"TO DO!" the boys shout together in perfect unison.

"What are we doing today?" Taehyun questions to the camera directed at him. The members begin looking around their studio which had been covered in plastic as a precaution for the games they'd be playing for the episode.

"Today's TO DO, Find the spy!" the staff explains. "You'll take turns to go to the sofa outside, and we'll give the spy some instructions. Who would like to go first?"

Taehyun volunteered himself up first, leaving the studio to go to the sofa room. While he was away the members speculated on what the spy's mission would be. While the members talked Daewon stood off to the side falling asleep while standing up.

When Taehyun comes back he laughs, noticing his hyung's tired expression.

"Hyung, you should stay awake for the recording," he says with a laugh. The members all turn to look down at the second eldest who was next to Soobin at the end.

"YAH! KIM DAEWON!" Yeonjun yells startling Daewon who snaps his head up.

"What?" he questions and the members laugh.

"Stay awake," Soobin chuckles, wrapping an arm around Daewon's shoulders. After ensuring the oldest would stay awake the members begin to enter the sofa room one by one until it was Daewon's turn.

"Daewon you are..." the staff member explains Daewon's role for the day and the idol gives a firm nod.

"Ok" he mutters before leaving the room. He gets suspicious glances from the member before they're all calling him the spy as they did with each member before him.

"It's not me," he says but the statement falls upon deaf ears as the members ignore him in favor of teasing him.

"The winner of each round will be given a hint on the spy," the staff says before proceeding to explain how to days events and games will work, and soon they're heading into the first round.

[ Game 1 Song for you ]

The members rush to pick a song out of the cup, everyone hoping to get an easy song. Grasping the neon green paper in his hand Daewon unfolds it revealing his song and number.

[ 6. Our Summer ]

"Daewon got a good song. We've already done an acoustic version of our summer"

"Golden hand!" Daewon boasts happy to have picked an easier song. There was only one little issue. He'd forgotten most of the lyrics.

"We can interfere right?" Kai questions before Soobin gets ready to sing his song. After getting approval from the staff the members gather around Soobin ready to sabotage him during his song.

While the other members enjoyed tickling each other to keep the current singer offbeat Daewon stood with his back turned. Secretly he used his phone to read the lyrics quickly engraving them into his brain so that he would not fail. Thankfully no one seemed to notice and soon it was his turn.

"Tickle his neck, he's ticklish there" Yeonjun announces to the group as Daewon takes the microphone ready to start his turn. The music starts to play and quickly everyone has a hand on the idol's neck in an attempt to tickle him.

Daewon begins the song off fairly stable despite being mercilessly tickled by the other members. Once it gets to where the music is muted he forgoes trying to sing well and practically shouts the lyrics into the microphone as he crumbles to the floor as Beomgyu moves his hands to his armpits tickling him. As the music comes back Daewon lays on the floor curled in a ball singing the lyrics. Once the music stops he stands up awaiting the staff's decision.

"Daewon, pass"

"Ah" the members sigh in disappointment hoping Daewon would fail. Daewon sticks his tongue out at the members.

"Yeonjun and Daewon please step forward" a staff member calls for the two oldest seeing as they were the only two to pass the mission.

"It's about Yeonjun so it's good Daewon will read it so he can confirm," Soobin announces as he watches Taehyun put his sock back on.

[Hint - he has no presence]

"What?" the two eldest question as they look at each other with confused looks on their face.

"Whatever to the next game!"

[ Game 2 Mukbang party]

"Daewon is easily going to pass. He inhales his food often," Hueningkai says, teasing Daewon who looks at him in faux surprise.

"What do you mean I inhale my food?"

"You have a habit of just scarfing down food sometimes"

"I do not"

While the two argue over Daewon's eating habits Taehyun already placed the cookie into his mouth, chewing in delight.

One by one the members go easily eating the cookie except for Hueningkai who gave up.

"Since it was so easy that way we'll change the mission. You should now eat it vertically" the staff say, making the challenge more difficult for the members.

"I might as well just fail now," Daewon says with a blank face and the members chuckle. He'd already struggled to eat the cookie horizontally, there was no way he was going to eat it vertically.

"Should we try it since it might work?" Yeonjun questions up to the challenge.

"Alright, we'll go the other way. Daewon please go first" the staff member says and Daewon frowns.

"Do you perhaps hate me?" he questions boldly. The other staff members in the room laugh at his question.

"You just want to see me fail" he adds playfully as he picks up the cookie. He holds it inspecting it for a bit before bringing it up to his mouth. He forgoes trying to look pretty for the camera and opens his mouth as wide as it would go, face scrunching in the process. He can already tell the editor will put some stickers over his face and put siren sounds up to protect his image. Not that he cares much, he just wants to eat the damn cookie. He was doing pretty well but the cookie snapped in half one part crumbling onto his lap while the other hit his tooth roughly.

"I hate this game," he announces, taking the cookie out of his mouth and slamming it onto the paper plate. Beside him, Soobin laughs and Hueningkai reaches over to pat his back in a comforting manner.

"You tried hyung. Good job"

"I failed"

"Good job," Kai says again, making the others laugh. Soobin goes next and much to the member's surprise easily passes the mission. The other however took one attempted and deemed the challenge too difficult and decided to fail.

"Let's move to the second mission," the staff says moving from the cookie mission. After explaining the rules and giving the members the edible tape Daewon sits on his knees biting the tip of his tongue.

"Ready...start!" after hearing the start Daewon begins to eat at the tape for a minute until it was announced for them to stop.

"I think I failed this one too" he laughs looking at the length of the candy.

"Here, let me measure it," Soobin says holding up the measuring tape. With the help of Daewon, the leader measures it reading out the length much to Daewon's disappointment.

"It's a little over two meters"

"Darn" he pouts annoyed with losing this game as well. He sits patiently as Soobin helps the others measure out the edible tape candy and soon a winner is declared.

"The winner of the mission is Yeonjun"

"Good job spy," Taehyun says looking unbothered.

"What's the next mission?" the members question ready to move on to the final mission for the second game.

"Your next mukbang is slurping decibels"

"Are we eating noodles?" the members question eagerly to eat some food. After hearing the rules of the game Kai turns his attention to Daewon.

"Fighting hyung!"

"Yeah, Dae you'll pass this one. You're a loud eater" Taehyun says piggybacking on teasing Daewon.

"What did I do to deserve this?" Daewon questions in astonishment "Is this your mission? Annoy Daewon?" he questions eyeing Hueungkai suspiciously. The maknae only laughs and shakes his head.

"The person next to you will measure the sound" the staff explained as they had Yeonjun the sound device. Huening goes first, the sound hardly being 80 decibels, much to the youngest disappointment. They elect Soobin to go next and the leader quickly slurps the noodles only to choke on them instead. Beside him, Daewon chokes on his own noodles in surprise.

"Does the sound of him choking count?" Taehyun questions through a laugh as Soobin laughs in embarrassment, hiding his face. He gives it another attempt only for the sound to be too low to be a pass.

"Soobin just give up. Measure Daewon" Yeonjun commands the younger.

"Cover your ears" Beomgyu teases.

"I'm not that loud when I eat!" Daewon exclaims with a pointed look to Beomgyu who gives him a cheeky smile.

"I'll start now," he announces to Soobin as he picks up some noodles with his chopsticks. He brings it up to his mouth and begins slurping loudly, the sound easily being 102 decibels.

"Wah! He did it" Yeonjun laughs.

"Daewon can no longer deny he is a loud eater. This proves it all"

"From now on I'll only eat this loud"

"My ears will burst"

"Oh well"

"Stop you two it's my turn," Yeonjun says, shushing the two so he could have his turn. He does his best but he did not make the goal. The other two remaining members also give it a try only to fail as well.

"How did Daewon do it?"

"Can I give it a second try?" Soobin questions and after being granted another attempt the other members all rush to have their own second try.

"The game of Just Once was won by Soobin, the winner of Tape Mukbang was Yeonjun, and Daewon won Slurping Decibels. Those members will receive the next hint. Please come to the front one by one "

[Hint: He tries to not participate in the mission]

One by one the winning members take a look at the hint and a lightbulb goes off in Daewon's head. He instantly has a member in mind but chooses not to say anything to the other members.

"Come out beginning with Taehyun and silently mouth to the camera who you think it is"

The members go one by one all claiming the spy to be Hueningkai but Daewon says a different as quietly as he can.

"Kang Taehyun" after saying his pick he quietly returns to his seat and shoots a wink to the camera.

ೃ⁀➷ ꒰ a/n꒱ i have not seen the next episode so i have no idea who the spy actually is but i didn't want daewon to stay kai even though i think it's kai...he's a little suspicious and the second hint fits him well. anyways hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, im not too good at writing daewon in variety shows but i did my best! 💙༉
