Kokonoe: Goku has had plenty of enemies even as a kid. One of these enemies just so happened to be the Red Ribbon Army.

Junko: Vampire Nazi?

Ann: No...

Kokonoe: After Goku laid waste to this group, only one man remained to seek vengeance... Dr.Gero.

Kokonoe: In order to achieve this revenge, the doctor made several Androids to counter Goku and his friends... but his greatest creation of all was the one that stayed in the lab, gathering data on Goku and all his friends and foes. This... was Cell.

Ann: Wait, how did he go from being a bug to that?

Kokonoe: Well, that's thanks to his absorption ability.

Kokonoe: It works in conjunction with his tail. He can either use his stinger on his tail to pierce his victim's body and suck all their body's biomass, which heals him... or he can use it to swallow a person whole and literally suck them into him, adding their power to his.

Junko: Neither of these look remotely PG...

Kokonoe: ... They're not.

Ann: But they are slow and can leave him wide open. He used it to absorb Androids 17 and 18 to permanently become... Perfect Cell.

Junko: Well... no wonder he's incredibly strong.

Junko: He's knocked out a full powered Super Vegeta with one strike, and can lift 10^18 kg with little effort.

Ann: He's gained Frieza's ability to survive any injury, and holds an insane amount of durability thanks to the healing factor he took from Piccolo.

Ann: This allows him to recover from almost any injury so long as a bit of his regenerative nucleus remains intact. As you can imagine... this makes him super hard to kill. He barely flinched when Krillin threw a Destructo Disk at him. He even took Vegeta's Final Flash and suffered nothing more than an incinerated arm.

Kokonoe: Not just that, he once took Goku's Kamehameha at point-blank range , which was stated to destroy the entire Earth upon impact, and even when it blew his upper torso to nothing, Cell still regenerated after that.

Junko: So he's basically a cockroach with wings.

Ann: Definitely... and don't get me started with that time he blew himself up.

Junko: Excuse me what?

Ann: Oh right, it has to do with his body manipulation.

Ann: He can alter his body into two shapes. The first one let's him turn into a suicide bomb with enough power to blow up the planet in one minute. He used this to try and blow everyone up, but destroyed King Kai's planet instead. And he still came back stronger than ever.

Kokonoe: The second form increases his muscle mass, making him more powerful at the cost of speed.

Junko: And that's not even the weirdest thing he picked up. At least not as weird as the Namekien's ability to reproduce asexually. This ability let's Cell make Cell Jr's.

Junko: These blue little guys are technically Cells kids, and while they're weaker than the original, they still have most of his power.

Ann: And he's picked up a lot of power, he's even inherited Zenkai, a genetic trait taken from Saiyan blood cells, increasing his power everytime he survives a near-death injury.

Kokonoe: He can also manipulate Ki.

okonoe: Basically allowing him to control energy from within his body and mold it to suit his needs. This let's him use hypersonic flight, telekinesis, teleportation, blasts of energy, and energy fields.

Ann: One of these moves include Solar Flare.

Ann: Where he flashes a bright light at his opponents, temporarily blinding anyone who looks aside from himself.

Junko: It's like flashing a flashlight in your ex boyfriends eyes so they don't see you literally stab them in the gut.

Ann: Junko... I think you need help...

Kokonoe: He's also got the Special Beam Cannon.

Kokonoe: Taken from Piccolo, it's a projectile with speed dependant on how long you charge it. It can drill a hole through whatever it touches, or in most cases blow them to bits.

Junko: He also has the Death Saucer!

Junko: An upgraded fork of Krillin's Destructo Disk and taken from Frieza. It's a disk of energy that can cut through pretty much anything and can be controlled and move to Cell's will.

Ann: There's also the Death Beam.

Junko: Another move taken from Frieza.

Ann: With this he fired a beam that can move at great speeds and fired in rapid succession. He's got a full powered variation that can cover more range and deal more damage.

Kokonoe: He has moves from Tien, like the Multi-Form.

Kokonoe: Where he splits into four clones, with each clone being weaker than the original.

Ann: He's even got moves from Goku himself, like the Instant Transmission.

Ann: An ability that instantly warps him to someone's energy signature and requires concentration to preform.

Junko: And he's got the legendary Kamehameha!

Junko: Where he fires a wave of energy from the palm of his hand that can range from mountain to planetary fuckin' destruction!

Ann: He can also use the spirit bomb. Though he hasn't used it, he has stated that he can use it.

Kokonoe: But as a brilliant mind once said, you can never be truly perfect.

Junko: He's very arrogant and his last for battle forces him to seek the best of his opponent, which can bite him in the ass.

Ann: Also when losing a fight, he flies into a blind rage, doing things without thought.

Kokonoe: Last but not least he's not unkillable as you can permanently kill him by destroying every single cell in his body.

Junko: Still, there's a reason why he's one of Goku's most dangerous villians. If he's perfect at anything, he'd definitely be the perfect weapon.

Cell: There is no secret purpose. I simply want to get as much out of this planet as I can before I destroy it. I have proven that I am unstoppable. Neither you or your friends are any threat to me now.
