After waking up, you found yourself in a room with a screen showing a schedule of what to do.

"Good morning Corporal Y/N," an AI voice said. "It has been two weeks since your promotion. Colonel Garret seeks to talk with you. After that, the schedule will be updated unless conversation leads to a vital mission."

You got out of bed and showered before putting on a uniform with the symbols Alpha and Omega joined together on the back. You left the room and walked down a hall to a window, where you looked outside and saw dozens of people training and many machines being built.

Eventually, you reached an office with Colonel Garret's name on the door. You entered and saw a middle-aged man sipping tea, and so, you saluted to him.

Col. Garret: "At ease soldier. I have a mission for you."

"I'm ready, sir."

Col. Garret: "We have seen reports of Titans wandering 50 miles outside of the Ark. I need you to scout it out. Normally, I would have the recon squads take this mission, but they are still recovering after the operation."

"Roger, sir! I need something to do. Already spent a few days in my room."

Col. Garret: "Everyone is valuable here, soldier. Stay safe and may God be with you."

After leaving the room, you went to the garage, picked out a customized bike, and drove out of the Ark, which is a massive fortress. After a few hours, you eventually made it to the site and parked his bike before going to the top of a hill.

You brought out your binoculars and looked around to see several Titans dissolving.

"What the?"

Seeing something coming at yourself, you dodged and looked up to see a girl with short blonde hair and a muscular physique.

"Identify yourself."

"Annie Leonhart. And you are?"

"Y/N. That's all you need to know. What are you doing here? What killed the Titans?"

Annie: "I did."

"You? By yourself?"

Annie: "If you cut the nape on their necks, they die instantly."

"So it's that specific spot that kills them?"

Annie: "Yes."

"Where are you from?"

Annie: "From a walled empire, but it ended up being overrun by Titans. I'm all that's left of them."

Your radio went off and received an emergency transmission from an outpost under attack by Titans.

"Do you seek to kill Titans?"

Annie: "You don't need me to answer that."

"Then, follow me and prove it."

You and Annie hopped on your motorcycle and drove to the outpost.
