Lucy P.O.V

"MOMMY~!"

I groaned and got of bed as Lira shouted my name. "I'm coming sweetie." I walked down the hall with my hand placed on my belly. In about a week, Natsume will be born.

As I entered the kitchen, I saw Lira full of syrup and milk on her cloths. She had bits of egg in her hair and flour.

"Lira, what did you do?" I asked trying to get the egg out her hair. "I was making you Birthday Breakfast!"

I sighed and weakly smiled.

"It's on the table!"

I looked over to the table and saw burnt waffles and uncooked yoke. "T-That looks good..."

"Really?! I worked hard!" She yelled with excitement. "Thank you Lira, but I think I'll cook the rest."

"Rest? I already did everything!"

"I know, but I don't think this amazing food is right for your little brother."

She then gasped and yelled,"WHAT?! I almost killed him?!"

I sweat dropped and said,"No, mommy just can't eat that. It'll make her sick..."

She tucked out her lower lip out and looked at the table,"Do I have to throw it away?" I nodded. "Okay..." she weakly said while cleaning the table.

I went to the kitchen to start on breakfast. "Lira."

"Yes mommy?"

"Where's your dad?"

"Daddy? Oh! He told me not to tell you."

"Why?"

"He said it's our secret!"

Our secret? He's been leaving like that ever since he said he saw Lisanna... Is he-NO! Stop Lucy. No negative thoughts!

I sighed as I took the eggs out of the refrigerator.

I feel awful...am I depressed? It's as if in these passed 8 months, everything's been falling apart...I rarely see Natsu because he's always working, I'm having a baby soon and I'm tired, but Lira's been sapping away at my energy...It's hard...

While reaching to get the pan, I felt water run down my leg. Damn! He's coming!

"Lira, get me the phone quick!" She then ran to get the house phone and came back.

"Mommy...what's wrong?"

"Your brother's coming!"

"Yay!!!" She began to hop around until she looked at the floor. "Mommy, why is there weird looking water on the floor?"

I dialed 911. "Oh that? That's just your brother saying he's ready to come out..."

"911, where's your emergency?"

"Hi, my water just broke and I don't have anyway of getting to the hospital."

"Stay calm ma'am. Help is on the way."

"Thank you."

I quickly sat down on the sofa and rubbed my belly in pain. I can't believe I'm doing this again...

At moments I would scream and it would scare Lira.

"Mommy...are you okay...?" She asked with tears in her eyes.

"Ye-yeah. uhg! Just...please call your dad!"

"Okay!"

"You know what his number is, right?"

"Yes mommy, I'm calling him now!" Lira yelled from th kitchen.

I waited for Lira to come back, and when she did, she said he never picked up.

Where's Natsu?

Moments later the ambulance arrived and they got me seated in. Lira sat down next to me and started to tear up.

Lira P.O.V

Seeing my mom go through all that pain made me wish I didn't ask for a brother.

The lady with the long red hair started walking all over the place getting things ready.

"Ma'am I'm Erza Scarlet and I'll be assisting you with your child birth."

My mom started to yell again and the lady with the long red hair grabbed my mom's hand.

"Ma'am, please calm down. "

"I can't! It hurts so much!"

"How long have you been contracting for?"

"About an hour"

"Boy or girl?"

"The doctor told me a boy."

The lady looked at me and smiled, "Are you excited to see your brother?"

I nodded and wiped the tears away from eyes. "Is mommy gonna be okay?"

"Yes."

I looked back at my mom. Her face was completely red, she was covered in sweat and she was in tears.

The lady looked at my moms legs and her eyes widened. "Ms. Heartfilia, you're crowning!"

Lucy P.O.V

Once the lady said that, I knew I had to give birth in the ambulance.

"Alright Ms.Heartfilia, get ready to push!"

With every scream Lira screamed louder. But once I heard a small cry, I knew it was over.

"Okay...stop." She removed the umbilical cord and cleaned the baby off.

"It's a healthy baby boy." She wrapped him in a blanket and passed him to me. "Mommy..."

I looked over to Lira to see her drowning in tears. "Lira, do you want to hold your little brother?"

She weakly nodded and carried him in her arms.

When we got to the hospital, Natsu came running in. "Lucy! Are you okay?"

"I'm good."

"I'm sorry. I was out-"

"Doing what?"

"Uh...getting you...a birthday present. You know, today's your birthday."

My eyes widened and I looked back at Natsume. "We share the same birthday..."

Lira P.O.V

When I woke up from my nap, I saw my dad talking with mommy. I quickly ran up to him and gave him a hug.

"Daddy! Daddy! Look! My little brother!"

"Wow, I see!"

"I was there when mommy was sending him out! It was so scary!!!!" I yelled.

"Lira, keep it down..." Mommy said. "You're going to wake up your brother."

I covered my mouth and started walking toward the door.

"Where are you going?" my dad asked.

"Outside. The water fountain is over there." I said while pointing at the water fountain.

"Okay..." my dad said strangely.

When I stepped outside, I saw her.

"Hi..." I meekly whispered.

"Hi Lira, where's your dad?"

"Inside."

I don't like that lady...I see her all the time with daddy, and now she's here. Why is she here?

I walked toward the water fountain and saw Auntie running toward mommy's room.

"Luuuuuuucccyyyy!" She yelled while running towards the door.

Right behind her was Uncle Gajeel.

I ran up to him to give him a hug. "Hi squirt," he said with a smile as he lifted me into the air.

I giggled as I flew into the air. He set me back down and I looked at him curiously. "Uncle Gajeel, Are you here to see mommy?"

"Yeah."

"She's over there. I'll take you there!"

While taking him to the room, daddy walked out. "Lira, we're going home."

"Home? But what about Mommy?"

"She has to stay."

"But...I want to-"

"Let's go."

I grabbed his hand and the lady came back. "Natsu~"

I narrowed my eyes at her. Why is she coming with us?

When we got home, the lady came in with us. I let go of his hand and stood in front of the lady.

"Get out of my house!" I yelled while pointing at the door.

"Natsu? What is she doing?"

"Sorry Lisanna, she's just over protective. Lira, go to your room."

"No! Only my family can come in!"

"Lira! Go-"

"No!" I yelled. I looked back at the lady and pointed at the door,"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! THE ONLY LADY THAT CAN COME INSIDE IS MY MOMMY!"

Then daddy slapped me. I touched my cheek and started to whelm up with tears. "Lira, go to your room!"

I glared at daddy. "I hate you and that ugly old lady!!! Then I can away into my room.

I was getting thirsty and I really wanted water, so I quickly walked to the kitchen and opened up the refrigerator.

I grabbed my glass of water and started walking toward the living room. I wanted to watch some T.V. too.

I walked in and saw something unbearable: The lady and my daddy were naked and making weird noises.
