*Andrew Pov*

"So, everyone is over?" I asked after a few hours breaking the silence.

"Yes!" she calmly replied.

"Good! I don't want any deceiving when I take in charge." I said and turned to stare at her only to see her flinching by my words before she moved away from me.

This is also good! I thought, nodding to myself. Let her feel how I think about all this deceiving. Then maybe this pain will go away.

She could have stopped all of that if what she wanted was the mission. She could have stopped the kisses and many things, but she didn't with the aim just to finish the mission.

Now, saying that she loves me and that too for the past eight years. Maybe she thought she did, but I know no one can feel like that.

"Thank you!" I hear her whisper, making me turn to see she is opening the door and then I realized we reached the base.

"Lily!" we both heard a shocked tone and saw Kevin rushing near to us before he hugged her tightly.

"Where is Victor?" I asked, feeling irritated when he still didn't release her.

"In his room!" he replied and moved back smiling at Lily.

"I need to talk to him." She said and he stared at her with shock.

"Come on!" he mumbled and they both started walking while I followed them.

"Dad!" she whispered the moment we all walked inside while Victor stood up with shock covering his face.

"Lily!" he mumbled while she rushed near to him and hugged him before crying in his arms.

"I am so sorry, Dad!" she whispered and cried more while Victor recovering from shock held her and brushed his tears away.

"What happened?" Kevin asked in a whisper, turning towards me with shock covering his face.

Why is everyone so shocked? She is hugging her Dad, right? Then what is wrong with that? I thought, shaking my head.

"I am really sorry, Dad." She mumbled stepping back.

"Why, Lily?" he asked frowning.

"All these years I showed my anger towards you just for the sake of my obsession over him. I am really a bad daughter." She replied, covering her face.

"No! You were just like any other child, Lily. You were just hurt and I can understand even though it was in huge quantities." Victor said smiling at her and removed her hands.

"How stupid can I be, Dad? Just for some obsession sake?" she asked, brushing her tears away while Victor frowned at her along with Kevin.

"Time out! What is with this obsession?" we heard a new voice and I turned to see Sam sitting on the couch whom I didn't see until now.

"Actually, what I had for Andrew all these years was nothing but an obsession and not love. I should thank him for opening my eyes." She replied and turned to stare at me along with her three pairs turned towards me.

"Obsession?" Sam asked with an eyebrow raised while Kevin's jaw just stayed dropped while Victor shook his head.

"Now, I need to know why did she hate him all these years?" I asked feeling irritated with their looks.

"Actually..." Victor started saying, but I shook my head stopping him.

"From this moment I want all the answers from her." I said folding my arms.

"Why?" Kevin asked, frowning at me.

"She is the Victor's daughter, whom I should trust as I am going to be here. If she starts clearing all my doubts and tell the truth, then I may start believing her." I replied, shrugging while she turned away from me before hugging Victor.

"I was angry because... because I thought he could have done something else other than banning you as a terrorist. He could have taken you aside and explained everything to you. Or at least after you left too, he could have done. But he didn't and just let you leave. I know you must have been so hurt as you said so many times during our journey all those years back how lucky you are to serve the country." She started explained and my hands moved away from my chest by themselves while I stared at her with my jaw dropped.

"And then he didn't let me know where you are too. I don't know whether you are fine or not. He didn't do anything for six years and stopped me these two years when I got to know about your welfare and thought to bring you back. He was too worried that he hurt you with his worry. So, I was angry with him imagining the pain you felt which I think is nothing but stupidity right now when you opened my eyes." She added and hugged her Dad before walking near to the door where I am standing.

"I want to take rest." She mumbled to no one in particular and walked away while I moved inside the room before sitting on the couch.

"You are right! It is obsession." Sam whispered while I closed my eyes.

"What did you mean by her living as an orphan?" I asked with just my closed eyes.

"Shall I call her back to get you your reply?" Kevin asked with gritted teeth.

"No! Anyone of you is fine." I replied and then I heard nothing but silence.

"He sent her to orphanage after she was declared dead here. Her name was changed and her age was moved to four years up. And he didn't met her or had any contact with her for three whole years." Sam slowly replied.

"What?" I asked opening my eyes to stare at Victor who is sitting back in his chair looking blankly at the door.

"Then he brought her here as a trainee as she was nineteen years as per records even though she was just fifteen. However, everyone thought she is nineteen only due to her height and the way she dealt with everything with so much maturity during training." He added and I took a deep breath.

"She continued with her new name and fake age just like a normal trainee and no one know it except him as he still didn't trust anyone. Then they both started a campaign first to know who is faithful for their duty and made a team. Then when she went to the mission, everyone got to know her identity while the honest team got to know two years back only when she became eighteen as per her right age." Kevin explained while I covered my face.

"She has to hate me more than this even though all her hatred was because what I did to you, but she never questioned how much she went through. So, I never felt anger or anything for her behavior." Victor said turning towards me.

"We know you are angry at her and everything. But just cut her some slack. That's all we are asking. And regarding her love she will move on soon so don't worry." He added.

"You all knew?" I asked, standing up.

"Of course!" Sam replied while I just stared at three of them before walking away from the room suddenly feeling too much suffocated.

*Lily Pov*

The moment I reached my bed, I threw myself on it and cried, still hearing his words, saying my love is nothing but something which I never knew could be thought for my love.

I looked around the empty room and felt glad that everyone is at the training. Otherwise, I don't know where would I have gone to cry like this.

"Lily!" I heard a whisper after some time and turned to see Kevin laying beside me.

"Kevin!" I mumbled before hugging him and the crying started all over again.

"Shh!" he whispered, rubbing my back.

"I... why didn't you kissed me those two years back, Kevin?" I asked looking up and he immediately chuckled.

"Is that why you are crying?" he asked, to which I frowned and moved a little to lay properly on his shoulder.

"If you had, then maybe I would have got feeling for you. And now, I wouldn't have to cry like this as I would have forgotten him." I replied to which he sighed.

"That would have not happened, Lily. You love him too much to forget him with just a kiss." He mumbled and the tears started again.

"I knew you know that he will hate me and will even be angry at me. But... I had a little hope that he will forgive me when he gets to know that I love him. However, I never imagined him thinking like this." I mumbled and closed my eyes snuggling in his arms.

"We can't do anything about the stupids now can we?" he asked while I stayed calm.

"Lily! You used to scold me or hit me whenever I said that before then why not now?" he asked worriedly.

"Isn't it time to come out of the obsession, Kevin? If he thinks like that then it must be right." I replied and he sighed again before hugging me tightly.

"I need to go and talk to Dad." I said, moving away and started getting down from the bed.

"It still feels awkward when you are calling him Dad. Two years when I got to know that he is your Dad, you still called him Victor only." He mumbled making me smile a little.

"See how special you are to me? Only you got to know the secret not even Sam." I said, winking and walked away ignoring his laugh.

It would have been too easy if I fell for him and that stupid... stupid Uncle! I thought suddenly feeling the anger, but I pushed it back, knowing well this is my mistake and he is angry for the deceiving part.

"Dad! I never asked you anything." I started the moment I opened the door and walked inside only to see him talking with Sam and Andrew.

"That's right! But I remember well you asked for a mission and I sent you." Dad said smiling.

"Dad! Stop talking about the mission. I want to forget everything about it." I mumbled, walking near to him ignoring Andrew.

"What do you want?" he asked, smiling and glanced to his left where Andrew is sitting.

"I want to go to a college." I replied and he just blinked at me.

"College?" he asked, frowning.

"Yes! I stopped my schooling and everything which I did from here only in private. I want to go to college in real and experience everything." I explained.

"Will you be able to manage it along with the training here?" he asked while I started thinking.

"I can't skip the training completely?" I asked, to which he frowned and shook his head in negative.

"You are an important part of all this and I can't manage those all without you." He replied folding his arms.

"Fine! I don't want some degree right, but just experience. So, I will go and just fail if I can't pass. I don't care about it. Now, can I join?" I asked and he slowly nodded.

"Thank you, Dad!" I said, smiling and turned to leave.

"Where are you going?" he called after me.

"I need to tell Kevin. He is going to be so jealous." I replied and walked away while in real that is just part of the reason while the other reason is I can't stay in that room anymore than the time I spent with strong face with him so near to me.

This is the perfect chance to move on from him. I will be busy with this and even come over my love or even obsession no matter what it is but I will which is good for me.
