I got ready for the coffee with Erik, and once I was done I called out to Trey

“I'm going out, be back later” I said hoping he wouldn't question.

Trey didn't like Erik much, I didn't understand why though.

“Alright, call me if anything” he said and went back to practicing his guitar.

Trey adored playing his guitar and he was quite good he even played for some garage bands.

As I walked towards the coffee shop that Erik had mentioned my mind floated to Amanda. Nate had introduced Amanda as his girlfriend, but Erik had introduced her as his fiancee. Maybe she had a twin sister? Or I had confused her with someone else? But no I was pretty sure that the Amanda I saw with Nate was the same as the one with Erik, but did he know that she was cheating on him?

As I thought this I noticed that I had already reached the coffee shop. It was closer than I thought.

I walked in and the little bell at the top of the door chimed which caused everyone to look at me, even Erik. I looked over at him and noticed that he wasn't alone. Amanda and Nate sat with him.

I now looked at them confused. Was I suppose to bring Trey?

What was Nate doing here?

I walked over to them and gave each a kiss on the cheek “Hey guys” I said.

They responded with a 'hi'.

“Sky, you remember Nate” Erik said

I nodded “yeah, Nate its good to see you”

“Amanda” I said looking over at her and giving her a smile.

“You guys chat, I’m going to use the rest room” Erik said and left.

I sat down and looked between Nate and Amanda.

“OK so whats going on?” I asked looking between them.

“I have no clue what you're talking about” Amanda said giving me a fake smile.

“I'm just having a nice coffee which a rich doctor who I can call my fiancee and his best friend.”She said.

“Listen, Erik was my best friend and if you hurt him, you will have a problem with me.” I said.

Erik didn't deserve this.

“Oh but honey, you even said it yourself, he WAS your best friend. He doesn't care about you anymore.”

she said right when Erik came back

“So...” he said.

“Yeah it was nice seeing you Erik but I just remembered I have a meeting, lets meet up some other time” I said tired of being in the presence of such a bitch like Amanda.
