Rebecca's POV

I was thrilled that Esarosa was allowing me to continue with my duties. I knew she was under a lot of pressure.

I waited for the boys to leave before I stopped Esarosa. "We need to talk." I said.

She stopped and turned to look at me. "Ok. But can my mom come also? she needs to learn more about what I am and more about you and my other siblings."

I nodded that actually was what I wanted to talk about.

"She is on her way." Esarosa said. That surprised me.

"Can you mind link with her?" I asked

She shook her head. "I mind linked Dr. Carlyle."

"Oh that makes sense." I said smiling.

A light knock on the door indicated that Jennie Lowell had arrived.

"Come in." Esarosa said.

"Mom you have met Rebecca already. She is my biological mother."

Jennie nodded. I have a feeling she already knew.

"I want to thank you. For saving and protecting my daughters life....." I paused. I really didn't have a right to call Esarosa my daughter.

"I have been blessed. Esarosa is an amazing young woman. Though if you don't mind explain why?"

I had seen the love and adoration in Jennie's eyes. She really did love Esarosa.

I took a deep breath and let it out slowly where should I start? "it wasn't my idea. I tried to find her. I had made myself sick looking. Than I was told by my mate and my alpha that Esarosa was dead. I broke down. I quit looking. I had heard rumours that there was a white wolf living with a vampire near the Porcupine Pack. I didn't really think anything of it because I never heard about the special abilities that she has."

"Abilities?" Jennie asked

"Yes. We are ghost wolves. Esarosa, Monique and myself."

"Ghost wolves? they were all wiped out. And Esarosa never showed any signs." Jennie said.

"I will be happy to show you." I said.

There was a knock on the door.

"Come in." Esarosa said.

I watched as Jensen came into the room. He bowed. "Sorry for the interruption. But Rebecca Monique is asking for you. And James is back."

"Ok." I replied. I didn't know how I was going to tell James that our new alpha is his older sister. He was sixteen and had left the pack to go travel.

I looked at Esarosa. "Please forgive me. But I really should go."

Esarosa nodded and said "I should go see Aeliana. mom will you come with me?"

Jennie stood up "of course. Rebecca I would like to talk more with you if that's ok. I also brought pictures if you want to see them."

I smiled "I would love that." Than I turned and followed Jensen out.

I was happy to be home. I had heard though that my dad and the alpha were killed. I was curious as to who the new alpha was. I knew it wasn't me. I didn't feel any power. I was also too young yet to become alpha.

I walked into the building and instantly I smelt a vampire. 'strange' I thought to myself.

I saw Jensen at the table drinking a coffee. "Hey where is mom?" I asked him.

"Hello James." He said getting up and givin me a hug. "Your mom is in a meeting with Dr. Lowell and your....new alpha." I saw that he was hiding something but I am sure mom will tell me.

"I will go and get her." He said. just than Monique came bounding up to me. "Jamesy Jamesy" she said happily. she jumped up into my arms.

Than turned to Jensen "where is mommy."

"I am going to get her ok." He said ruffling her curls.

She giggled "ok."

We watched him run upstairs than I asked "so how have you been?" I asked my little sister. "Where is Samantha?"

"I have been good. Did you know I can walk threw walls and that we have an older sister. Oh and Sam is outside playing with Mike." She was talking a mile a minute.

I stopped hearing her at we have an older sister. I remember mom crying one night and I asked her "what's wrong mommy."

"Just sad." She replied. Than I remembered she always cried every year on the same day. She told me two years ago that she had lost a daughter.

Mom came down the stairs. "Hello James."
