I'm leaning more towards Culinary Consultants, but basically, yes. Here is something that we nearly missed.

Okay, so like the Blacksmiths and Costume Creators, these guys have two parts. Chefs and Culinary Consultants. A Chef is someone who will come up with brand new foods for you to use in your books.
