The door flew open and Alpha Lakota came in. His eyes were black and he was breathing heavily. I wonder if he is in control yet or his wolf, Kaito.

He growled. What happened next I still can't believe. I watched as Esarosa shifted. She still had Josh by the throat.

Alpha Lakota shifted in mid stride and snarled at my daughter. My wolf was fighting to come out. She didn't like seeing all this fighting.

Esarosa sank her teeth into the alpha's throat. And dug her claws across Josh's throat. I watched and in a matter of minutes both my mate and my alpha where dead.

I stared at the wolf snarling in front of me. Than I decided I wanted to live. I submitted. I wasn't going to fight. If she wanted me dead than so be it. I deserve it.

Esarosa shifted back into her human form. She was naked and covered in blood.

"I will get you cloths." I said rushing out of the room. I was having trouble with not puking. I have seen blood before but this was different. This was my mates blood all over my daughter.

"Stop." she ordered me.

I stopped dead in my tracks. 'Was that an alpha tone?' I asked my wolf.

She was whimpering. 'Yes. I think it is.' She replied.

"How?" I asked out loud.

She stood there. Than something dawned on me. "You killed the alpha and the beta, who was next in line. I am the mate of said beta and I submitted to you." I looked at her closer. "You are the alpha now."
