Marinette p.o.v

As I was unbraiding my hair, I heard a chim from my phone. I picked it up as my hair was let loose as it had multiple waves, and say the word "hi." It was non other than Adrien Agreste. The boy that I used to have a strong liking to. I guess not any more. I don't blush when I talk to him, or stammered when I tried to have a conversation with him. Heck, I didn't even bother to waste my breath on him.

          Sure I could now have normal conversations with him, but I didn't see him as a love interest. I saw him as a stranger from my class. That's all. Nothing more nothing less. Just how I like it.

"Hey."
I texted back.
After a few seconds as I was continuing to brush my hair, I got another notification.
"Hey ^_^  . Anything new happen to you?"
I stared at the message. No nothing did happen to me that was out of order.
"No, not really. You?"
After I sent that I paused. I was having a conversation with the person I was suppose to hate.
"Haha, I've been busy lately from the modeling that I have to do for my dad's 2017 summer wardrobe."
I look over the message. He and I are the same age, yet he's more successful than me.
"Who else is joining you?"
I sent uncontrollably, god- I should have stopped my typing five minutes ago.
"I'm only doing a few pictures, some other guys and girls are joining ^ - ^"
There, that was that a good spot to end.

I shut my phone off and walked to my computer. As I was logging in, I heard another chim. Come on!

"Hey, want to meet somewhere?"
I saw.
I looked at the clock, has time not pass? I shrugged to myself, what's the harm?
"Yeah sure, let's meet at "Café de la lumière du soleil"

In about one minute and thirty seconds, he replied.

"Yeah sure, meet you at six?"

"Yeah sure, meet you in about thirty minutes then."

          I shut my phone off and looked at the mirror. I looked fine, nothing too posh, nothing to weird or gross. I grabbed my hair brush and untangled some of the knots and curls in my hair. After my hair was straight but had a few light waves, I smiled at my representation.

"Decent." I smiled.

          I still had about twenty minutes, but the walk to Café de la lumière du soleil was a short ten minutes walk, so I should head out now. I grabbed my purse with my wallet, phone, and keys. My parents were gone to America so I had the apartment all to myself for three days. I locked the bakery doors and apartment doors, and walked out. The weather was a sixty two degree day, a practical and perfect day just to relax with a cup of tea next to you with that new novel that was introduced on the shelves just a day ago.

          I walked in the cafe, and ordered a table for two. I grabbed my phone out, and saw that Adrien texted me.

"I'll be there in like two minutes."

I noticed that he was typing again.

"Okay, I'm here where you here?"

"Yeah, I got a table already. Ask the people in front for the name Marinette Dupain Cheng."

After about twenty seconds, I saw him look for the table to meet me at.

I saw his eyes pop up when he noticed me, and rushed over to my table.

"Hey, it's kind of a surprise that you wanted to meet up with me." Adrien said laughing softly at the end. "Haha, I guess." I said, giving a light smile. "Look, I'm sorry. I just want to start over with you. I don't know if you want to continue being friends or if we were friends in the first place, but I just want my grudge against you to be gone." I told him, as I looked down. As I looked up again in a short two seconds, his eyes were bright and beaming. He grabbed my two hands and shook his head heavily with delight. "Of course! I can't believe you actually said that to me. I'm so glad, ahh- my stress is gone." He said giving me a smile. "Stress?" I asked is dismay. "Y-yeah, I was kind of wondering if we would ever go back to what we used to be, haha." He laughed, scratching the back of his head. "Y-yeah, me too." I agreed.
