EXTENDED SUMMARY. . . .

Remi never thought that the apocalypse would ever happen, but technically it never happened. The monster apocalypse happened. The world went to chaos all because of Agatha 616. Yeah, an asteroid headed towards Earth caused the monster apocalypse to happen. Bombs blew up Agatha 616, animals of all kind were turned into cold blooded monsters, and everyone was sent to live underground.

Not Remi though. Remi survived on land and had a mission to find her younger sister. Remi and Sydney got separated when the monster apocalypse first started. While most people hid in bunkers below ground, Remi decided on staying above ground, not wanting to be stuck underground for who knows how long. Then she finally got in contact with Sydney. Sydney told Remi she's in a coastal colony and the fact that Sydney is alive made Remi so relieved. She feared that Sydney might've been dead. She stayed in contact with Sydney for as long as she can and promised the girl that she would find her.

Remi and Boy were in the trailer that Remi deemed hers after the two first found it when a boy who looked to be around her age suddenly stumbled in the trailer. After introducing each other and finding out that she and Joel are going to the same place they decide to travel together. And who knew you could find love in the monster apocalypse.
