He dived into the cold water. He had to find Chuck, not only for his safety but also for Coach's sanity, he would go crazy if anything happened to Chuck. Percy looked around, trying to search for Chuck, but the water was getting murky.

He wondered whether a nymph had taken Chuck, or just the water, what or who could have done it? Percy looked around, finally, he found a hat floating up to the surface. It was Chuck's, Percy dove deeper to find him, and soon, he found Chuck in the water, unconscious. He swam faster and picked him up, swimming back to the surface.

Percy got to shore and put him down in the sand, to see that both Calypso and Coach had disappeared too.
