Fact: Mike and Jeremy met as kids, Jeremy's first day of kindergarten. Mike is 6 in this btw.

Jeremy hummed as he left his mother's car with his mother, he was happy that he was going to see his other mother, or his mama, tomorrow, it had been a month, but she was REALLY busy, his parents were Julia and Sara, Julia being a business CEO and Sara being a receptionist.

Sara held her son's hand "You ready, my little Jere-bear?" She asked happily, Jeremy nodded "YEAH!" He exclaimed, he then noticed a dark brown haired boy with light blue eyes, walking next to two people, a man  with a baby in his arms, he wondered why there was only a man... but maybe that's normal!

Jeremy shrugged it off and skipped ahead.

Jeremy entered the room after the teacher and his mother talked, he sighed and saw quite a few kids his age or a year older there, he started to tremble as he stood there, not being used to a big crowd like this, he noticed the boy with his parents and probably baby brother in the corner, away from everyone.

The brown haired boy silently walked over, sitting next to the boy, the other boy seemed to notice him "Do you need something?" He asked, annoyance lacing his tone, not making eye contact with Jeremy though "Oh! I-I-I-I'm not v-very used to l-large cr-crowds... And i-it's qu-quiet over h-here..." The 5 year old answered, the boy turned to him, revealing tired eyes with large bags under them.

"Well, kid, go talk to others your age... I don't wanna talk..." He answered with a hostile tone, Jeremy whimpered, clearly hurt by this, but he didn't move, Jeremy was stubborn, scared of going in to the crowd, what if he got trapped? What if they t-t-touched him? Thoughts raced in his mind.

"You alright kid?" He turned to the boy, his green eyes looking in to the other's light blue eyes ".....I'm not comfortable in crowds...." He said, fear laced in his voice, the boy sighed "The name is Mike Schmidt..." He said "My name's Jeremy Fitzgerald, but you can call me Jere for short!" He said, Mike slowly smiled and hugged Jeremy gently.

Jeremy giggled and hugged back, until the bell rang and all the kids had gotten in a circle "Jeremy! Mike! C'mon, it's time to introduce ourselves to the new kid!" The teacher said, motioning to Jeremy, the two boys got up and walked over, Jeremy made sure he wasn't touched by any of the other kids.
