Maya was in Topanga's when Josh walked in holding hands with another girl. Maya turned around and at the very moment, dropped her berry smoothie, it hit the ground with a crack, smoothie was all over the floor, Josh smirked and ordered two coffees, while waiting for the coffees he and the Girl kissed, Josh made sure to look at Maya, who was horrified. Maya walked up to Josh and the Girl " sup losers" the girl wrinkled her nose " omg, you're the Girl who Josh dumped! Good thing he found ME, at least I dress better then you!" She laughed and suddenly, a girl popped out of nowhere and stood between maya and the girl, she said to the girl " Violet, leave now, you've got no business messing with her." Violet left and Josh hurried after, the girl smiled at Maya " hi, I'm Riley Matthews, you don't have to worry about her, Violet is what I call ' a player' she basically cheats on boys." She grinned and went cleaning. Maya realized that Josh had betrayed her, it wasn't a question, it was a fact. Maya ran out of there, it was dark and raining, maya was in front of Josh's house and she saw them talking, maya was so busy watching them that she didn't see the car whizzing toward her, suddenly Josh yelled " maya!" He pushed maya out of the way but not quick enough, he was safe but maya had been severely injured. Maya hit the ground and the last thing she saw, was Josh keeling next to her, clutching her hand.
