Thing Quarto
Sooooo this is sort of a thing. A way to make yourself feel better can be crying. I felt alot better this morning sfter I cried myself to sleep. This is exactly what I did.
1. Grab comfiest pjs
2. Grab favorite blanket
3. Flip bedroom upside down to look for favorite pillow and stuffed animal
4. Put on comfy pjs
5. Grab phone and headphones
6. Put on an anxiety and depression asmr playlist
7. Put blanket onself and pillow under head
8. Cuddle stuffed animal
9. Cry and do what asmr says to do
10. Fall asleep crying
