Hiccup's P.O.V.

As we took off from the ledge, I couldn't help but wonder what life would be like if I didn't runaway. I often thought about this when ever I was flying. Just something about flying that would just clear my mind.

"So, I guess were gonna see the King? Also referred to as your step-father." Toothless asked.

"You guessed it!" I sighed.

"Bro? You okay? Your acting a little distant..." Toothless cooed in worry.

"I'm fine." I said and gave a reassuring smile towards Toothless. However as usual, he didn't buy it. My Luck.

"Come on! Hiccup you know i know you better that that! I'm practically your other half!" Toothless exclaimed. He was right. Toothless knows things about me that nobody else does, he's always been there for me in need and I've always been there for him. Unfortunately for my high pride and stubbornness, i didn't give in. Neither did he...

"If your not gonna talk...I'll make you." Toothless exclaimed.

"Oh no--" I started but was cut off by Toothless diving straight down into the ocean. He's never gone this vertical at such a strong speed before!

As he dived into the water, I could feel the cool touch soak through my clothes and surround my skin. He spiralled upwards into the air, stopped and fell backwards. In and Out, In and Out, In and Out of the water. My head getting flung from left to right. Eventually I gave up. I don't know what would of happened if I didn't...

"Okay! Okay!" I shouted annoyed by the actions and stunts he was pulling. Thankfully, he stopped and we carried on our peaceful journey through the sky.

"Good. Now tell me." Toothless asked very pleased with himself.

"I was just wondering what would happen if I didn't show myself to my father. If I didn't runaway. If we Stayed on Berk." I explained.

"Well, we wouldn't be on our island right now, doing our usual shit. We wouldn't have met any of our new friends. I couldn't of taught you Dragonease..." Toothless explained.

"Well summing that all up, I'm glad I left!" I reassured him.

"So, why are we going to the King?" Toothless asked curious.

"Well, (a) So we didn't have to deal with that idiot, Eret. (b) I need to speak to him about my powers." I told him. I could sense worry dripping from his scales.

"About what? You know you have to tell me anything that's happening!" Toothless cooed.

"It's nothing too serious bud! Just some headaches and I'm wondering if there's anything else i could unlock." I said.

"Well in that case, I would be surprised if there was anything else, I mean you can change into a Night Fury, You have to powers of every dragon, what more could there be!" Toothless said.

"I don't know...I just feel like... I can do more?" I said.

"Well lets try to get there a little quicker!" Toothless said, smirking.

"Okay. Let's see what you got today bud!" I said.

"Still as magnificent as I remember..." Toothless said in awe.

"Yeah..." I said. We flew deeper into the Ice-Spikes, but something felt different. The stones were in a different places, the tunnels felt longer, and it felt like we were being watched.

"Does it feel, off to you?" I asked Toothless curiously.

"Yeah..." Toothless answered.

"Let's land over there bud." I said pointing to an open spot near a cliff. When we landed near the cliff I adjusted Toothless' tail to auto-fly. He looked up at me strangely.

"Just in-case. Ya know?" I said.

"Yeah, might be safer. I don't know how I feel about this place. It feels like were in a completely different place but not at all at the same time."

"Yeah, it's definitely strange..." I said looking around. All of a sudden I heard rustling coming from everywhere but also nowhere. I'm sure I wasn't Imagining it, because Toothless started growling and looking around everywhere also.

"Did you here that?" I asked in Dragonease in-case somebody was there.

"Yeah, I sense a presence nearby, but I cant place the exact place." Toothless clarified. That was weird, Toothless' sense is spectacular! I turned around facing the cave entrance to now see a figure standing in the centre.

"Uhh..." I said catching Toothless' attention. He whipped round in less than a heartbeat growling threateningly at the suspicious figure standing a few metres away from us.

I'm an A$$HOLE! Yes I am! I will try to update regularly! I WILL try! Sorry this chapter is rubbish! I know it is! But I just had a heart attack! I thought my work didn't save! Thankfully to Wattpad they have "Revision History" so I was able to restore my progress! Yes! Anyways....
