Rachel woke up the next morning with Sebastian cuddled up to her after they had kissee they had gotton into bed and cuddled and had a couple more kisses. Nothing more than that had happened but rachel felt different now the situation between them was different now good different.

Rachel laid there safely in his arms he was still asleep she wondered if she had ever felt as safe as she did right now in her life even before she lost her parents.

She tried to free herself from his embrace to get up and get ready and start breakfast but in attempting to do so Sebastian woke up and simply held her more securely to him.

" whats the rush" he asked she could hear the anxiousness in his voice.

" i was going to go make breakfast " she said

" so you werent trying to run out of here"he asked

" no" she said she felt his breath on her neck and it made her shiver.

" good" he said and he placed a gentle kiss on her shoulder brfore releasing his hold on her.

" im going to get ready then i will make breakfast " she said sitting up to put her slippers on.

She felt his hand on her back his fingers were gently caressing her back in small patterns.

A short while later

After having a wash and getting dressed rachel headed downstairs and set about making breakfast Sebastian was up yet. She made a pot of coffee and within a minute of the coffees aroma filling the kitchen Sebastian appeared.

" you ok" she asked concerned with him getting up late she worried he was getting sick again.

" im fine im great actually but there is something i have to do" he said

" the food is almost ready" she said wondering what he had to do right now.

He walked over to her and put his arms around her she was alittle uncomfortable as this was all so knew to her last night had been her first kiss.

" it won't take more than a couple of seconds" he said and kissed her again she fpund herself giving in just like she had last night and found herself relaxing in his embrace.

They broke apart they both seemed alittle flushed and he walked and sat down at the table rachel set bout dishing up their food. As she did maggie's words of if she let him he would make her happy came to the forefront of her mind as she sat down.

" so its Saturday there is a garden party at a neighbours today shall we go" he asked

" upto you" she said given she hadn't had the best experience with westerville society.

" the Beaumont family wont be there they are not high enough on the society scale to warrant an invite" Sebastian said.

" am i" she asked.

" rachel your a smythe we are at the very top everyone is below us" he said with just a snobbish tone to his voice she couldnt help but giggle.

" ok then" she said

" now i must worn you there will be snotty stuck up girls there but remember they are beneath you " he said

"If that was your way of trying to calm my nerves you failed" she said laughing.

" all i meant was all the girls of the upper society are raised to try to marry the most  wealthiest man they can. Given my dpfamily is the wealthiest family i was the object of many girls desperate attempts so some like chrustina are not happy that i am now married but whatever they think as a smythe they have to treat you with respect." He said

" it all sounds so childish" she said he nodded.

" yeah it does which is why i told you when you thanked me for saving you from being deported that you didnt need to truth is rachel you have saved me too. I know some mboys would like the idea of girls fawning over them but when you see their dad pointing you out and them dutifully coming over to you laughing at everything you say despite none of it having been funny it gets irritating." He said

" i know my family weret exactly westerville society but in lima my dad was well thought of and there was a boy called jacob ben Israel his dad worked for mine and he was creepy always trying to talk to me" rachel said.

" did he hurt you" Sebastian asked with a concerned look on his face.

" oh no nothing like tbat i just meant he would walk next to me like we were together or at parties was constantly trying to dance with me" she said.

" i might have to invite this ben isreael guy to a party sometime let him see how out of his league you are" Sebastian said rachel was stunned surely a guy like Sebastian coukdnt be jealous of an irritating guy like jacob.

" right then breakfast was lovely as always now im going to go tell my parents that we are going to the garden party" he said

"Ok" she said.

Sebastian

Sebastian made his way to hus parents house he couldnt contain the smile on hus face and when he waljed into the breakfast room his parents both looked at him.

" you look happy" his dad said.

" that is because i am" he said

" has something happened betwedn you and rachel" his dad asked.

" Charles that is a private matter" his mom exclaimed.

" we kissed last night... and again this morning" Sebastian said

"Oh seb" his mom said getting up and hugging him.

" im pleased for you my son" his dad said

"We are going to the garden party " he said

"So are we" his dad said

"So what does this mean are you and Rachel together now" his mom asked.

"We havent spoken about it but i think so i mean i hope so" he said

" just dont rush it Sebastian " his mom said

" i wont getting to kiss her is more than i thought possible " he said before walking out of tbe room and heading back home.
