Thingy Numero 1

I just randomly thought of a way to deal with depression. This is what I did. Well one thing I did, I'll post other ones another day.

1. Got 2 markers that are vibrant and that are visible on my skin and aren't black.(pink and purple)
2. On my non dominant arm/wrist(which happens to be the wrist with my cuts-) I wrote a lot of things that are the opposite of the bad things I think about my self. I think I'm ugly so I wrote beautiful, I put skinny, nice, pretty, smart, funny, happy etc.
3. On my dominant arm I wrote all the bad things I thought about my self and since I was writing with my non-dom hand, it was all messy. I also put a thin line through it.
4. Every time I thing of something bad about my self I write it and the opposite.
5. I drew(tried to) cute things for every cut I have. Well I'm not drawing more than 20 things and I couldn't think of that many things sooooo.
