*Andrew Pov*

"Come again!" I said, stepping back immediately.

"What?" she asked, frowning at me.

"What did you just said?" I asked just staring at her.

"I said what! What else did I say?" she asked back standing up from the stool.

"You said something about you wishing your Dad's men didn't catch you before you reached the place your Simon chose." I repeated to which she gave me a stupid expression.

"So? Is it banned even to think about my boyfriend now? How more mean could you be? I mean... I mean this is too much." She started her rant pacing in the small place while I just stared at her.

"Yes! I wish I reached the place Simon asked me before I was caught." She added stopping before me placing her hands on her hips.

"But... what you said was..." she didn't let me finish before taking away the plate from me and throwing it on the ground.

"Do you know how much it hurts to think about a sad thing again and again? You took away my right to cry, but you are making me to." She said and literally started wailing when I took the plates from the floor.

She seems to be too confident since she is in the wrong at present situation. Did I hear it wrong in the beginning?

But I was never wrong regarding what I heard anytime. Then did she explained wrongly on the first day with all the effects?

Great! I will fall into a huge web if I continue to question on every way. I stared at her who is still trying to pace and also wail at the same time.

I turned and started walking outside thinking how can a girl do such multitasks like that. She is pacing and crying and talking and also scolding me.

What is this life of mine? My mission is postponed with me deciding to kill that victor because a girl is living with me.

That's why I never liked having roommates when I was in orphan maybe. Anyone would feel lucky of course, but I am also sure they never came across this girl.

What is she, she too doesn't know, but knows to make some bombs with her emotions and attack everyone. Until when can I survive? I thought sighing.

"Here! I will clean them. You cooked for me, right." I heard a sweet voice making me turn my head with open mouth.

"What happened? Move!" she said, shaking her head and started cleaning them adjusting herself beside me while I just stared at her.

"One day I am going to know you." I whispered and felt her stilling beside me.

"What?" she asked, turning to face me.

"Yeah! One day I will know how and why your mood changes." I replied, shrugging and she immediately gave a grin.

"Oh! Sure, sure! All the best." She said, still with that creepy grin before turning back towards the plates.

"So, what is for lunch?" she asked, placing the plates aside.

"You always think about only food?" I asked, looking her from up and down.

"What else can I think? I am getting only those thoughts if I shouldn't think about Simon." She replied sighing.

"Fine, fine! I still have boiled vegetables." I said, shrugging and she just stared at me.

"I am going to die before eating them. Go and catch some fish." She said with pleading eyes and even joined her hands.

"I am not going for fishing again. I used to do it only once in two weeks and not every day." I said, standing up which she followed my suit immediately.

"But I want fish." She literally demanded, frowning at me.

"I am not your boyfriend do everything you want me to." I stated glaring at her.

"What is the need for you to become my boyfriend to get me some fish?" she asked scratching her forehead.

"Nothing! I am going inside and will boil more vegetables for the night and for tomorrow breakfast to night too." I replied, realizing I just lost my mind and that too because of her.

"No!" she screamed from the place I left her to walk inside and I completely ignored that scream no matter how much that sound seemed to be hurting my eardrums.

"Let her darling Simon come and bring the fish. Why would I change my schedule just for some girl? I need to settle this and start my mission." I mumbled to myself before doing exactly like I explained to her.

*Lily Pov*

"Lily! Remember that many soldiers are around you and can't bear that sound." I heard Kevin's voice but I was still fuming.

"So? Don't you know you should have been used to this pitch? And don't you dare talk about my screams." I said, warning him before pacing the ground.

"How dare he threaten me? No! How dare he state to me that he will torture me with those... those uneatable things?" I mumbled fisting my hands.

"Wait a minute!" I mumbled stopping my pacing.

"Why should I change my habits because of him? I know what to do." I said with a grin before looking at the cot where I can hear the lots of sounds with the use of utensils.

"I don't know what will you guys do. But I want some nice food every day for once whenever he can't find you all. This is your next mission." I stated in my normal commanding voice.

"Then, this mission is over?" I heard Dan's voice making me close my eyes.

"No! This is a sub of the main one. The moment we will finish this mission, you will be the first one to know." I replied and covered my face with my hands.

"How many more days will it take, Lily?" Kevin asked in a serious voice.

"It's always, takes time to cut off a tree with a small knife, right? But the plus point is the tree will not know the harm being done with the knife as it feels too little." I replied, smirking at the direction I know for sure he is present.

"Ok! If it fails, all the jobs of twenty will be gone." He repeated the risk as usual.

"You don't know the real risk at all if this mission fails, Kevin." I mumbled sighing before settling myself on the log facing the ocean.

"Victor is angry that you are not lifting his phone." Kevin slowly added with a creepy tone like he wish he was anywhere than here while saying those words.

"Ok! Ask him to come here and plead Andrew to go for fishing. And then I will be able to either call him or even lift his call." I said shaking my head.

"I know! He is still angry regarding your plan." Kevin slowly whispered making me smile.

"Don't worry, darling! I will not shout at you." I said, smiling and heard his chuckle.

"And this will not be passed to Victor." I added before leaning my head on the log.

When will be able to say something without immediately adding to not pass it to Victor? One day! One day, it will happen.

"Again talking to your Simon?" I heard his voice, but kept quite not having any energy to either act with crying or screaming or worse grinning.

"I am sorry! I shouldn't have reacted that way." He added before sitting beside me making me frown.

"Why are you apologizing? If you think you are right while acting that way, then why this immediate change in behavior?" I asked shaking my head but didn't glance up.

"My mentor always said to let go of each mistake immediately. Otherwise, it will pay a visit to us on our unexpected day. So, I am used to it." He replied and I frowned more.

"Seems like you are very fond of this mentor." I mumbled.

"I was! I was until he because unworthy of it. He was... he was my everything and I wanted his name to be mine too. I loved his name because I thought that will give me victory just like his name Victor. He taught me everything and whatever I learned was because of him. I wouldn't have survived in the military if not for him and I wouldn't have got such immediate promotion without his guidance. My whole life was for him to take was my motive. And then... and then everything changed." He continued to talk while I continued to fist my hands trying to push down the anger.

"Why are you so calm?" he added and I tried again to get some normal expression or some normal tone but the anger completely consumed me.

"Did you hear that?" he suddenly said, standing up and I released my breath finally to not let him know how fast it is.

"Just stay here! I will go and check." He added and walked away.

I immediately stood up before walking to the big tree in the opposite direction. I took deep breaths, but the pain is still there.

"Thanks for the help, Kevin." I said before taking out the phone from my sandal.

"Lily! Don't do something stupid." Kevin warned, but I was too lost before I know Victor lifted his phone.

"Lily? Now, you got time?" he asked and gave a chuckle.

"I hate you! I hate you, Victor." I said fuming and pushing away the tears.

"What? What happened?" he asked and I can hear the confusion.

"I just heard how great mentor and how he takes you as. And... and because of you, all this happened." I replied, keeping an eye on any other sounds.

"Lily!" he shouted.

"Yes! After dealing with him, I will hurt you. And this is my promise." I said, shaking my head.

"But..." he started to say which I didn't let him.

"No! This is all because of you. What a great mentor you are, Victor. Don't you know the doings of their disciples falls on the mentor's too?" I asked before hanging up.

"Lily!" I heard his voice calling me after a few minutes and I rushed near to him.

"Hey! Everything is fine. Don't worry!" he mumbled, staring at me and placed his hand on my cheek, which is still covered with tears and my body is shaking.

"There was no one! Don't worry! Your Dad's men are not here." He added, nodding at me with assurance.

"Come here!" he mumbled, pulling me into his arms when I still didn't stop shivering.

"It is ok!" he whispered, rubbing my back while I hugged him back tightly with some strength.

"It will be!" I mumbled and just stayed in his hug.

hey guys! i know parts will be full of confusion but it is mystery... everything will be crystal clear when the mystery is revealed.... and what do u guys think... will she go on or lose track?? ;)
