The sinister six had attacked Peter during  his patrol and each of them had manged to wound him badly. Each of the sinister six then took turns beating him up until he was bleeding even more and then threw him into a grave.

The six each laughed as they threw dirt on to Peter until the grave was full of dirt. They each walked off as the teen layed burried in the dirt.

-In the coffin-
"So this is how.....i'm gonna go....." Peter said to himself weakly."I'm no hero......". Peter then fainted from his wounds as had gone limp.

???:Young Romanoff.....arise

Peter then opened his eyes as he saw a skull faced woman look at him as the two stood in a dark room.

"Who....are you..."Peter had said to the woman as she smiled at him

???:I am Lady Death......a friend of Wade wilson

"Wade's friend......so your crazy too...."Peter said as Lady Death just chuckled.

Lady Death:No child.....i am the ruler of the after life....and your somewhere in between life and death....

Peter looked at Lady Death as he felt his body turn into lead as he found himself in his old black suit.

"THE SYMBIOTE!!?!! BUT HOW!!?!!"

Lady Death:"It is not the symbiote.....it is simply a piece of fabric.....and it is your will to live".

Peter was then entangeled in a giant web as spiders with patterns ressembeling other  Spider men surrounded him.

"HEY!!! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!! Peter had yelled angrily as Lady Death stared at him.

Lady Death:"Then prove to me why you want to live....."

Peter looked at Lady death as the web he was stuck in showed images of Peter's family and friends and the many things Peter has done as Spider Man.Lady death looked at the web and smiled."My family.....my friends......their the reason why i want to live!! The city needs me to protect it!!" Peter then broke out of the webbing as Lady Death and the dark room faded away.

Lady Death:"Then go forth and live Spider Man".

At the grave site a hand had busted out of the ground at the grave that Peter was burried in.

Peter then saw an image of his family and friends flash before his eyes. He then saw an image of Gwen flash before his eyes."Gwen.....". Peter then busted out of the grave still in the black suit."GWEN"

Peter got out the grave and got up weakly."Gotta stop the six.....". He then walked away weakly

Peter then begun to webswing as he searched for the six. He then felt his spider sense go off as he dodged an attack from Electro and Vulture as Sinister Six stood before him.

Hobgoblin:*growls*SPIDER MAN!! YOU CAN'T SEEM TO STAY DEAD CAN'T YOU!!

"Sorry.....but i'm not gonna die today....and i'm not ready to die yet". Peter said as he charged at the six. He dodged attacks from Vulture,Sand man,and Doc Oct. He then grabbed one of Doc Oct's robotic arms and used it to slam Oct into Shocker,Hobgoblin,and Kraven as they each growled angrily. Peter then used the last of his remaining strength to use a powered up and fully charged sting touch to paralyze the six as they all screamed in pain as they all fell to the ground paralyzed. Peter then webbed each of them up as the policed arrived and arrested them.

Cop:*looks at Peter*"Spidey....back in black i see"

"Yeah.....just for a bit" Peter said weakly before he swung away and swung back to the Avengers compound. He landed at the compound and walked into the building weakly as he supported himself against a wall."I'm not gonna die yet.....i'm gonna fight till the very end....". Peter then walked into his room as he fell onto his bed.
