FallingMagician is a well-loved writer on Wattpad, and had written books such as 'Omega Prince' which has over 200k reads, and they have 2.68k followers. It was great to interview them, and here is what they had to say!

Why did you start writing on Wattpad?

I started writing on wattpad cause I had so many ideas that were filling up in my head and id written them down but never did anything with them. The more I read the more I wanted to write the stories I had.I also wanted to start writing cause the message in all of my books is literally don't judge a book by its cover and that nobody has flaws you're your own unique person. And that message doesn't get around a lot so I tried to fix that.

What's been your proudest moment on Wattpad?

My proudest moment, and as evil as it's sounds it's true, is making the readers cry. Not so I can laugh at there pain, but because I know my story is reaching my readers on an emotional level and that's what I want. I wanna reach my readers and make them feel and understand what's happening in my stories.

Which book has been the most fun to write?

I've written a few books in my time on wattpad but my favorite one has to be the one im working on rewriting. The Warrior and The Omega. I say this because the readers that red the original love the rewrite and are ready to see what I can do with it and that's very inspiring.

What's the hardest part about writing on Wattpad?

The hardest part of writing on wattpad is the occasional comments you get on the stories about what the reader would've done if they were writing the story. I find it very annoying when readers do that because usually I have a really twisted twist in the story that shocks everyone. They don't understand it discourages the author when they do that because it's like your saying you have no faith in the author.

What type of chapters are the most fun to write?

My favorite type of chapters are when both of the main characters are struggling cause it keeps the readers coming back for more and it keeps them wondering on what's going to happen.

And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?

My advice is take your time. Don't rush. Think everything through down to the least important detail. Write the story as a draft before you post anything and then edit it and work out all the kinks. Make sure your story would play out how it would in the real world. Lastly write about what you love.
