Luna Minx told us to all leave accept for Dr. Miguel.

I turned and followed mom out the door. I than whispered "I hope the alpha will be ok"

My mom turned around and her eyes were blood red "he will be ok." She replied also at a whisper.

We were whispering so nobody else could hear though I wonder if the luna could.

"Mom why are your eyes red?" I whispered. I was almost afraid of the answer.

"I am fitting the urge to rip those boys heads off" my mom whispered back. I could hear the malicious threat in her words.

"Mom please just leave it be." I pleaded.

She sighed but nodded her head. "I would never do anything to this pack. They have protected me in the past and I have protected them. This time is no different."

I nodded and than stared at my feet. I really wasn't liking all this fuss. It's not like this hasn't happened before.

I was still staring at the floor lost in my thoughts when I smelt that delicious
sent from school. My heart beat seemed to quicken and a small smile crossed my face when I looked up and saw Aeliana.

She looked at me and smiled when her eyes locked with mine. Than she turned her gaze to my mom and stopped dead in her tracks. "Ummm. ..... Mrs. Lowell are you alright?" she asked tentatively.

I looked at my mom and saw that she was staring straight ahead, her eyes were still red and her fangs were now fully extended.

I very slowly moved closer to my mom and very carefully and gently wrapped my arms around her waist. I felt the tension in my mothers form relax and soon I felt her arms wrap around me.

"I am sorry Esarosa." She said placing her head on top of mine.

"It's ok mom. Are you hungry?" I asked. I made sure it was just below a whisper. I wish that my mom and I could mind link with each other.

I felt her nod in reply. Than she let me go and looked at me. She smiled and mouthed "I think that girl wants you to go with her."

I smiled widely and nodded. I mouthed "thank you" back at her. I knew that was my moms way of saying I could leave.

My mom turned to Aeliana and said "I am sorry dear. I am tired. It has been along day. Please forgive me and excuse me. I should go."

"of course mrs. Lowell. is it ok if Esarosa and I hang out?"

My mom smiled and nodded her head. Than Aeliana and I watched as she walked away.

Aeliana turned to me "so is everything ok?"

I shook my head. "Let's go for a walk." I suggested.

She smiled and linked her arm with mine and led me threw the huge pack house.

I had been arguing with my son and his mate when dr. Miguel's voice filled my head. "Come quick Luna. The Alpha has lost control."

I turned to my son "I want a punishment figured out NOW." I told them using my alpha tone on the word now.

I left the future leaders of this pack and rushed down to the medical wing of our pack house.

When I entered the room I saw my mate chained to the chair. His eyes were black as coal and were wild looking. He was growling and almost foaming at the mouth.

I was afraid but I didn't show it. Instead I ran to him and started whispering soothing words to him. I tried mind linking with him but he had totally blocked me out. He was furious and I didn't know why.

"What happened?" I mind linked dr. Miguel.

"He saw the scars that cover Esarosa's back. Luna they were made with something laced with silver. The alpha demanded that she tell him who hurt her. when she refused he used his alpha tone and she told him that Colin and Kevin did it." was his reply.

I didn't look at Esarosa or her mother. But I did ask them to leave. When I heard the door close behind them I turned to dr. Miguel. "They used what?" I almost yelled at him.

The whole medical wing was sound proof.

Dr. Miguel flinched but answered "I am not sure what exactly they used. But it left some bad scars."

I was furious. I looked over at Johnson and tried to mind link with him again. "Let me in my love." I urged.

I was met with nothing. I looked at dr. Miguel again. "I can't get threw to him." I said.

The dr. sighed "dr. Lowell gave me a heavier dose of sedative. should I give it to him?"

I looked at my mate once again than back at the dr. "Yes." I replied.

I leaned down and kissed my love on the cheek. I got up and left the room. I had was going to see my son.
