story being akumatized means that he's in there mind and can speak through them and hurt them, but Marinette still has her mindset.
No I have not forgotten about Marinettes past in New York before she came back, and I haven't forgotten about Lila and other plotholes.
With 40+ chapters i'll have time to unravel them all. Also, many Marinette and Adrien moments might happen in the near future.
What are things you'd all like to see, kind of like fan service, since Lila is becoming a bore.
