Mary: Oh my god Ed where did you get that?

Ed: In my pocket-

Mary: Put it back where it belongs, you don't want any trouble, right?

Ed looks up at Mary, then back again at the little gadget on his palm, awhile ago, Mae called them out for stealing something from the second basement, which they did. You can't hide things from this girl at all.

Ed: But I found it, so it's mine! Finders Keepers.

Mary: No it's not, that belongs to Mr. Knollys and you're going to bring it back, you hear?

Ed: I want it, and I'm keeping it.

Mezza: Relatable.

Mary: Seriously Ed, now is not the time to act like a little baby, give it here.

Mary held out her hand, signalling Ed to give the chip to her, but he didn't, instead he hid it behind his back and stepped back, looking at Mary defensively.

Mary: Edward.

Ed: You're just jealous that I have it and you don't! I'm not giving it to you and that's it.

Mary: I don't even know how it works! Stop being so stubborn! give me that chip.

Ed: No!

The boy turned his feet and sprinted outside the room and headed towards the downstairs, there's no way he's going to give it to her, it's his now.

He ran out the mansion doors and jumped into some bushes, hoping that no one saw him, he leans on the wall and takes a look at the chip. No one realizes that it could control anyone, except Ed, he doesn't get why the others think it's so dangerous.

Ed: It can't hurt to play around with this, I'll just do it small.

His head pops up from the bushes, looking around for any potential person to try out this "mind controlling" chip out, that's when Ed's eyes landed on the gardener.

Ed: Perfect.

Ed got out of the bushes and sneakily walks behind the gardener, with the chip in hand, he then slapped it on the back of his head and the gardener yelped and turned around, facing Ed.

Gardener: Ow.. what did I do?

Ed: There was a mosquito so I thought I could help you out?-

Gardener: Hm.. Well the garden is infested with mosquitos, so thanks young man..

The boy just nodded innocently and went back to the bushes, he then picks up his phone that was connected with the chip earlier, and began typing something.

Gardener: Ngh, I feel weird..

He grinned and pressed enter on the his phone before watching.

Gardener: What the-

The gardener dropped down to all fours and kept sniffing around the floor, barking at nothing and then proceeded to bark at one of the guards.

Gardener: Aarf! Aarf!!

Guard 1#: Huh?

Gardener: rrrrAarF!

Guard 2#: Joey?-

Ed snickered and typed another sentence in and pressed enter button.

Gardener: Meow!

Guard 2#: J o e y ?

Guard 1#: Bye, I quit-

Gardener: *sad cat noises*

Guard 2#: Joeyy?-

Guard 1#: Joey what the hell-

Ed stifled a laugh, that was good, but wasn't enough.

He spotted some of the queens who just arrived from somewhere, all of which were carrying bags, and then he got at idea.

Cathy: What do you think Jane's going to do with these?

Kitty: I don't know, but I'm sure it's for the costumes!~

Cathy: Oh, hold on I gotta show you something, I bought it while you weren't looking.

Kitty: Really??

Cathy: Yep!

Cathy kneeled down and scavenged through one of the bags till she founds a pair of plastic bags, she took it in her hand and stood back up, turning to Kit, who's eyes widen.

Kitty: You bought bracelets??

The girl in blue handed the blue bracelet to Kitty, who immediately slipped it on her wrist, smiling at it, she then does the same with the pink bracelet.

Cathy: Yeah, these are our friendship bracelets!

Kitty: ..friendship bracelets..?

Kitty's tone saddened as she looks back at the bracelet now wrapped around her wrist, she saw Cathy nod.

Kitty: I..I guess this is cool, thanks Catherine.

She then adruptly picked up her shopping bags and speed walked towards the door, Cathy blinked confusingly before following her too.

Meanwhile, Ed was watching in the bushes, ready to press enter on his phone.

Ed: Just a little bit more closer.. and.. now-

He pressed the green button, suddenly the gardener swooped in infront of the queens and danced like a mad man.

Cathy: Uhm..

The gardener then ran towards a flower bed and picked up some flowers before running back to them and throwing the flowers at Kit,which made it go all over her hair.

Kitty: I'm confused-

Gardener: I-Im sorry madam I can't control myself- LITERALLY-

Cathy: Are you okay? Do you need help?-

Gardener: I know I need help but I don't know what's wrong with me-

Guard 1#: Wait hold on-

Gardener: Meow—

Guard 1#: I-

Cathy: Wait there's something on your hea—

Before she was able to speak the gardener ran away to the shed, slamming the door out of embarrassment while Ed was rolling on the grass, laughing.

Cathy: Oh well-

The two queens then walked back into the mansion, and headed for the living room where the other queens were waiting.

Jane: Yay you're back!

Anna: What's up with that gardener?

Anna stood up and went over to Kitty, and brushed off the remaining petals on her hair.

Cathy: I honestly have no idea.

Anne: He got moves though-

Cath: No, he needed jesus-

Jane: Anyway- Girls give me the bags-

Cathy and Kitty gave Jane the shopping bags and she rushed over to the other room, giggling.

Anne: I don't have a good feeling about this-

A few minutes had passed, and the queens are still waiting near fireplace, watching and listening to the fire while talking about stuff.

And then Jane came back in, everyone looked at her like she's an alien from another planet.

Anna: Huh..?-

Cath: Jane.. is that you??

Jane:

Also Jane:

Queens:

Cathy: Jane did you literally sent us out to buy garbage bags and a bunch of foil just so you could do that???

Jane: What do you mean? I look good-

Anna: You did this for what-

Jane: Don't worry I made some for all of you too-

Anne: You wasted more???-

Jane: I didn't "waste" them-

Kitty: Remind me to never let Jane be creative again-

Anna: Noted.

Jane: Heyy :(

Cath: I think it's lovely babe-

Jane: :D

The door opened, and Ed came in with the chip in his hand, smiling to himself. Until he spotted the queens looking at him from the living room.

Jane: Eddy?

Ed: Uh.. Hi mum-

Jane: What have you been doing out?

Ed: Just.. enjoying the sun, okay bye mom-

With that, he sprinted away, Jane the  looked at the other queens with excitement in her eyes.

Jane: Y'all wanna try your costumes on?? :DD

Queens: nO-

Kitty: Uhm.. I'll go for a walk.

Anne: Want me to come with? I got heelys-

Kitty: No Annie I mean like an actual walk.. I promise I won't go far from here.

Anna: But, Henry—

Kitty: We haven't heard from him in a few weeks now, so I'm pretty sure he's not near.

Anne: Okay fine, just be careful..

Kitty got up and got outside without another word from the queens, soon she's out the gates and strutted down the pavement, she's not sure where she's going, she's just letting her feet take her somewhere.

She's not really out to just go for a normal walk, she's just thinking about her feelings, she doesn't know why but she's scared that she couldn't control them anymore, what would she think?

Kit stopped and looked up at the statue In front of her, it was a knight on a stallion. She sighed, she's never had a "knight in shining armour" in her life, she'd always admired the ones in her story books when she was young.

Kat sat on a bench, fiddling with her bracelet and watched the little leaves brush through the cement, it was comfortably quiet, at least that was what she thinks.

[?]: Like the quiet?

She jumped a little bit, and looked around, there was a person leaning against the back of the statue, awfully familiar.

Culpeper: Didn't think I could get to see you around here.

Kitty just stared at him out of shock as her sat on the bench on the opposite side, playing with the buttons on his coat.

Culpeper: Anyway, what brings you here?

No response.

Culpeper: Not up for a conversation, huh? Alright then.

He turned to her, he could swear that her body's shaking a lot.

Culpeper: So uh..  how have you been doing?

Still, no answer, she looked the other way, seemingly afraid to move a muscle.

Culpeper: Uhm.. want a mint?

He reached into his pocket, and pulled out a little wrapped candy, Kitty looked at him, confused, and then looked at the candy that was dangling in the air.

Kitty: Why?

Culpeper: Huh?

Kitty: Why are you acting nice to me..?

Culpeper: I just feel like.. I need to help you, you know?

He scooted closer to her, taking her hand in his, her searched for her eyes with a smile, but only found a glare.

Kitty: Don't act like you didn't know what happened..

Culpeper: Do you mean.. these?

Thomas pulled his coat back a bit and pointed at his chocker, his other hand then pointed to Kits chocker, she nodded.

Culpeper: I didn't...uh.. We were young okay? Now listen—

Kitty: You were a young adult and I was barely even one! What's wrong with you?!

She yanked her hand away, Kit stood up and walked closer to the man and stopped right Infront of him so that she's towering over Thomas, who flinched.

Culpeper: I-I.. P-please let me explain!

Kitty: I just wanted a friend..

Culpeper: I a-am your f-friend!

Kit stared at him, and then suddenly laughed, Culpeper looked at her confusingly until:

She slapped him across the face.

Kitty: Have a nice day, Thomas

She smiled down at him, satisfied, before walking away, leaving Thomas cupping his cheek, shocked.

But before she could even fully leave the spot, he grabbed her wrist and pushed her up against the statue, pinning her arms above her head.

She gasped, tears forming, unable to move as he lowers his head to her neck, smiling.

Culpeper: “No one will know this time... I promise.”
