Marinette ::
Marinette had gotten a bit tired of the loud reception and decided to take a stroll in the gardens outside of the reception building.
The garden wasn't a big elegant garden but nor was it a casual small garden. The garden was full of Tulips, Roses, Lavender, Lillies, Dahlias, Hydrangeas, even Apple Blossoms, the reception building was greater she'd have to admit, it almost looked as if though it was a castle, with tons of hidden hallways and legends stored in it. Alya and Nino had picked the place because of its history.
'Marinette..' The familiar voice in her head began, 'You have disobeyed me." Hawkmoth snarled, frightening Marinette.
"I'm sorry HawkMoth.. I promise it won't happen anymore." Marinette pleaded for her own well-being. Marinette knew that with every action, there was a consequence.
'I don't feel like punishing you at the moment, but don't think I won't do it next time.' The monster growled in her head.
HawkMoth was like a fire inside of Marinette burning her well-being into ashes, scattered over the loss of everyone she ever cared about.
"What do you want from me?" Marinette whispered to Hawkmoth, clenching her fist.
Marinette wanted him to leave, to leave her and her loved ones alone.
'Right now, I want to know what's going on, once I see my enemies in action, thats when i'll leave your body and go back to my own, but for now, you're my only hope, but I can't have you scattered over anybody else, distracting you from what I need.' He wickedly laughed.
"Marinette!" Marinette heard a all familiar voice call out to her, she turned around and was met with the blonde beauty, Chloe.
Chloe actually grew up to become a gorgeous woman, she had grown out her blonde her and it stopped right above her butt, of course she still had it tied up, she was wearing a skin tight black dress and had started doing her makeup more natural but still brought out her features.
She hadn't thought about Chloe up until now and Marinette was very startled of her appearance, did Alya and Nino really invite her? Why? All that girl was, was a bully.
"Chloe.." Marinette gasped softly. Marinette wouldn't lie, she was scared of what Chloe was capable of.
Chloe took a few steps forward, resulting the two girls getting closer.
Instantly Chloe began running towards Marinette, not caring if her darling hair or outfit would be ruined. She took Marinette into a surprisingly large hug.
"Marinette i'm so sorry for making your childhood years living hell, i'm truly sorry!" Chloe choked out.
"Chloe.." Marinette whispered, very confused.
"I can't believe its you, when did you arrive? What in the world happened with you." Chloe rambled shaking Marinette by her shoulders.
"i-it iiis a lo-ng stOHHrEy" Marinette laughed as Chloe realized how hard she was shaking Marinette, both of the women began laughing lightheartedly.
"Oh trust me I have time!" Chloe smiled calming down.
"Chloe, if you could give us a moment, another voice called out softly, interrupting the two women.
"Yes, of course Adri-kins." Chloe winked teasingly, Marinette laughed as a memory of than nickname came back and Adrien groaned but chucked after.
"This conversation is to be continued, Ms Dupain-Cheng, come by my daddy's hotel sometime!" Marinette could tell that Chloe had changed, at least the slightest.
"And Marinette, you might wanna try a different colored dress, it's the same color as your eyes, it isn't bringing anything out, the least you could do after being gone for so long is make a fashion statement." Chloe walked away, secretly smiling to herself.
"Or not.." Marinette grumbled before remembering Adrien was in her presence.
"Hehe.." She awkwardly chuckled.
"Marinette, do you have a minute?" He asked cautiously his lips curving into a slight smile, as he held out his hand in a gesture for her to follow him.
"Plenty." She gave him a weak smile as she walked towards him, to his surprise, engulfing his hand into hers.
"you're hands are so warm, compared to mine." Adrien chuckles trying to lighten the mood.
"Maybe cause i'm more alive!" Marinette giggles.
The walked around the garden for a little bit, hand in hand.
"I'm truly sorry for what had happened at the café." Adrien apologized holding her hand tighter.
"Adrien, It's nothing to worry about, i'm okay." Marinette reassured him smiling, little did he know that it wasn't okay, and that his princess was slowly breaking.
"Lila, has always known my heart belongs to you, Marinette." He whispers to her, smiling softly at her. Adrien steps in front of her, stopping her in her tracks. They were surrounded by nature and beauty.
Marinette longingly looked up at him, electric green and bell blue waves crashing against each other, both had love in their eyes.
Marinette was the first one to lean for a kiss, Adrien just connecting each others lips, the kiss was full of anger, hate, sadness, and love.
Marinette was the one to pull away first, still staring directly into his eyes.
"Adrien.. I wish we could stay like this forever, but it's getting late.." Marinette blushed slightly.
"Oh um yeah, well i'll see you!" He awkwardly laughs as he hugs her once more, then sets her on her way.
Before she leaves, she holds him chin and brings his lips by hers, she smiles, "Thank you Adrien."
She closes the distance as she leans in for one more passionate kiss
She leaves gracefully back into the reception.
