Summary: It's painfully obvious that the city's biggest villain and the hero for the people would destroy the city at one point. Or at least that's what it seems to the mayor...

Villainess: Technova, Cyber Dome's Number One Villain

Male Lead: Rhys, Mayor of Cyber Dome.

Second Male Lead: Super Bass, the hero of Cyber Dome.

It was a beautiful morning in Cyber Dome.

The artificial trees glowed with the light that was captured from the sun. The robotic birds chirped greetings to one another. The fountains sprayed multicolored water for the children to frolic through.

And the mayor was currently in his safehouse underneath the city, sipping his coffee while watching the fight of the century occur from his television.

Mayor Rhys was a cautious man. Being one of the very few human civilians inside the dome, he was considered a rarity among the androids and robots that roamed his streets. In fact, the Cyber Dome was constructed by his late grandfather in order to preserve humanity's best and brightest. Rhys' father was the former mayor of the city and passed his title onto his son thinking it would be a great idea. However, there was a snag in these plans that both of them hadn't accounted for.

You see, his father decided to re-marry after the passing of his mother. Sad and tragic that she lost her life when Rhys was born, but he had fond memories through the data banks that his father preserved. So, in order to find a suitable woman for him to love, they allowed science to dictate who the best match for his father. After months of countless analysis, it was determined that the android Nava was his best match. They met with the woman in question and found her almost humanoid personality to be quite realistic. Even better that she came with a robot son whom Rhys affectionately considered like a real brother. Since they were the same age and size, it was nice to have someone to play with when he was younger. They would eventually become true family and there were no secrets between them.

Even if said brother had a form that changed him into a giant robot akin to a mech.

So, while Rhys became the mayor of the city, his brother took on the mantle of the city's hero. He became Super Bass, a powerful hero with an arsenal that could take on any villainous foe, man or machine. When it came to bigger threats, he would change into his giant robot form and save the day with minimal damages done to the city. Rhys, as the city's mayor, was proud to have a hero that could inspire hope and change. He would tell the rest of the family that he was grateful for Super Bass when it came to cleaning up crime and prevent any major shutdowns. There was a slight concern that there would be a villain that would cause the giant robot hero to crush half the city, but he didn't think much of it.

I mean, where would a foe like that even come from?

That foe would be the villainous Technova.

At first, some saw her as some small town hacker and nothing more than a nuisance. The androids, robots, and small handful of humans would see her rant videos and think she was just a girl with a fancy gamer chair trying to speak nonsense. Even the chief of police underestimated the young girl and called her nothing more than some wannabe celebrity.

That is, until she started calling out the mayor.

In a controversial video, Technova calls out the mayor and wants him to fight her in front of the capital building. She calls him a coward that hides behind the screens and points out how his grandfather was no hero. This causes Rhys to be upset and got the video taken down. However, this would cause more chaos. This Technova had some vendetta towards him and wanted to break down his barriers.

In mere weeks, attack drones overcame the city. They first targeted his enemies from crooked politicians to defective robots. Citizens were seeing the streets be cleaned of all crime, putting their worries to rest. These drones never targeted the elders or the children. Super Bass was befuddled at the fact that he was about to become useless, out of the job. Not that these drones wouldn't attack him, he took out his fair share of floating menaces. This villianess made use of her drones, robotic soldiers, and anything to wreck the city worse than any criminal that came before.

This was a warning of some sort to Rhys; send out your hero to stop me or surrender yourself.

Which was why his brother told him to wait in the secret safehouse underneath the city. Today was the day that Super Bass would confront Technova and end her reign of terror. As mayor, he made sure he did his part to evacuate the city to prevent any casualties. Surely this would be enough for when the brutality of the battle would take place.

"All I hope is for your safe return Super Bass. Please bring her to justice and restore peace to the city."

Super Bass stared Technova from his vantage point in the city.

She had been waiting for him at the city's most popular cyber cafe, eating a cinnamon bun and sipping coffee. Her attack drones and soldiers were surrounding her from all ends. It would appear to the common person that she had let her guard down, but one would be wrong. This was just her way of drawing out the hero or the mayor. Either way, one of them would come to her and she was going to enjoy the battle that came from it.

"Technova!" The giant robot exclaimed, landing in front of the humanoid robot female. "This ends today!"

The female just smiled, taking another sip of coffee. "Now really, are we actually going to fight.....brother? I came out to meet your newest sibling that you replaced me with. I just wanted to see how you and mom were getting along without me."

"We didn't know if you would accept a human into a family. It was better to cut ties with you before you tried to kill Rhys and his father."

"You could've told me that mother was remarrying to a human! I'm not even trying to threaten your life brother nor did I want to kill him. Did you ever consider that I was excited to be a big sister?"

Super Bass paused, considering her words. "Wait....you actually want to meet Rhys? I thought you hated humans!"

"Yeah, at first I did. However, if we let our prejudices rule our lives, nobody wins. Once I saw how much he wanted to help robots, androids, and cyborgs, I changed my mind. All those so called "villainous acts" were only to make more awareness of those who were making chaos for the mayor!"

Super Bass was astonished! How quickly his sister had decided to become an advocate, albeit doing so in the wrong way. The giant robot let his guard down, allowing his sister to pat his foot sympathetically. She never meant to cause so much harm, all she wanted to do was garter attention.

"So....how do we break the news to Rhys?" He asked her, seeing the gears turn in her head.

"I think I have a fun idea how to break the news to him. Can you look evil?"

Rhys was doing some paperwork before the entire base shook from massive tremors.

He could barely react before a giant fist punched a hole into the roof. The menacing face of Super Bass leered down at him, optics red with rage. The mayor scrambled to flee from the angered robot but was unfortunately caught in his fist. He started sweating hard, noticing a familiar person standing on the shoulder of the city's protector. Technova smirked at him, arms crossed and eyes narrowed.

"This is the mighty mayor of CyberDome? I expected more than a coward." She snarled. "Pathetic....he's nothing but a weakling. A bug that is easily crushed."

"What did you do to Super Bass?" Rhys demanded, glaring at her.

"Oh this guy? I just hacked his systems and made him my servant. Now he serves me and will do anything I say!"

"You fiend! I can't believe you would do something so wicked."

Technova shrugged. "Who cares? I'm going to do something that I should've done since I first called you out. Super Bass, bring him up to me."

Rhys struggled as the robot brought him towards the cyber girl. He closed his eyes, bracing himself for a swift death. There was a slight pause before he was plucked on the face. Laughter was heard as both Technova and Super Bass started laughing out loud.

"Oh my gosh! He looked like he was going to pee in his pants!" Super Bass snorted, shaking the ground with his laughter. "I cannot believe that worked!"

"Humans are so funny! Did you honestly think I was going to kill you?" Technova giggled, holding her chest. "Geez! I'm not cruel. I just wanted to meet you."

"I...I...what? What the hell is going on here?" Rhys wondered aloud, confused and still scared.

"Well....I guess the cat's out of the bag. Hi, I'm Technova and I am your big sister on your mother's side. Guess stepsister is the more appropriate term, but it's nice to finally meet my new baby brother. I hope we can get along."

At that point, Rhys just fainted out of pure shock and fear.
