Chapter Five

Vixen watched as Monique continued to spare with the two male demigods. The anger from earlier seemed to vanish as Monique focused on her task at hand. After four hours of watching Vixen called the sparing match over.

Monique was tired and sweaty. She had taken down two trainees. The demigods had been strong but Monique was faster.

All her jealousy and anger was now gone or at least subsided.

"Can we go?" one of the demigods asked Vixen.

"Yes you may." Vixen replied as the boys vanished.

Just as they vanished Sexton appeared. "Hey I heard you were here." he said to Monique.

"I would hug you but I am all sweaty and gross." Monique replied smiling.

Sexton smiled. "Well go shower than we shall eat."

Monique nodded and headed of to Vixen's cottage to shower.

Vixen and Sexton watched her go and than Sexton turned to his sister. "Seems she isn't as angry any more."

"She isn't as bad anymore. But it took four hours. Dexter and Deacon were exhausted." Vixen replied.

"Has her speed increased?"

"Immensely. And imagine what it will be like after her and Aeron fully mate."

"Have you told her?" Sexton asked.

"If you are implying towards what Aeron has done. Than no. I think it best he tells her."

"That is what I was thinking. Though our mother has told Kiera."

Vixen sighed. It would make sense that the goddess wouldn't lie.

"Well let's get ready for supper." Sexton said.

The two walked off towards the hall. With Kiera and Monique in their realm there was going to be a grand feast. And Vixen was going to honour Deacon and Dexter with their first task. They had proven themselves.

Savanna got home from school and went to her room. She was curious as to why Kiera would kiss her. She went to her bed and sat cross legged. She needed to speak to Melaka. They weren't able to have a conversation like the wolves could. Savanna needed to meditate.

'Melaka.'

'Yes my dear?'

'Why did Kiera kiss us?'

Savanna felt Melaka sigh. 'My dear she is our mate.' Melaka replied.

'Our mate? I thought we couldn't find each other yet? something about wolves find their mates at eighteen.'

'Ah yes. That is true. But she is half elemental. And we are a witch born to dragons. there hasn't been a pairing like us before.'

Savanna bowed her head in thought. Than she thought of a beautiful sunset with a bench over looking a cliff with water at the bottom. Her and Melaka were suddenly there sitting on the bench.

"This is a beautiful spot." Melaka said.

Savanna nodded. Both sat in silence as the reds, oranges and yellow faded to black.

"Rest now Savanna. This always takes too much out of you." Melaka said as took control of Savanna's body and laid her down.

Chapter Six

Ok everyone. I keep getting this all mixed up so I am going to write it all out here again :)

The moon goddess is Kiera great great grandmother.

Vixen is Kiera's great grandma. She is Queen Elena's mom.

And Sexton is Kiera great uncle. Elena's uncle.

I have went and changed it again in all my chapters.

Callie and Steven are Kiera's parents.

Steven is Aeliana's twin brother.

If I need to clear anything else up please let me know. Because I easily forget. Sorry for any confusion.

Aeron was shocked when he discovered he was mates with Monique.

"Now what am going to do?"he asked himself out loud as he drive home from school.

He knew his mate was going to be at that school but he figured it was going to be a familiar. He was right on that account. Though it surprised him that his familiar mate was a guy.

Aeron's thoughts were all over the place. He didn't know what to do.

He decided that instead of driving home, he would drive back to his coven. His adoptive mother might have a better idea of what to do.

Six hours later and a lot of thinking Aeron drove up to his mothers castle. Yes an actual castle.

"Hello Aeron." a guard at the gates said as Aeron drove up.

"Hello Crain. Is my mother home?" Aeron asked.

"She is. Do you want me to send word ahead of your arrival?" Crain asked.

"Yes please. I don't want to disturb her if she is busy."

"I don't believe she is." than Crain picked up a walki talki and spoke into it.

Aeron waited patiently.

"She will meet you in the gardens at the east end. She said you can drive right up or park and walk."

"Thank you Crain." Aeron said as he drove off. He was going to park. The last time he drove to the gardens his mother used a spell and his truck drove off without him.

"Hello mother." Aeron said as he walked up towards the aging woman. She was dressed in a light pink summer dress that flowed down to the ground.

"Aeron. what a surprise." His mother said. Than she frowned. "You have been gone only two days. Why are you home?"

"I am not in trouble mom." Aeron said holding up his hands. He should have known she would think that. He was always in trouble in school.

She narrowed her eyes at him but replied "alright. What brings you here than?"

"Well as I thought. I found my mate." Aeron said pausing so he could organize his thoughts.

"That is great." His mom said smiling brightly. Aeron looked at her closely. He had learned that his adoptive mother had lost her mate two years after meeting him. Than she also lost their unborn child.

"It is great. But well mom my mate is a wolf shifter. And a familiar."

"There isn't a problem with a half blood son."

"No there isn't but mom what I meant to say is I have two mates. A wolf shifter and a familiar." Aeron said as he waited for his mothers reply.

"Two? hmmm. How strange."

"I know. That's why I came to you. What do I do?"

"Come we will go to the library and search for some explanation."

"Thank you."

Aeron took his mothers arm and they walked along the trails back to the castle. the walk was quiet as both were deep in thought.

Tristan was stunned. His mate was a hot dude. The bummer was his mate was also mated to his little sisters friend. Well mate. It was nice that they both had found their mates.

Tristan went back to thinking about Aeron. It didn't surprise him that his mate was a warlock. What was shocking was Aeron was also mated to a wolf.

Tristan done some research Monique to try and find out why. He was surprised to learn that she was a ghost wolf. Had blood of gods flowing threw her veins and was the protector to Kiera.

Kiera is a metal elemental and shadow wolf cross. She is the future queen of the elementals.

Tristan smiled at the thought of being apart of protecting Kiera and continuing to protect Savanna. Than he thought about it.... the reason he was so protective of Savanna was because he was already destined to protect her.

He needed to talk to someone. Anyone. Just who? he was an orphan. His parents were killed somehow. He wasn't sure exactly how. And he hated his foster parents. he was lost and confused more than ever now.

"Perhaps I can listen." a male voice said.

Tristan lifted his head and stared at the dark haired, golden eyed boy. "Who are you?"

The feast was delicious and Monique and Kiera both retired to bed. They were going to stay the night in the realm of the gods.

"Deacon. Dexter. May I have a word with you two?" Vixen asked the identical twin demigods.

The boys stopped and looked at Vixen.

"Yeah?"

"I have a job for you. Either for one of you or both of you. I would like for you to head to the Earth realm and help a boy named Tristan Moon. He is a familiar with nobody to guide him."

"We can do that. But what makes him so special?" Deacon asked

"He is the familiar mate to Monique's mate. I fear that Monique will reject the pair and that won't be good. Tristan is important. He is Savanna's protector."

"And with out the mate bond. He won't be strong enough to protect Savanna. She dies and Kiera goes on a rampage causing a war." Dexter replied.

"Yes exactly. Now please will you two help?"

"Why us though? wouldn't older gods or goddesses be best?" Deacon asked.

"Would you two talk to one of us if you were having problems? or would you prefer to talk to someone closer to your own age?" Vixen asked them as she crossed her arms over her chest.

The boys saw the way Vixen was. she was getting angry so they both decided now would be a good time to do as she said. So they both bowed and headed off to find Tristan Moon.

Chapter Seven

"Perhaps I can listen." a male voice said.

Tristan lifted his head and stared at the dark haired, golden eyed boy. "Who are you?"

"Deacon Grey. This is my twin brother Dexter."

Tristan looked over at the other boy. 'When did he get here?' Tristan thought to himself.

"How did you guys get here?" Tristan asked them.

"We are demigods. We were sent to listen and help you understand." Dexter answered.

Tristan bowed his head. "Nobody cares what I think." Tristan said sounding depressed.

"That is not true. The moon goddess cares about all of us. She feels your pain and wants you to be happy." Deacon said trying to comfort the guy.

"Come with us. Show us around this place." Dexter suggested.

Tristan looked up at the two demigods. They were both identical in looks but they were both wearing different cloths. Deacon was wearing a red short sleeve shirt with blue jeans. And Dexter was wearing a blue short sleeve shirt with blue jeans. They were both attractive but Aeron was more attractive.

The thought of Aeron had Tristan upset again. Tristan didn't want to hurt Monique either and he knew his being mated to Aeron was hurting her.

The three boys walked in silence for a bit. Deacon and Dexter wanted to wait for Tristan to gather his thoughts. He will talk when he is ready.

"So are you guys going to go to school at the Garden Gates School?" Tristan asked.

"We might actually." Deacon answered.

"That is if the principle will allow two demigods in." Dexter chimed in.

Tristan just nodded. He wasn't used to talking to anyone his own age. He usually talked to Savanna but she was busy tonight. He never asked her what she was doing though. That thought made Tristan frown. 'How could I forget to ask her? What if she is in trouble?'

"Why are you frowning?" Deacon asked sounding concerned.

Tristan stopped walking and looked at the twins. "I didn't ask Savanna if she was ok. I didn't ask her what she going to be doing. What if she gets hurt? what kind of protector am I?" Tristan said in a rush. He realized it felt good to speak his concerns with some.

"If you like we can show you how to communicate with her telepathically." Dexter said.

"Really? wait what if she doesn't want that? what if it angers her?" Tristan asked

"It won't anger her. It will shock her at first. But than you too will be able to talk anytime." Deacon answered.

Tristan was unsure. But he knew that wolves could communicate amongst themselves and that mates could once they where fully mated.

"Ok can you show me?"

Deacon and Dexter smiled. "Yes we can." They answered.

Aeron and his adoptive mother made their way to the library. They walked threw the rows and rows of books and finally stopped next to a row of books that where in the restricted area.

Aeron had been here before. Nine years ago when he took a spell that was meant to save the lives of Esarosa and Aeliana. The spell backfired and turned the pair immortal.

Aeron was brought out of his thoughts when his mother put a book into his arms. "Read this one" she told him.

He found a seat and began reading.

The feast ended and it was time for the girls to leave the god realm.

Monique was feeling better about the whole situation but she still wanted to talk to her great grandmother, the moon goddess.

"Kiera I will see you later. I want to talk with my great grandmother."

"Ok Keek." Kiera replied sleepily.

They hugged each other and went their separate ways.

As Monique walked to the cottage in the middle of the village. She saw Vixen talking with the two twin demigods from her sparing match. They were good. She was better though. Than she frowned. She shouldn't think like that.

She walked up to the front door of the cottage and knocked lightly.

The door opened and the moon goddess stood in the door way. A huge smile on her face. "I was wondering if you would come and visit."

"I am sorry for not coming here first. Kiera wanted to talk with you. So I went to talk to grandma." Monique replied as she hugged the goddess.

"I am glad you are here now. What is on your mind?"

Monique lowered her head. She new anger wasn't the way to go. She sighed. "Why?" was all she could manage as a new wave of tears flowed down her cheeks.

The moon goddess came forward and wrapped her arms around her great granddaughter. The fates were cruel. The moon goddess couldn't change who was destined to be mates. Especially when it came to her own family.

Chapter Eight

A week passed since everyone met everyone. Deacon and Dexter were enrolled in the Garden Gates School. Monique had come to terms with Aeron and Tristan, though she hated it. Savanna and Kiera were always together. And Tristan learned how to communicate with Savanna telepathically.

The school doors opened and it was like slow motion set in. A girl walked in with the most amazing figure ever and long curly red hair. Her hair looked like a halo of flames.

All the boys stopped to stare and most of the girls also.

Monique looked up from her book when she noticed the whole school seemed to be deathly silent. She looked around to find what had caused the silence. Than she saw her. And Monique wanted to rip her throat out.

Kiera felt Monique's anger and she quickly moved closer to her. 'Shhhh. Not here Monique. The school is a safe zone. No fighting or else immediate expulsion.' Kiera said threw their mind link.

Monique didn't answer. She just stared at the red headed girl.

The girl came closer and when she seen Monique she smiled and walked up closer. "Well. Well. Well. If it isn't my dearest friend Monique and her little pet Kiera. Have you two finally realized you are mates?" the girl said mockingly.

A large group of students gathered around the trio of girls.

"Avril. what a pleasant surprise. I thought you left." Monique replied sarcastically.

"I did but mom decided that I needed to come home. Something to do about the pack. I don't fully understand but whatever." Avril waved her one hand in a circle sort of dismissing her words.

"Well I am so thrilled you are back." Monique said as the sarcasm practically dripped off the words.

Avril just smiled. Than she turned and looked at the group of students around her. "Can one of you show me to the office? I need my schedule."

Monique didn't pay attention to who took Avril. She was still trying to fight the urge to decapitate the girl.

Avril smiled as she walked to the office with a blue haired boy. He was kinda cute and if she wasn't in a hurry she would do him in the closet. But sadly she needed to get to her classes. Her mother wouldn't be to happy if she missed some.

The day went by fast for Avril and at lunch time she found the blue haired boy and screwed his brains out. Best lunch ever she thought.

When the day ended. Avril walked out side and got into her red dodge charger. Than she drove back to the Rosewood Pack house where she promised to meet her mother at.

Janine was waiting on the steps of the pack house for her sister, Avril to show up. The two hadn't seen each other in ten years.

As Janine continued to wait she felt a hand in her shoulder. Janine looked up at her mom.

"Hey mom. When did you get here?" Janine asked.

"About twenty minutes ago. It wasn't as far of a drive as I thought it was." Janine's mother said smiling. Than she looked around. " Has Avril showed up yet?"

Janine shook her no.

Janine heard her mother sigh. "I promised alpha Alex I would be gone only two days. But alpha Esarosa and alpha Aeliana said I am welcome to stay here. They are very proud of you. And they told me you are a beta here for them."

Janine looked up at her mom. "Yes. They were both kind not to kill me for my part with Colin. I owe them my life."

Her mother bowed her head. "I owe them so much more." she replied at a whisper.

Chapter Nine

Autumn bowed her head. "I owe them so much more" she said in a whisper.

But Janine heard her mother and turned towards her. It was all Janine's fault her mother was so sad.

Janine wrapped her arms around her mothers waist. "I am sorry."

Autumn wrapped her arms around her daughter. "It's not your fault."

They heard vehicles drive up the drive. They broke apart and watched, still waiting for Avril to show up.

Monique was the first to park her car. Than she got out and stormed into the house. She didn't even stop to say hi to Janine or her mother on the step. She was too angry.

A couple boys walked passed greeting their beta.

Than finally the pair saw a red charger park. And Avril got out. Autumn was angry at the way her youngest daughter was dressed. One word came to mind but Autumn didn't even think it.

Avril walked up to her mother and sister with a smile on her face. She was happy to see them.

"Hello mom. Hello Janine." Avril said.

Autumn went over to her daughter and hugged her "it's good too see you. I have missed you."

"I have missed you too mom." Avril said squeezing her mother back. Avril really did miss her mom.

After Janine and Colin had caused fighting. Avril was sent to an all girls school with humans in it. But Autumn thought it best for Avril to come back and maybe find her mate.

The reunion between Autumn and her kids was short and sweet but she had to go and talk with Esarosa and Aeliana.

She walked up to the alpha office and knocked lightly on the door.

"Come in." she heard.

So she opened the door and walked in.

Esarosa smiled at the woman. She knew who she was. Autumn Snow. A beta from her old adoptive pack, The Porcupine Pack.

"What brings you here?" Aeliana asked not waisting anytime.

"I need to ask a favour of you two." Autumn asked quietly.

Both Esarosa and Aeliana raised their eyebrows. It wasn't common for a member of another pack to ask for assistance.

"What kind of favour?" Esarosa asked.

Autumn lowered her head. She was embarrassed to ask. "Can .... well...." she stammered as she was trying to figure out how to ask.

"Please Autumn. Tell us what you are asking?" Aeliana said trying to calm the older woman.

Autumn took a deep breath and than looked up at the pair. Even though Autumn was a beta and Esarosa had been below her. She felt the power radiating off the girls. This was defiantly the place to put have her youngest daughter stay.

"I was wondering if you two would accept Avril into your pack. she needs structure and leadership." Autumn replied.

Esarosa and Aeliana looked a each other and than smiled. They would probably accept the favour.

Just as Esarosa and Aeliana were about to answer. They all heard a commotion downstairs.

Chapter Ten

The three woman raced down stairs in time to see Monique and Avril in a wrestling match. Than both girls shifted into their wolves right in the middle of the kitchen.

"SHIFT BACK NOW!!" Esarosa demanded.

Everyone in the room accept Aeliana whimpered.

The sound of bones cracking and snapping filled the room and in a few minutes two naked girls stood in the kitchen.

"What is the meaning of this?" Aeliana asked the girls.

"It was her fault...." Avril started saying.

"My fault? my fault? you started it you b*tch." Monique replied growling at Avril.

"ENOUGH!" Esarosa said sternly.

"Both of you to the office now." Aeliana added. She was angry also.

"Can we get dressed first?" Monique asked blushing. She had realized she was standing completely naked infront of Janine, Autumn, Esarosa, Aeliana and Avril.

"Get dressed. Monique, Avril will need some cloths. Get her some." Esarosa said with a hint of annoyance.

Esarosa was daring her sister to argue.

Nadia was furious also and wanted to smack some sense into the girl. This wasn't the way a future alpha should act.

Autumn cleared her throat and everyone turned and looked at her.

"I am sorry. My throat is sore." She said sheepishly.

"We would like for you to come to the office as well. Avril is your daughter and we feel you have a right to determine a punishment." Esarosa said calmly.

Autumn nodded.

Aeliana looked at Janine. "Can you get some one to clean the mess up?" She asked her.

Janine nodded and her eyes clouded slightly. She was mind linking with someone. Aeliana smiled and followed Esarosa and Autumn back up to the office. They were joined by Rebecca and by Monique and Avril.

Rebecca was just as angry as Esarosa was though she remained quiet. Esarosa and Aeliana were the alphas not herself.

After a long and drawn out argument with the two teenage girls Esarosa and Aeliana allowed the girls mothers to set the punishment.

Rebecca took Monique's hand and led her to her bedroom. The whole way you could hear Rebecca asking "why?"

"Oh Avril you will also be allowed into our pack. You will be in a ceremony later this week. For now your mother has more say than us. And trust me the next time you and Monique shift in this house I will personally send you to the medical wing." Esarosa said calmly.

"And if Esarosa doesn't act quick enough I will do it for her. We do not take kindly to threats and we do not tolerate fighting." Aeliana added.

Avril lowered her head. She knew she had crossed the line. Now she feared her mother will send her away again.

Chapter Eleven

As Autumn paced back and forth the room that Esarosa and Aeliana were kind enough to give her seemed small. Her anger at her daughter was slowly sub sighting.

There was a knock on the door.

Autumn walked over to the door and opened it. "I am sorry to interrupted. But I was asked to bring these up to Avril." A young girl said holding up some cloths.

"Thank you." Autumn said taking the cloths from the girl.

"I am also to tell you both that super will be ready in half an hour. Alpha Esarosa and alpha Aeliana have asked for you both to join."

Autumn nodded. And the young girl turned and walked away.

Autumn sighed again 'what was she supposed to do?' She thought to herself.

"Mom I am sorry. It's just Monique is a b*tch" Avril said frustratedly.

"Enough Avril. You two have been fighting ever since you met. If it wasn't one thing it was another. And if you two can't learn to get along than I will have no choice but to send you back." Autumn replied as she turned around to look at her daughter.

"But mom. ...."

"No more buts. I came here to ask Esarosa and Aeliana to allow you into their pack. Your behaviour tonight proves you aren't capable of control."

Avril sighed and bowed her head.

"Further more. Since I am in charge of your punishment. I have decided to have you help watch the smaller children. And do any job that Esarosa and Aeliana ask you to do."

"Mom...."

Autumn held up her hand silencing her daughter "and if you fail to listen or cause another fight. You will head back to your boarding school. Do you understand?"

"Yes mom." Avril said defeated.

Autumn handed the cloths over to her daughter and left the room. before she left she said " I love you kiddo. Now please wash up and get ready for super."

"Yes mom." Avril replied.

Monique sat quietly as her mother paced her room. She had already gotten Avril a new change of cloths. Actually a couple changes.

Monique couldn't believe that her sister got as angry as she did. Monique knew that fighting was prohibited and especially changing into your wolf form in the house. If you wanted to fight than you must inform the Esarosa and Aeliana. They will set up a space were you could test your strength against another. Plus there were rules to make it more safe.

"Monique are you even listening?" Rebecca asked her daughter angrily.

Monique blushed in embarrassment "sorry mom."

Rebecca sighed. 'why does her daughters have to be so independent?' she asked herself.

"I think your punishment will be to help out James and Samantha. Your siblings could use the help."

"But mom Sam works at the school and James helps to train the pups."

"Yup we will get the anger out of you in a more constructive manor. and from the rumours that I have heard you are next in line for alpha. James and Samantha have declined."

Monique blinked several times. She couldn't believe what she had heard. "Me?"

"Yes you. And I also think that for two weeks you won't be allowed to see Aeron."

"WHAT!?" Monique screamed at her mom.

Rebecca raised an eyebrow at her daughters out burst. "You heard me. No Aeron."

"That's stupid. You can't keep mates apart. For two weeks I can. And if I hear that you have been hanging out with him other than at school I will make it a longer time."

Monique growled in frustration "this it's fair."

"Life seldom is." Rebecca said sadly. As she remembered the day she lost her mate.

Chapter Twelve

Monique was angry at the punishment that she got. It isn't fair that she couldn't see Aeron.

Than she got a sly smile she picked up her phone and phoned Aeron.

"Hey babe" he said when he answered.

"Hey Aeron. Can you pick me up for school in the morning?" Monique asked.

"Yeah I can. Did you want to go to a movie tonight?"

"I can't. I got in trouble." Monique said with a sigh.

"What did you do?" Aeron asked concerned.

"I shifted into my wolf form in the house."

"That's not good. Your sister didn't take a round out of you?"

"No she was furious though. Mom laid down my punishment."

"Well can you tell me about it?" he asked Monique could hear the concern in his voice.

Monique and Aeron talked for three hours about what had happened. And after the talk Monique was feeling much better about it all.

She headed down to the dinning room for supper with a smile on her face.

Avril went to the alphas office and knocked on the door. instantly the door opened and a teenage boy stormed out.

He ran straight into Avril and knocked her over. "Sorry." he said as he helped Avril back up. He had gold coloured eyes and dark hair and Avril felt a draw towards him.

"I am fine." Avril snapped rudely.

The teenage boy made sure she was fine than continued on his way.

"What can we do for you?" Esarosa asked.

"I wanted to apologize to you both for my actions." Avril said.

"You are forgiven this time. But honestly next time we will set the punishment." Aeliana replied.

"Yes we will. Enough of this talk though. Supper is ready." Esarosa added.

The three girls left and headed down to the dinning room.

Kiera worried about what would happen to Monique. Esarosa was so mad.

Kiera picked up her phone and dialled Savanna's number.

"Hey love what's up?" Kiera heard Savanna ask.

"I was wondering if I could come over. I need to talk to someone." Kiera replied.

"Sure. Come on over." Savanna replied cheerfully.

"Is your room dark?" Kiera asked.

"Yup. why?" Savanna asked.

"I can walk threw the shadows. I can be there in five minutes." Kiera replied

"Oh really. Cool. Come on over."

"I will see you in a few. Oh I am going to be in wolf form it's faster."

"Ok."

Kiera hung up the phone and stepped into the shadows. Than she shifted into her wolf.

Sexton watched the fight between Monique and Avril.

He knew that Vixen wouldn't be to happy. He clouded the looking glass and sent Dexter to talk to Esarosa and Aeliana.

Dexter showed up in front of the doors to Esarosa's and Aeliana's office. He knocked lightly and waited.

"Come in." he heard.

He opened the door and stepped inside.

Both girls raised their heads. "Who are you?" Esarosa asked politely.

"I am Dexter Grey. I am a demigod. I came to offer some assistance with Monique's attitude. Vixen, Sexton and the Moon goddess don't need to know."

"What exactly are you offering?" Esarosa asked sceptically.

"I know how help with her anger. I have been training with her.

"And how will this help? she is so temperamental."

"Trust me. My twin and I can help."
Dexter started to get frustrated. If he couldn't make them see than the moon goddess will strip the powers from Monique.

"We will talk about this later. We are expecting Avril to come." Aeliana said in a way of getting rid of the boy.

Dexter went to the door frustrated with the turn of events. He opened the door and stormed out. He ran into someone.

"Sorry." he said as he helped The girl back up.

Dexter made sure she was fine than continued on his way. He was sure she was someone special. Just not his.

Chapter Thirteen

The woman stood there watching the girl. 'It was time for Esarosa to meet her daughter.' She thought to herself. The young girl was seven and had come fully into her wolf. The ghost wolf and the smoke/air elemental. She was able to control the winds around her and even use her wolf in ghost form.

The woman had heard that Esarosa's sister, Monique, also was a ghost wolf and she was mated to a warlock. Though the boy didn't tell anyone what exactly he was. Well it was time. And the woman knew how to take away Esarosa's immortality. Than the daughter could rule the whole supernatural world.

It had been written in the fates of time what would happen and now was the only chance. Before Monique and Aeron had their daughter. For soon Monique will become pregnant and the woman's plan will fail.

"Mommy. What's wrong?" the woman heard.

She looked down at the golden haired golden eyed girl. "Nothing dear mommy is just thinking of your future." She replied.

The little girl smiled and ran off to chase a butterfly that had flown by them.

"Destiny!" the woman heard a man call to her.

The woman turned slightly and looked apon her nephew. And the father of the little girl. He was 22 now and had taken advantage of a young Esarosa.

"Tucker." Destiny said to her nephew.

"What is Nadia doing?" he asked watched the little girl.

"Playing." Destiny replied calmly. She looked at her nephew once again. He looked like any other young human man. You wouldn't think him to be a anything supernatural. His powers so well hidden that even his scent seemed human.

"Have you told Nadia what she has to do?" Tucker asked.

"Not yet. She will defend us and in the process kill everyone who tries to harm us."

Tucker smiled evilly. And that smile showed the true side of him. Destiny was gifted with the ability to see auras and a supernaturals true form, and in that moment she could see the smoke billowing out around him. His eyes where there same blue colour but surrounded in black swirls. His black hair seemed to even lift and swirl with an unseen wind. That he probably created. He was once a wind elemental till he allowed the dark part of him to take over. Tainting his aura.

Destiny was an Enchantress. She wanted the throne to the whole supernatural world and she was close to having her wishes come true.

Chapter Fourteen

Destiny walked threw the gardens of the gods as she searched for the two identical twins. Dexter and Deacon were the key to make the plan fall into motion. It had been written that Avril and Deacon were soulmates and Avril was needed to stop Monique.

"Well there you two are." Destiny said in a seductive tone. She had changed her appearance to that of a teenage girl.

Both boys looked at her strangely. Not having seen her before. But the smile she gave them was all they needed to listen to what she was going to say next.

"Who are you?" Dexter asked kindly.

"Destiny." Destiny replied with a smile.

"Why are you looking for us?" Deacon asked.

"I am new here. And was told you guys know Monique and Keira."

"We do." the says said nodding.

"I would like to train with them if I may."

"What is your abilities?" The boys couldn't tell what exactly she was.

"Magic." was all she said.

"Kool. can you use a weapon?"

"A magic katana."

"Show us."

So Destiny showed them what she knew carefull not use her full strength or abilities. She wanted them to get her close to the Elemental Queen and her protector.

They battled each other for hours till all three were tired. Than they decided that it would be good for Monique and Kiera to train against a magic user.

"We will have to ask the moon goddess." Deacon said as he opened a bottle of water.

"Of course." Destiny said nonchalantly. Though she was worried that the moon goddess will recognize her disguise and kill her on the spot.

"Meet us back here in an hour. And we will have your answer." Dexter said.

"Alright."

And with that all three vanished into thin air and went about their business.

An hour had passed and Destiny once again was in the land of the gods. And she didn't wait long before Deacon and Dexter appeared. However they weren't alone.

"I am Vixen. And this is my brother Sexton." The woman said introducing herself and the man with her.

"Destiny."

"We are told you are a magic user and wish to train with Monique and Kiera. Is this correct?" Vixen asked.

"Yes."

"Let us see than your magic abilities." Sexton said eyeing Destiny suspiciously.

Destiny ignored the demigod and showed him her magic. And as she showed him she could see the gold aura around him grow stronger. 'This might not be good.' She thought to herself.

Sexton had been watching the young girl carefully. She was a stranger and threat. He could sense she wasn't telling everything. And when he tried to read into her soul he was blocked. Only a skilled god or goddess could stop his searching mind.

He looked more closely at the young girl in front of him. There was something off about her.

As the girl weaved her magic, Sexton could feel the amount of magic she was holding back. And her skill with the magic katana was more advanced than her seventeen year old appearance should be.

Chapter Fifteen

Destiny smiled at the fact she was able to deceive the gods. The only problem was she going to be able to deceive the moon goddess.

Destiny was to meet the moon goddess in a few minutes. And she was slightly nervous.

Sexton had watched the girl the whole time she weaved her magic. She defiantly wasn't the teenager she thought herself to be. Perhaps she was an older soul.

He waited for the moon goddess to show. She would be able to know.

It took twenty minutes for the moon goddess to show up. "I am sorry for the wait." the moon goddess said to the group.

"It's alright my lady." the twins said bowing to the goddess.

Sexton smiled. The twins always tried to impressed the moon goddess. What they didn't know. Was the monk goddess already liked the twin boys.

"Mother. This is Destiny." Vixen said gesturing towards the young girl.

Sexton watched his mothers reaction. He was studding her reaction. He still wasn't convinced that this young girl was what she said she was.

The moon goddess looked at the girl. She could feel the magic rolling off the young girl. "You wish to train with my granddaughter and her mate?" the moon goddess asked.

Destiny stared at the moon goddess. She didn't realize that one of the girls was her granddaughter. This could change everything. "Yes ma'am." Destiny said bowing.

"Please stand up." The goddess said.

Destiny did as she was asked and as she stood she saw movement out of the corner of her eye. Before she had time to react she was attacked.

Monique didn't know what was happening but a sharp pain soon erupted in her and she passed out falling to the gym floor.

Soon a group of students surrounded Monique's still form.

"What happened?" "is she alright?" the students asked all at once.

"Look out. let me threw." the teacher said as he gently pushed his way threw the group.

He scooped up Monique and flitted to the school doctor.

"What happened?" the doctor asked as he spun around to see who entered.

"I don't know. She just fainted." The teacher replied. He watched as the doctors eyes glazed over and soon the alpha and principle showed up.

"I have already contacted her mother and the alphas of her pack. They are on their way." The principle said. Than he turned and looked at his new gym teacher. "What happened, jarred?" he asked him.

The gym teacher stood there. He didn't know what to say. So he took a deep, unnecessary, breath and than spoke. "I honestly don't know. One moment she was standing there the next she fainted. I picked her up and flitted to here. I couldn't smell blood or see any reason for her fainting."

The principle had stood quietly listening. He looked over a Monique and than back at the teacher. He didn't get a chance to say anything before the door swung open with a bang and another student was brought in.

Chapter Sixteen

Destiny reacted quickly. She casted a spell that had already been set in place.

Sexton doubled over as a wave of intense pain shot threw him. He had just grabbed Destiny's throat.

The moon goddess went to shift into her wolf but was blocked some how. She looked at the young girl in front of her and watched as the mask slowly faded off the young girl. "You." the moon goddess said as she finally seen the real Destiny.

Destiny smiled evilly. "Hello Vera. I can't believe you didn't recognize me. I am slightly hurt by that."

The moon goddess growled at her old friend.

Than a small girl appeared next to Destiny. And growled back at the moon goddess.

"It can't be." the moon goddess said shocked at the sight of the golden eyed and haired child.

"Mommy are they going to hurt you?" the girl asked.

"No child. Where is Tucker?"

At the sound of his name Tucker appeared. "Sorry aunt Destiny. Had some trouble at the school." He said.

"Never mind that now. Did the spell work?" Destiny asked with worry.

"Yes." Tucker replied rolling his eyes at his aunt. Than he turned and looked at the small group in front of his aunt.

The moon goddess recognized the boy instantly. And her suspicions of the little girl only confirmed it more. Esarosa's daughter lived.

Tucker looked at the moon goddess and smiled. Than he looked at the others. The only two he didn't know where the two identical boys.

"What have you done?" Sexton asked after the waves of pain finally subsided. He had seen the visions. And all hope would be lost. 'Unless.' he thought to himself as he looked at the little girl.

Destiny smiled, a huge smile. Than she narrowed her eyes at the demigod. "Nadia is our future."

Sexton looked at the little girl once again. Destiny was right about one thing. The little girl was the future. He just hoped it would be for the good.

"Nadia is but a child. Your plan will kill her." Sexton said hoping to upset the girl.

It worked. Nadia turned her golden eyes on Sexton. "I am not a child." she said trying to sound intimidating.

Sexton sighed. "But you are."

As Sexton watched the young girl he silently moved his hands. As he figured he was able to stop the spell from entrapping him. Destiny seemed to forget some demigods are much stronger than they appear. Sexton looked over at Deacon and Dexter. He already knew the boys were fully able to move. Together those two were unstoppable against magic. Poor Vixen though was trapped as was the moon goddess.

Sexton focused once again on his great niece. It was time for her to know that he was about to attack her family.

"Nadia is it?" sexton asked carefully.

The little girl nodded her head. "I am not a child either." She stated mater of fact.

Sexton chose to ignore her words and instead focused on her. He wanted to know what she was thinking and what was in her heart.

"Nadia. Do you know who I am?" he asked. Hoping to see if she was taught to hate him.

Nadia tilted her head to the side and stared at him. Soon he felt her wolf call out to him. 'I am Adela.' the wolf said to him.

'Do you know who I am?' sexton asked.

'Yes. You are family.'

'Yes I am.'

Destiny saw a change in Nadia's eyes and started to worry. 'This wasn't good.' She thought to herself.

Destiny started to chant some words but was cut off by two strong arms. One covered her mouth and the other wrapped around her waist.

She tried to throw her captor off but couldn't she was planted to the floor. The magic that held her was strong. She tried to look at Tucker but couldn't.

Sexton didn't notice the change of events as he continued to talk to Adela. And what he was learning made him feel more confident in a happy ending to this.

The doors opened to the doctors office in the school and Aeron barged in. He was cut and bleeding and hold a limp Kiera in his arms.

The principle smelled all the blood and instantly his wolf growled in anger. This was a no harm school. He was about to ask what happened when he heard Jarred hiss. The principle quickly turned to his friend.

Jarred could handle the blood of wolves but the blood of the warlock was an a totally different thing. It was rare and added a lot of power to a vampire.

He wanted the boys blood badly but he was holding himself back. But soon a bag full of red liquid was thrown into his face.

Aeron had seen the way the shop teacher had gone vamp. And he also knew that the gym teacher now knew his secret. But he couldn't worry about that right now.

He placed Kiera down and than he realized that Monique was in the office also. He ran over to her and looked her al over. "What happened?" he asked

"We could ask you the same thing." the principle replied.

Aeron turned to him. "I am sorry. There was a guy. He did something to Kiera and I tried to stop him."

Chapter Seventeen

Before Monique fainted.

Monique headed towards the change room. She had a feeling she needed to get to the realm of gods. Monique mind linked Kiera just as a wave of pain hit her. And suddenly the world around her started to spin, her vision blurred and her legs buckled.

Before Kiera was brought in.

"Hey Aeron." Kiera said spotting Monique's mate. It was still painful for Kiera to see them together, but she was happy to be with Savanna.

"Hey Kiera." Aeron replied with a wave and a smile.

"What class do you have?" Kiera asked since he was walking around the school during class.

"Gym. But I felt that I needed to be out here for something." Aeron replied looking around.

"Same. Though I have math." Kiera replied as she too looked around.

"I think we should head into the court yard." Aeron said looking in that direction. He could feel something just wasn't right. There was a magic forming at it wasn't sitting well with him.

Kiera didn't say anything. She simply turned around and headed towards the court yard. Aeron followed behind her. Making sure nobody could sneak up behind them. He started to quietly chant a protection spell to form a barrier around Kiera and himself. He was hoping the mind link between Kiera and Monique would also protect Monique. And tristan and Savanna shouldn't be threatened.

As the two entered the court yard they were surprised to see a cloud of smoke hanging in the air. This was the source of the uneasy feeling both Kiera and Aeron felt.

But before they could do anything Kiera shrieked and cuts started to form on her. Panicking Aeron chanted a new spell at the intruder. The smoke took shape and a man stood in the smokes place. He smiled at Aeron and than in a flash was in Aeron's face.

"Notty notty." The man said as he stabbed Aeron. The knife broke however leaving Aeron unharmed.

"Well what do we have here?" the man asked surprised.

Aeron looked at him. Anger over took him and without any thought Aeron attacked.

The man retreated. He hoped the spell worked. How come he didn't know the one was a warlock?

Aeron picked up Kiera and rushed her to the doctors office.

Sexton managed to get Adela to listen. And with Adela's help they convinced Nadia that Destiny was using the child for evil. Nadia got mad and lashes out at Destiny. Deacon and Dexter had gotten out of the way this wasn't a fight they wanted to be in.

"Nadia. I am your mother. I raised you." Destiny said. She was still pinned to the ground by a form of magic she didn't know.

"You are not my mother though. And my wolf said you have been blocking our connection. I thought this normal." Nadia said calmly though anger showed brightly in her eyes and aura.

"It was for your own good. Adela is crazy." Destiny replied.

Sexton laughed at Destiny. "Wolves don't go crazy at this young of age. And her background would never allow it. The ghost wolf is stronger than most."

Nadia stomped her feet and before anyone could say anything Nadia disappeared. Sexton's eyes glassed over but he couldn't see where she had gone.

Destiny laughed. She guessed that Nadia was gone to see her mother. And the plan would work out wonderfully.

Chapter Eighteen

Nadia's anger had vanished but she found herself in a strange place. There were a lot of people around her. Than a man walked up to her.

"Are you alright? you look lost." The man said.

"I am lost. I don't know where I am." Nadia replied as some tears slid down her cheeks.

"Don't cry princess. Come I will help you find your way. Who did you come here with?" the man asked her.

Nadia was afraid to answer this mans questions but as she looked into his eyes she felt she could trust him.

The man, seeing the fear in the young girls eyes kneeled down infront of her. "My name is Jarred. Can you tell me yours?"

Nadia looked closely at the man. Than she realized he wasn't a wolf. Yet still she didn't feel afraid of him anymore. "I am Nadia. Are you a vampire?"

Jarred smiled. "That's a pretty name. And yes I am a vampire."

Nadia smiled back at him and than looked around. There were so many kids around this place. But something was drawing her into the big building.

Jarred noticed the way Nadia looked at the school and the way her eyes fogged over. This girl was a werewolf and one that has ready shifted before.

Nadia looked back at Jarred. "My mommy is in there." she said pointing at the building.

Jarred stood up and held out his hand. "Well let's go find her." He replied.

Nadia took his hand and smiled. Than she silently followed.

Aeron sat beside Monique. He had made sure that Esarosa and Rebecca were told. And they were on their way. Dr Lowell was already there helping the school doctor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the girls. Though Aeron felt there was something magical weaved around the girls.

"Hi Aeron." He heard someone say.

Aeron turned his head and saw Esarosa come into the room. He smiled at her. He was lucky she had forgiven him for his mistake in spells all those years ago. And he was lucky she wasn't upset that he was a warlock. Even his mother knew now.

With the thought of his mother he stood up. "Alpha Esarosa. I think I know what maybe wrong. But I am not strong enough to break the spell. My mother maybe strong enough though." He said looking at Esarosa.

Esarosa listened and than started nodding her head. "Yes that makes sense. Can you get her?"

Aeron nodded and took out his phone. "I will go call her." Than he left the room dialling the number.

Esarosa looked at her sister. She looked peaceful at least. She just wished that all would be better soon.

Chapter Nineteen

Jarred held Nadia's hand and led her into the school. He was curious as to who this girls mom was. And even more curious as to why she was outside by herself.

He didn't ask Nadia any of his questions. He didn't want to scare her.

They where walking over to the main office but as they were walking he felt Nadia pull on his hand. He looked down at her and saw her looking towards the doctors office.

"You want to go there?" Jarred asked her.

Nadia nodded her head. "My mommy is in there." She said.

"Ok. Let's go find her." Jarred replied. He was even more curious now. The only people in the medical wing was Esarosa, Rebecca, dr. Lowell, Kiera and Monique, Queen Elena and Aeliana. Than a bunch of guys.

Nadia smiled and skipped still holding Jarred's hand. He smiled down at the little girl. She was so adorable. She had platinum blonde hair and yellow eyes. Actually the more he looked at the girl the more he started to see Esarosa.

Jarred and Nadia entered the office and again Nadia pulled on his hand. She was leading him towards Monique's room.

Jarred stopped walking when he seen the warlock boy, Aeron standing outside the room on his phone. He was trying to convince someone to come to the school.

"Mom please. I think it's magic woven over the girls." Jarred heard him say.

"Thank you." Aeron replied as he hung up.

"Hi sir." Aeron said looking at Jarred.

"Hello Aeron. Is everything ok?"

"I hope so." Than Aeron looked at Nadia and smiled. He bent down and looked at the little girl. "Who are you?" he asked her.

"Nadia." She replied instantly. She wasn't afraid of Aeron at all.

"Nadia, I am Aeron." Aeron told her.

Nadia nodded her head and looked over Aeron's shoulder as the door opened to Monique's room. Nadia instantly smiled wider. "Mommy." she said.

Jarred looked up and Aeron turned around to see who Nadia was talking to. They were both surprised to see the person was Esarosa.

Aeliana looked at her niece.

"What happened to you?" she asked an unconscious Kiera.

The door opened to Kiera's room and Queen Elena walked in.

"Mom has Steven and Callie gotten here yet?" Aeliana asked.

"Not yet. They had some business with the dragons yet." Queen Elena replied. "How is Kiera doing?"

"No change. Doctor Lowell and the school doctor can't figure out what is wrong. The wounds Kiera has aren't even healing like they should be."

Queen Elena sighed. This wasn't what they all needed right now.

Elena looked at her daughter just as Aeliana's eyes clouded over. She waited patiently for her daughter to finish talking to whoever she was talking to.

"Ummm mom we should head to Monique's room." Aeliana said after a few minutes.

"Alright. Why?" Elena asked confused.

"I am not so sure myself. Something about a little girl." Aeliana replied.

Both women turned to leave but not before they each kissed Kiera on the forehead. "Please wake up." Queen Elena whispered.

Chapter Twenty

Esarosa stood there shocked. 'Ours. Ours. Ours.' Nadia said.

'How?' Esarosa asked.

'I don't know. But she is ours. Go to her. hug her.'

Esarosa cautiously walked towards the group. She mind linked Aeliana and told her to come.

"Mommy." Nadia said as she ran up to Esarosa and jumped up into her arms.

"I am sorry mommy. I didn't know. Adela told me."

"Slow down. Who is Adela?" Esarosa asked.

"My wolf." Nadia replied.

Esarosa nodded. "And what is your name?" she asked the girl.

"Nadia." She replied smiling. Esarosa looked closely at the little girl. She was about six. She had the same golden eyes. Though her hair was platinum blonde an Esarosa's was white.

"My other mommy lied to me. She told me she was my mommy. She weaved a spell over me and Adela so we couldn't see you or feel you. Than this god helped us to connect. I was so mad......"

Nadia got cut off when a woman suddenly appeared. Aeron smiled at the woman. "Hi mom." he said to her.

She smiled back though she was frowning. Than she looked at Nadia after saying hi back to Aeron.

"This child has magic spooled all over her." She was really frowning now.

"What do you mean?" Queen Elena asked coming up behind the woman.

The woman turned and bowed to the queen. "It is nice to see you again Elena."

Queen Elena bowed back. "And it is good to see you Laelia." Queen Elena stood again and looked at the high priestess. "What brings you here today?"

"My son has told me you have two girls here who are trapped in magic. A magic he wasn't sure of. So he called me. If I can not break it. We will need the help of the dragons. I also have some important information to share with Alpha's Esarosa and Aeliana. And when I got here I could feel the magic that surrounds this girl." Laelia replied.

Nadia looked up at the beautiful woman. "My mommy spooled magic over my wolf and I. And she spooled magic over my mommy to make her forget." Nadia told the woman.

Laelia nodded. "I will help you after." Than she looked at Esarosa. "Show me the girls."

Esarosa nodded and turned still holding Nadia. She entered Monique's room and instantly Laelia went to the bed. She closed her eyes and held her hands over the still girl.

After a few minutes Laelia opened her eyes. They were a bright silver colour. "The magic spooled over this girl is demonic. It will take a god to break this spell. I have not seen such magic in thirty seven years. There is only one being able to use such magic. the bein is the Enchantress."

"What can we do?" Queen Elena asked.

"Ask your mother to come and save these two girls. If she can not I fear the girls will no longer be."

Everyone in the room gasped and started to make plans. This was not the way things were supposed to be.

Chapter Twenty One

Queen Elena didn't know what to do.

She had tried to contact anyone from the realm of gods but couldn't.

"I can't contact anyone." Queen Elena said frustrated and worried.

Nadia looked at Queen Elena. "I can take you there." Nadia replied making everyone look at her.

"What do you mean?" Queen Elena asked.

"My other mommy put the spell over the god realm. It stops the gods from leaving. But I am not a god. I can travel back and forth."

Queen Elena looked at the girl. "I have god blood in me. That means I can't go either." She said frustrated even more.

"I can go. And I can break the spell. Little one can you take me?" Laelia said.

Nadia nodded and asked Esarosa to put her down. Esarosa carefully put the small girl down and watched as she went over to the high priestess and took her hand. Than Laelia looked at Aeron. "I will need your help. Gather sage and lilacs and sand. Than chant these words as you mix them. 'Stars align. heaven forgives. Grant us the strength so others can live. I call apon my family both present and past to protect us all.' when you are done a protective shield will be placed around everyone in this building and in your mates pack. And all their family. do you understand?"

Aeron nodded and than vanished to gather the stuff needed.

Laelia looked at Nadia. "Take me now."

Nadia nodded and soon smoke formed and vanished.

"What do we all do now?" Esarosa asked.

"I don't know." Queen Elena replied.

Chapter Twenty Two

The Fates watched as the whole picture changed. The war they tried to stop eminent. Everyone will die this time. The only survived would be Nadia. All the gods and goddess involved will also parish.

The changes they created after Esarosa and Aeliana were made immortal didn't stop anything. The invisible threads woven were slowly cracking. There time was nearly up.

The enchantress had grown to powerful and the hold she had over Nadia was still strong.

"Sister I fear we have created more of a problem than before." Present said to her sister, Future.

"Agreed. Past can we go back and change the out come?" Future asked her other sister.

Past remained quiet as she contemplated the idea. Both Present and Future remained quiet as they waited for their eldest sister to think.

Finally after what seemed like ages the old woman spoke. "There may be a chance. Strip Esarosa and Aeliana of their immortality set the clock back to just before Aeron casts the spell. Than only than might we all have a chance."

"And sister what about the god who has visions? won't he see this coming?" Present asked.

It was Future's turn to be quiet as her eye turned Snow White and the visions of the future played in her head. Once her eye turned back into the hollow black pits they usually were she replied "he will see it. Though even he can not stop us. We can guide his visions though and lead him on the right path."

Past and Present nodded. And the Fates started their work to change back the time to how things should have been. The war will take place but this time there will be survivors.

Chapter Twenty Three

Sexton paused as he stared at the high priestess and Nadia. He had a feeling that something was happening. He bowed to the high priestess and than disappeared. He needed to go to see the Fates. Something was changing. He was having. Feelings of déjà vu.

He readied himself but before he could go time stopped and went in reverse. Sexton saw it all.

AERON'S POV

I searched for the book of spells. Dark magic was needed to prevent the alpha princesses from dieing.

The dragon king was going to be too late. He was saving the wrong person.

I needed to get close to her. I needed to be with her. So I can one day kill her and take over the throne. I was meant to be the heir, not the metal elemental.

I can't touch her right now. She is only a kid. I am only a kid. But I have seen my future and I will have my throne.

Klaus saved the elvin warrior. It was harder than he thought it would be. 'It is the magic inside the warrior. He was fighting off your spell. The girls won't fight it. Save them' he heard a woman's voice but nobody talked in the room.

He turned and went over to the queens daughter and started chanting once again. It took a lot of magic to free her of the spell. But he saved her.

"Queen Elena. She will still be in a coma for a few hours. Maximum of a day." Klaus said as he turned his attention towards Esarosa.

AERON'S POV

"What are you doing in here boy?" a man said coming up behind me.

"I...i ... was looking for a book." I told the man as I turned around.

The man raised his eye brows at the young boy. "This is the library about magic and magic history. What are you looking for?"

I didn't want to tell this man the reason why I was here so I thought of something quick.

"A book about dragon magic. I have a test about the different kinds of magic." I lied.

The man seemed to consider my answer before he nodded his head and led me to the book I was supposedly looking for.

"What is your name?" the man asked me.

"Aeron. Sir" I replied.

The man stopped and looked at me. "The boy the High Priestess adopted?" the man asked.

I nodded my head.

Than man seemed to grow more at ease and he reached up and took down a book. "this is all the different magics a dragon can have."

"Thank you sir." I replied.

"I have to go help another boy. Feel free to search for another book if need be." The man said as he walked away from me.

Now was my chance. I was right next to the restricted magic. The magic for the elders. It was rumoured though that the great book of spells was hidden somewhere in that area. I had already searched my adoptive mother's chambers and throne.

Sexton had the vision of the boy. The boy was a major part of the future. The boy needed to find the book of spells. But he was risking a lot. If the high priestess found out he would be executed.

Sexton continued to watch the mirror his mom had set up. If the Dragon King couldn't save his niece and her mate than Monique and Kiera wouldn't come to train. Everything depended on the two girls living.

As Sexton continued to look into the mirror he was hit with a sudden feeling of déjà vu. Than without warning a light slammed into him. He passed out but not before he saw the three old woman. They stood over him. Staring at him with dark eyeless eyes. They smiled crookedly and the one spoke. "We need you to rest. Than seek us out." His eyes closed and the darkness over took him.

Chapter Twenty Four

After waking up, Sexton looked around at his surroundings. He was in his room and the last he remembered was being in the looking room. He closed his eyes and tried to remember what had happened.

Glimpses of another time showed in small amounts. He couldn't tell what they meant. But one image stuck. He needed to see the Fates. They had a hand in this he was sure of it. And if they didn't they would know how to translate his visions.

He gathered a few supplies and headed off. He couldn't zap himself to the Fates. They had magic surrounding the whole place. The only way to find them was to walk. Walk over mountains and across lakes and finally threw the forest of flames. Along the way the traveller would have to prove him or herself worthy.

Sexton travelled all day and as the sun set he made it to the stone gates of the mountains. Knowing that the trial of the mountains will take days, sexton decided to stop and make camp for the night.

The Fates watched as Sexton set up his camp. Happy that he decided to rest instead of forging ahead.

"He should be given a mate. It has been along time since he bedded a woman." Past said watching Sexton head out to find a meal.

"I agree. We shall see what we can do." Future replied.

And the three Fates continued to watch.

Morning came and Sexton got up and started to pack up his camp site. He took a deep breath and pushed open the giant stone gates.

He was greeted by three shimmering spirits. He stopped and looked at the three.

"I am the spirit Keel. I will be your stamina guide. Call on me when you are in need." The first spirit said.

"I am The spirit Baal. I will be your perseverance guide. Call on me when you are in need." The second spirit said.

"I am the spirit Tamil. I will be your guidance guide. Call on me when you are in need." the third spirit said.

"You will be tested on these three things. You have two days to reach the Vine Gate of the forest." Keel said.

"Fail and you will be sent back outside these gates." Tamil added.

"Go now in peace. Remember call on us when the time arises." Baal finished and three spirits faded away.

Looking around himself, Sexton realized he didn't know which way to go. He closed his eyes and took another deep breath. He wasn't going to call on Tamil just yet.

After a few minutes contemplation Sexton turned to his left and headed off in that direction. The mountains seemed to show a path that way. And as he followed the twisting turning path he realized this wasn't going to be a easy as he thought.

Chapter twenty four

The fates had watched Sexton travel. And they decided they should go to him. It was important that they meet him now and talk to him.

"Come sisters. Let's go." Past said as she gathered her cloak and left.

They didn't waist much time as they tracked down Sexton. Once they found him they told him everything. And with his help they changed the course of history.

Monique and Keira became the mates they were meant to be.

Aeron and Tristan became the mates.

Savanna and Dexter became mates.

Avril and Deacon became mates.

What surprised everyone is when Future and Sexton saw each other they realized they were mates. That explained why Future was always so upset with the out comes of the war.

The war occurred but everyone was prepared. Savanna brought the dragons and witches together. Aeron was a big part of that. With his mother being the head mistress.

The only difference was when Nadia showed up. She was so smart she wasn't as brainwashed as everyone had predicted. And when she saw Esarosa she knew instantly that she belonged.

There wouldn't be another war for years. And this time the fates promised to just allow time to run it's course.
