Auradon
Same Night - Auradon Prep - Bane's Dorm Room
Mari was sitting down, thinking, waiting for Bane to return to his room.
Bane walked straight in, walking toward Mari. "Mari, I know you're still worried about everyone. I mean, I couldn't get hold of Anthony and Ben."
"I couldn't get hold of Ara," Mari added. "We can't even get hold of Izzy, Yeva, Mal, Malia, Evie, Jay and Carlos."
"Well, I think you're right," Bane told her.
Mari stood. "Bane, talk to me. What's wrong?"
"The whole day, I couldn't shake the feeling something was wrong, like you think it is," Bane answered.
"So?" Mari asked.
"So I tried to do a locator spell on the others, and guess what?" Bane asked.
"I didn't work," Mari answered.
"Exactly," Bane answered. "It didn't work. It got me thinking, you know, how my spells pretty much always work, so I should have been capable of finding them, but there was nothing, which got me to think the only way that could have happened would be if there was something blocking my magic, but the interference was too much."
Mari walked closer. "Meaning what?"
"Meaning they have to be past the most powerful magical blocker, and then I realized around here, the most powerful magic blocker is..." Bane trailed off, knowing that Mari would get it.
"The barrier of the Isle of the Lost," Mari finished.
Bane smiled. "Bingo."
"Wait, but that doesn't make sense," Mari told him. "Why would they go to the Isle without telling us?"
"Probably to keep us safe," Bane answered.
"Which just pisses me off," Mari told him. "I'm gonna have to kick Ara's ass for that."
Bane nodded. "Ben and Anthony are gonna get something from me, too."
"But the important thing is how do we know if they're okay?" Mari asked.
"I don't know," Bane admitted. "I mean, I can try to make a spell to combine my magic and your mermaid magic, but with the barrier, who knows if it would work."
Mari was thinking. "Maybe we don't need to do that."
Mari sighed, walking toward a table, taking off her mermaid necklace.
Bane stood, walking closer. "What are you doing? You need that."
"As long as I don't get wet, I won't turn into my mermaid form," Mari explained. "Okay, you know how I have the necklace to keep me human when I get wet, right?"
"Yeah," Bane answered.
"And Ara has a ring," Mari told him.
"Right," Bane agreed.
"Well, we got the necklace and the ring from our grandfather Triton," Mari explained. "And he used to tell us that the necklace and ring would always be connected, that they could call out to each other."
Bane realized where Mari was going with this. "So you can use the necklace to find Ara because of her ring."
"Exactly," Mari answered. "I can use my necklace to tap into Ara's ring and find out where she is. And I can see everything and hear everything Ara hears and sees, and we can even astral project to her through visions of water. My necklace and Ara's ring are connected the same way that Grandfather's trident is connected to Ursula and Morgana's shells."
Bane nodded in understanding, impressed. "Great. Let's see where Ara and the others are."
Mari smiled, before seeing a chest with what seemed to be letters, frowning. "What are those?"
Bane followed her gaze, quickly walking closer to the chest, closing it, shaking his head nervously. "Nothing important. Let's just focus."
Mari gave him a weird look, turning to her necklace, waving a hand over it, using mermaid magic to activate it with water she created out of thin air, so she could see and hear through it to Ara's ring and everything around her.

Isle of the Lost
VK Hideout
The VKs and Ara were talking. Ara's ring was flashing and glowing without anyone noticing, indicating that Mari's spell was working on the two mermaid jewelry. Mari and Bane's forms appeared faintly behind everyone in an outline of water, so they couldn't be seen yet, as the spell was getting stronger over time.
"I still can't believe you brought Ben and Anthony here and they got kidnapped by Uma, River, Harry, Gaige and Gil because of it," Izzy told them.
"Just so that we could save you, Izzy," Carlos told her. "I mean, this whole thing with your scepter, Queen of Heart's whispering to you and driving you out of your mind and sending you back here where you could be hurt... we had to come for you."
"Yeah, and now Uma, River, Gaige, Harry and Gil won't let Ben and Anthony go until we get Fairy Godmother's wand and make the trade for their lives," Izzy replied. "Bane and Mari are gonna be pissed."
Shocked to hear all of what was going on, Bane and Mari nodded in agreement.
"Oh, Bane and Mari," Jay said in remembrance. "What the hell are we gonna tell them if we see them back in Auradon, knowing that Ben and Anthony got taken, and if they find out that all of us came to the Isle to get Izzy back and save her from Queen of Hearts without telling them?"
"I don't know what we're gonna say to them, but I can definitely tell you that Bane and Mari are gonna be pissed," Carlos told them.
"Well, yeah," Evie answered. "Ben and Anthony are Bane's older brothers, and Mari's never one to miss out on an adventure, so..."
"What we need is a plan or weapon against River and Uma, and Gaige, Harry and Gil," Carlos said, turning around, seeing the astral projection of Mari and Bane stronger than ever, since they could see the water very clearly, yelling in surprise, falling back. "Whoa!"
The others turned to Carlos, seeing Bane and Mari's watery astral projections, in shock.
Ara knelt next to Carlos to help him up. "Carlos?"
Mari crossed her arms over her chest. "If you need a weapon, you could use the knife which you used to stab us in the back."
"How the hell---" Malia started.
"Are we here?" Bane finished. "We're not. Mari used her mermaid necklace's link to Ara's mermaid ring so we could hear and see everything you all just said and Mari could use mermaid magic to make us appear in astral form with water because of the ring and necklace, which none of you noticed that Ara's ring is glowing."
They all looked down at Ara's mermaid ring to see it glowing and causing the astral projections because of the link with Mari's necklace. "Oh."
"No wonder my brothers are kidnapped," Bane told them. "You people are--"
"Bane, calm down," Mari told him. "Your beast is showing."
"And in our defense, Ben and Anthony are the ones that walked away when we told them to stay close, Bane," Jay told him. "At least you're not mad at us, Mari."
"Oh, I'm furious," Mari replied. "I can't believe you guys went to save Izzy without us, and didn't tell us about Queen of Hearts tormenting her."
"I didn't need saving," Izzy told them in annoyance.
They all looked at her. "Yes, you do."
Izzy rolled her eyes, looking away, turning around.
Ara turned to Mari and Bane. "Okay, can we move on past the anger and towards the part where you accept our apologies?"
"No," Mari and Bane answered.
"But since now I have to save Ben and Anthony, we'll put the anger on pause," Bane told them. Mari walked closer, passing through Mal, making her shiver. Jay moved his hand through Bane's watery astral projection, making the water swirl around. "Stop it."
"We got bigger things to worry about," Yeva told them.
"There's no way we're gonna give River and Uma the wand," Evie told them. "We can't just let them destroy Auradon."
"But if River and Uma don't get the wand, then Anthony and Ben are toast, guys," Yeva pointed out.
"Right, so we're gonna give River and Uma, of all people, the wand?" Malia asked skeptically.
"Do we have another choice?" Jay asked.
"Yes, because unlike you, I actually came up with a plan instead of just winging it all the time," Bane answered.
Mari shrugged. "He is a genius."
"What is it?" Izzy asked.
"They asked for Fairy Godmother's wand," Bane told them. "They never said--"
Mari knew where Bane was going with this, smiling. "If it had to be real. Bane, you are a genius."
Bane smiled. "Well, thank you, Mari, I try."
"How do we do that?" Mal asked.
Izzy got an idea, looking at Carlos. "Wait, you guys. Your 3D printer."
Carlos realized where Izzy was going with this, pointing at her. "A phony wand. In my sleep."
"And the second Uma and River test it, they'll know it's fake," Ara reminded them.
"Well, okay, so then we just get Anthony and Ben out really fast," Malia told them. "We need some kind of diversion."
"I could try to make some potions, since I brought my potion book, but sometimes it takes magic to make certain potions, so not all of them could work in the Isle," Yeva explained.
"What about smoke bombs?" Jay suggested.
Yeva pointed at Jay in agreement. "I'll get the chemicals I need from Lady Tremaine's place. That could work."
Evie walked over to Izzy, complimenting her new hair. "Oh, and sick hair, by the way. Evil stepmom seriously stepped up her game."
"Okay, do you want to know something?" Izzy asked. "Dizzy did this."
Mal was surprised, impressed. "Little Dizzy?"
Malia smiled. "Shut up."
"I know," Izzy agreed. "I'm, like, loving it. It's, like, a lot lighter."
Evie smiled. "Dizzy. Really proud of her. Hey, Yeva, didn't you say you wanted to get your hair done? We have to go by the salon anyway, and we can do that while we're waiting to get back with the fake wand. Mal and Malia can fix their hair up too."
Yeva, Mal and Malia smiled. "Yeah."
Jay, Carlos, Ara, Mari and Bane gave Izzy, Yeva, Mal, Malia and Evie a look, clearing their throats.
"Hello?" Carlos asked.
Izzy, Yeva, Mal, Malia and Evie looked at Jay, Carlos, Ara, Mari and Bane.
"Right," Mal said. "Carlos, Jay, you guys meet us at Pirates Bay, no later than noon. Ara, can you go with them to make sure everything goes okay?"
"Yeah, of course," Ara answered.
"And pick us up, too, don't forget that," Mari told them.
"Anthony and Ben won't like that, we brought their little brother and his little girlfriend here," Malia told them. "Mari. Bane--"
"Well, I don't care what they think," Bane replied. "They need to me to save them so they can be mad later on."
"And there's no way that I'm missing out on this," Mari added.
Izzy sighed, giving in. "Fine, you can come."
"Focus," Mal told them.
"And, guys, losing?" Malia asked. "Not an option. 'Cause we're rotten."
Izzy, Yeva, Malia, Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos all said, "To the core."
Yeva sighed, nodding. "Let's do this."
Mari and Bane nodded, as Mari closed her eyes, ending the mermaid magic that created the watery astral projections, and when they disappeared, water fell to the floor in their places. The others exchanged a look, smirking.

Curl Up and Dye
Izzy, Yeva, Mal, Malia and Evie walked into the salon to see Dizzy. Evie wanted to surprise Dizzy, putting a finger to her lips.
"Okay," Izzy whispered.
The girls walked over to Dizzy.
Dizzy got excited when she saw them. "Evie? Mal? Malia? Yeva!" They hugged. "You came back."
Yeva chuckled. "Hi."
"Hey," Mal told her. "So great to see you too."
"Is it all just like we imagined?" Dizzy asked. "Do they really have closets you can walk into? Have you been to a real swimming pool? What does ice cream taste like?"
"It's cold and it's sweet, and if you eat it too fast, it gives you a headache," Evie answered.
"Really?" Dizzy asked dreamily.
"Yeah," Yeva answered.
Dizzy remembered something, looking at Evie. "I saved your sketch book for you."
"You did?" Evie asked.
Dizzy went to get Evie's book. "Yeah."
Evie took the book, smiling. "Dizzy! Oh, my gosh. Wow. I made this dress out of an old curtain and safety pins."
Yeva looked at the dress. "It reminds me of the dress you made for Mal when she, Malia and Mari met Jasmine."
"I spilled curry all over that," Mal remembered.
"You did," Malia agreed.
Dizzy laughed, pointing at the TV. "Yeah, I saw that."
"You're totally right, Yeva," Evie told her. "This was--this was totally the inspiration for that."
"Yep," Yeva agreed.
"Pretty sure your inspiration for the dresses for me and Mari, not just Mal, can be found somewhere in that book," Malia teased.
Izzy looked at her friends, tilting her head. "You can take the girls out of the Isle, but you can't take the Isle out of the girls."
"And that's the reason that we need to save everyone like us," Yeva told them. "So that none of us end up worse than we already are."
Malia, Mal and Evie looked at Izzy and Yeva, realizing that they were right, also feeling guilty because they didn't see it before.
"Hey, Dizzy, speaking of, Yeva was wondering if you could do her hair like you did for Izzy," Mal told her.
Dizzy smiled excitedly. "Yes! I mean, I'd love to, Yeva. Still purple, right?"
Yeva smiled. "Yeah, with a bit of blue, some black."
Dizzy used her fingers like a camera again. "Yes, I can totally see it. Mal, Malia, I can do your hair for you too. I mean, the carrot top hair with half of it purple and the washed out blonde hair with purple tips? The best of no worlds."
Mal and Malia laughed.
"Sure," Mal answered.
"Go for it," Malia agreed.
Dizzy smiled, her work cut out for her. "Yay!"
Dizzy pulled Mal and Malia to the two styling chairs. Mal and Malia sat down. Dizzy started dying Mal's hair light purple. She cut Mal's hair a little to get rid of the split ends, thinning out her hair a lot. After putting Mal's hair into curlers and pulling down a hair dryer over Mal's head, Dizzy turned to work on Malia's hair. Evie sat in front of Mal to paint her nails.
Yeva was putting together chemicals they needed for smoke bombs, and since it was easy like making a potion for Yeva, it took very little time to do them.
While Mal's hair was drying, Dizzy was dying Malia's hair purple and green with a bit of blue, cutting it to get rid of the split ends, thinning her hair out, putting her hair in curlers, pulling down a hair dryer over Malia's head. Izzy sat in front of Malia to paint her nails. Malia looked at Izzy sadly but sympathy. Izzy managed a small smile.
When the hairdryers were done, Evie and Izzy stood, pulling the hairdryers up, starting to pull out the hair curlers in Mal and Malia's newly done hair.
When Yeva was done making the first couple of smoke bombs, Dizzy pulled Yeva to a styling chair. Yeva sat down. Dizzy started to dye Yeva's hair with the colors she asked for, dark purple, light purple/nearly pink color, a bit of blue, and black, putting her hair in curlers and pulling down a hair dryer over her head.
When Malia and Mal's hair was finally done, Evie and Izzy turned their chairs to face the broken mirror. Malia and Mal exchanged a look, smirking, standing, looking into the mirror to look at their new hair, both smiling excitedly when they saw it.
Dizzy was painting Yeva's nails. Yeva looked up at the other girls in amusement, looking up at the hairdryer over her head, sighing, just waiting for this to be done. When the hairdryer was done, Dizzy stood, smiling and squealing, raising her fists to cheer, pulling the hairdryer up, starting to pull out the hair curlers in Yeva's newly done hair, turning her chair to face the broken mirror, doing a little braid with the hair behind Yeva's head to finish the look off.
Yeva tilted her head, standing, looking into the mirror to look at her new hair, turning to face the other girls. "Well, we all look good now, don't we?"
The girls smiled in agreement, happily.
Yeva's new hair:
Malia's new hair:
Evie found two pieces of jewelry to show Dizzy. "Is this too much or is this fabulous?"
Dizzy held out her hand. "Hand me the glue gun!"
Evie did so they could glue the two pieces together.
Izzy watched the girls bond, turning away, thinking more about the past.

Flashback
Night - Izzy's Castle - Izzy's Bedroom Chambers
Izzy:
In flashback, laying together in Izzy's chambers of her castle, Izzy laid her head down on Harry's chest, listening to the beating of his heart with his arms wrapped around her, tracing her fingers along his skin. Harry was just looking at her, tracing his fingers through her hair.
Izzy raised her head off his chest to look at him. "What are you staring at?"
Harry smiled. "You. I can't help it."
"Must be a boring sight," Izzy remarked.
Harry held her closer, flipping her onto her back. "Many things have been said about Princess Isabella, but boring certainly isn't one of them."
"Describe me, then," Izzy suggested.
Harry smirked. "Hmm, let's see." With each word, he whispered against her skin, sending chills down her spine and the rest of her body, loving the reaction he was getting from her though she tried not to give a reaction, not able to help that reaction. "Mesmerizing." He kissed her on the left cheek. "Hypnotizing." He kissed her on the right cheek. "Magnetizing." He kissed her on the nose. "Enchanting." He kissed her on the forehead. "Charismatic." He laced his fingers in her hair, pulling her closer. "Alluring." He kissed her temple. "Captivating." He kissed her left hand. "Riveting." He kissed her right hand. "Mysterious. Beautiful. Gorgeous. Ravishing. Seductive. Teasing. Tempting. Breathtaking."
They finally kissed on the lips, deep and passionate.

Auradon Prep - Hallway
Jay, Carlos and Ara were on their way to the boys' dorm room when they ran into Mari, Bane and Dude.
"Mari, Bane, I know you're really pissed right now, that we lied and went to the Isle without you, but it was just to protect you," Jay told them. "Sorry."
"I'm sorry we're so late," Ara told them.
"Ben and Anthony got captured, and you didn't think that we needed to go?" Bane asked skeptically.
"We'll talk about this later, after we go back to the Isle and fix this," Mari told them.
Carlos picked up Dude. "You're not going to the Isle. Ben and Anthony would kill us if we brought Bane, and Ara wanted to protect you, Mari."
"Well, if you don't take us, then we'll just have to talk to Fairy Godmother," Mari replied.
Jay and Carlos looked from Mari to Ara.
"She's kidding, right?" Jay asked. "She won't do that."
"Yes, she will, and no, she's not kidding," Ara answered.
Bane and Mari smirked.
"So what's it gonna be?" Bane asked.
Jay, Carlos and Ara exchanged a look, sighing.
"You're lucky Evie had two extra leather outfits for the two of you," Carlos told them. "Evie said that she wanted to do another outfit for both Ara and Mari too to make it more mermaid-ish since she didn't have enough time to do it with the outfits she has for you now."
Bane and Mari exchanged an excited look and squeal when they realized they could really go to the Isle, and the fact that they had leather outfits lined up.
"Really?" Mari asked.
Jay looked at the dorm room for him and Carlos, noticing the door was open. "Why is our door open?"
-----
Carlos and Jay's Dorm Room
Chad was in the room, using the 3D printer to make a mini Chad action figure. Jay, Carlos, Ara, Bane and Mari walked in, while Carlos was holding Dude.
Carlos scoffed. "You've got to be kidding me."
Chad jumped, turning off the printer before it could finish his action figure, turning to face them sheepishly, shrugging. "I knocked."
Ara took Dude from Carlos, putting him toward the bed. "Go on, Dude."
Dude ran toward the bed, jumping up onto it.
Carlos walked toward Chad in annoyance, holding out his hand. Chad dug the extra key he had for the dorm room out of his pocket, putting it in Carlos's hand.
Bane looked at what Chad was making with the printer. "What is that?"
Chad picked up the headless action figure. "A Chad action figure." He made it look like it was flying. "Zoom!" He noticed the action figure was headless, tilting his head in disappointment. "Well, minus the head."
Mari nodded. "Sounds like an improvement, Un-Charming. Excuse us."
Mari gave Chad a push toward the door. Jay, Carlos, Ara and Bane nearly laughed.
Carlos walked up to the printer, pulling up a picture of Fairy Godmother's wand on his phone so he could make it with the printer. "All right, here we go."
Chad leaned closer to look at what they were making. "Why are you guys making Fairy Godmother's wand?"
Mari pushed Chad back, while the others searched for a lie.
"Why are we making Fairy Godmother's wand?" Bane asked.
"Because, um..." Jay trailed off.
Dude sat on the bed. "Anthony and Ben have been captured."
They all looked at Dude, while Bane, Mari and Chad were looking at Dude in shock.
Bane laughed. "What? Dude can talk?"
Ara gave Dude a look. "We were stalling."
Dude looked away innocently. "Oh. I thought you forgot."
Jay hit Chad on the shoulder. "Don't tell anyone. Anthony and Ben's lives depend on it."
"Really?" Chad asked. "So if something were to happen, you know what I'm saying?"
Mari nodded. "Something bad, we get it."
Chad chuckled. "God forbid. But if something were to happen, who do you think would be in line to be king? Me or Bane?"
Carlos, Jay, Ara, Bane and Mari looked at Chad incredulously.
"Is it me, or is that in really poor taste?" Jay asked.
Bane pointed at the door. "Out."
Jay walked toward the door, holding it open, gesturing for Chad to leave.
Ara nodded for Chad to leave. "Go."
Chad sighed in exasperation, holding up the headless action figure for them to see. "I'm taking this." He left the room, turning back. "And if you think--"
Jay slammed the door in Chad's face.
"Thank you, Jay," Carlos told him.
Carlos, Ara, Mari, Bane and Jay walked over to the 3D printer so they could make the phony wand and save Ben and Anthony.
