//Canon Story based on the back in black spider man arc

Peter had been in Max's office at Horizon high as he and Max were testing a new web fluid formula for Peter when Peter suddenly felt his spider sense go off as he and Max were suddenly thrown into a wall. The two looked up as they saw Alistair standing there with Seven spider slayers.

"Smythe..."

Alistair:*smirks*Romanoff and Modell. This should be quick and easy to end both of you! Spider slayers attack!!

The spider slayers charged at Peter and Max as Peter quickly grabbed Max and doddged the attack only to be hit from behind as another Spider Slayer grabbed him and begun to choke him and was about to stab him

Max:PETER!!*Max had charged at the spider slayer and  tackled it only to be stabbed in the chest*

"MAX!!!"

Peter yelled worried as he ran to Max and tried to stop the bleeding by putting pressure on the wound as Alistiar laughed. Peter growled at this and shot a web at Max's wound to stop Max from bleeding out as he popped his stingers out of his wrist and attacked the spider slayers and cutting a few of them in half before he charged at Alistair.

"YOU BASTARD!!! YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID!!!"

Peter was about to attack Alistair,but had been hit back by a spider slayer as Alistair smirked as he kicked Peter and heard police sirens.

Alistair:*growls*I would kill you now,but Osborn want you alive.

Alistair then left the building with his spider slayers as policed arrived and found Peter injured on the floor and Max who was slowly bleeding out. Paramedics quickly rushed to Max and put him into an ambulence and rushed him to the hospital as police turned their attention to Peter only to see him missing.

Peter had webswung back to the Juveniles base and walked into the armory and grabbed the black spidey suit and looked at it.

"They messed with the wrong guy...."

Peter put on the black suit as he then climbed out a window and begun to webswing around New york as it begun to rain

"This not just a suit that i'm wearing"

"Its a warning to the world that Spider Man is through letting his famliy and freinds get hurt. Smyth you better watch out!"
