This week's prompt is 'The Deepening Dream' , in which we explore the aspects of our psyche that have had immeasurable influence on our daily lives, whether good or bad.

Your task is to detail a story about significant dreams you've had which have left a lasting impression on you and have affected your life. Write about the experiences, thought processes and behavioural changes you've developed as a result of them.

This is an opportunity to present a positive message, and explore well-being while interrogating the facets of ourselves that are presented in our dreams.

We encourage you to practice healthy and mindful exploration.

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND PREFACE YOUR ENTRY WITH ANY TRIGGER WARNINGS.

Criteria:

The story should be based on the prompt (but we always welcome artistic interpretation).

There is no required word-count (but we hope to be sensible).

We will look for work that binds the author to the narrative and has a good understanding of genre.

Make sure that your story isn't mature and follows all the Wattpad Content Guidelines.

To Enter:

In-line comment on this paragraph with the title of your story, the book it's in, and the link to the story.

Submissions must be stand-alone and not require further reading.
