Jesse's POV.

Blond hair.

Blue eyes.

Same name?!

Wow, what a coincidence.

It can't be... no. Lukas is dead. This is just another guy with a similar name.

"Well, it just means that our build wasn't good enough. Congratulations on winning." Lukas said as he smiled. Then he noticed me.

"Oh. Hi there. I'm um... sorry for what happened just now. I really am." He apologized.

"Don't worry. It's oka-" I was cut off by my brother.

"What did you do to my little sister?" Jesse said. He seems serious.

Lukas looked frightened. "I-I'm truly sorry. I accidentally b-bumped into your sister. It was an accident! I-I swear." He stuttered.

I pushed my brother out of the way.

"Look, I'll believe you this time. But don't you dare hurt her again." He said seriously. I rolled my eyes. It's just a small matter!

"Come on Jesse. Let's eat some free food and forget about these losers." Axel huffed and went. Jesse and Olivia followed him.

I stood there and looked at Lukas. He was hurt.

"Uh, Lukas?"

He lifted his head up.

"Come on, I need to talk to you."

At a small valley...

"So... you're Lukas right? The leader of the Ocelots."

"Heh, well, yeah. I heard that Jesse and his gang doesn't like us because we keep winning the building contest."

"Actually, you don't have to care about my brother that much. He might seem a bit hostile, but he's quite nice. Unless you made him mad before..."

"Well, to me, you're nice." He said. And scratched his head. "Unlike your brother."

I coughed. "Um... well, thanks. Lukas right?"

"Yeah. Jesse?"

"Call me Jess."

He nodded. "Jess...nice name." He smiled.

I smiled back and we went to the centre of the exhibition. Everyone was there. Except for the Ocelots.

"Why is he here?" Axel asked, annoyed. Lukas frowned.

"Guys, please. He's not that bad." I tried to explain.

"I'll have to see for myself." Jesse said. I rolled my eyes. Again.

"Attention! Attention!"

It was a female announcer. She stood on two slime blocks and waved to get out attention.

"The build at the south corner is on fire! Eveeyone evacuate now!"

This made the crowd into chaos.

"Jess! We need to get out of here!" Jesse pulled me.

"Wait! Lukas--"

"Jess, I'l meet you later! I have to find the Ocelots!"

"Dude, I hate you, but I advice you to actually run for your life right now." Axel said.

"The fire is spreading! We need to go!" Olivia yelled.

Me and my brother were the first ones out. We stared at the now fully engulfed in flames Endercon.

I hope everyone's okay...

Lukas's POV.

Where are the Ocelots? I need to find them ASAP!

"Lukas! Lukas!"

It was Maya. She was running with Gill. "Where's Aiden?" She asked me.

"I don't know. I was trying to find you guys!"

"Lukas! Maya! Gill!"

Aiden was running crazily fast and shot past us. "Go!! The fire is spreading!"

We ran towards the gates of the exhibition. I think we were the last players who were in Endercon. The gates were slowly closing!

"Lukas! Come on!" I heard Jess shouted. I ran at full speed and ducked just in time when the gates closed. The others made it as well.

"I have called the fire department to settle this. But I don't think they'll be able to do it. The fire is too big!" The announcer said.

"Maybe if we find where the fire started, we can put that out, and clean up the rest of this mess." Jesse suggested.

The firemen later arrived, and following Jesse's plan, they easily took out the fire. The crowed cheered when the fire was done.

"Lukas!" I heard Jess shouted. I turned to her and smiled.

"Glad you're okay." I said.

"You too."

We stared at each other for a while, and I... blushed?! I quickly turned the other direction and fake coughed.

"Ahem... well, see you soon."

I walked away, following the Ocelots.

But there's something that's bothering me.

She looks like... Jesse.

Quick Note: The Jesse Lukas is thinking of is the childhood Jesse. That means the one in the prologue.
