*Felix continued to fall through the floor screaming until he landed face-first in a cell*

Felix: Oof! Ow *gets up and shakes his head* jiminy jaminy that's gonna leave a mark *dusts himself off*

*felix looks around the cell*

Felix: Hello? is uh...Anyone here?

*suddenly the wall behind him started glitching and he pulls out his hammer slightly trembling*

*then something comes through the wall and felix flinches and yelps holding his hammer high above his head*

Vannelope: Uhh what are you doing?

*Felix opens his eyes and sees a small girl with black hair in a red liquorice scrunchie wearing a teal hoodie with candy-inspired clothing with bits of candy in her hair*

Felix: oh hehe sorry you scared me there for a second lil' missy

Vannelope: ah sorry i- i just haven't been myself lately it's just my whole life got ruined when some big guy smashed this kart we made together and sold me out to king candy

*felix's eyes widened in surprise* 

Felix: wait did he wear overalls?

Vannelope: Yeeah?

Felix: and- and did he have spiky hair?

Vannelope: Yes?

Felix: and freakishly large hands?!

Vannelope: You mean ralph?

Felix: Yes! Oh you have no idea how long i've been looking for him! he said something about getting a medal proving he could be a good guy a-

Vannelope: Did it involve selling a friend out?

Vannelope: Oh really then how do you know him?

Vannelope: Well unless you came to find him i can't help you!

*then felix's cell door swings open*

Officer Wynnchel: There she is!

Vannelope: Oh boy

*vannelope glitches and hides behind felix's leg*

Felix: uhh what seems to be the problem officers?

Officer Duncan: That little girl behind you is a glitch, we're here to take her to king candy's glitch-proof cell

Felix: A glitch? why i don't think this little girl is a glitch i think she's just a nice girl who you think is a glitch

Vannelope (glitching): No no it's true i am a glitch

Felix (whispering): I don't care that you're a glitch i'll distract them and you can escape

Vannelope (whispering): thank you

Felix: So officers have you ever seen *pulls out his hammer* this?

Officer Duncan:...A hammer?

*then felix cocks his head to the side with his eyes darting to the door to vannelope*

*vannelope nods and runs out the door*

Officer Duncan: I don't- what are pulling here?

Felix: Nothing-

Officer Wynnchel: hey wait a minute the glitch is gone!

Officer Duncan: Oh boy looks like we gotta go find her

*the officers leave felix's cell to go after vannelope*

Felix: Oh i hope she gets away...
