Kokonoe: Since the day she was born, Tatsumaki has been known as a prodigy in the psychic community. So much so, that at the age of 5, some scientists captured and experimented on her.

Junko: Don't worry. The very mysterious hero, Blast, arrived and saved her.

Kokonoe: Weather she was encouraged by Blast's heroic actions or just traumatized by the events, Tatsumaki was inspired to become a hero. And she was an extremely skilled one at that, becoming known as the #2 S class hero, Tornado of Terror.

Junko: Oh does she control wind or something?

Kokonoe: Junko... she's an Esper.

Kokonoe: A girl who is highly skilled in her field at using psychokinesis. Meaning she can move her environment with her mind.

Junko: ... I don't get what that has to do with tornadoes.

Kokonoe: Probably because of her habit of twist her opponents body and spin them to the point that there's nothing left or until they're a pile of guts. For example...

Junko: Ouch. That's actually a pretty painful way to go. But I guess that makes sense for the tornado of Terror.

Kokonoe: Let's get it out the way. Just like almost anyone with her type of power, she can fly and lift things in the air to throw at her opponents. The most common thing she throws are chunks of rubble and large buildings.

Junko: She can also, somehow, use her ability to control television?

Junko: Um... Kokonoe?

Kokonoe: Let's just move on to her more notable abilities first, like her psychic barrier.

Kokonoe: a protective barrier Tatsumaki can put around herself, a large area, or other people. It's resistant enough to take hits from Dragon level threats without a scratch, even while she was weakened and unconscious.

Junko: Dragon level what?

Kokonoe: It's basically a scaling of how big a disaster you become. Scalings range from wolf, tiger, demon, dragon, and God. A wolf level is a possible danger, a tiger is any threat to a large number of people, a demon is any threat to a city and its people, and a dragon is any threat to multiple city's.

Junko: And as you can imagine, Tatsumaki can take on at least a Dragon level threat with ease. In fact, she once fought Saitama and annihilated a Dragon level threat without even realizing it or even caring for that matter.

Kokonoe: Tatsumaki can also manipulate someone's chi.

Kokonoe: This allows her to kill her opponents from the inside technopathy. And yes, it's how she can change channels with her mind.

Junko: Mystery solved! Now why is she wearing no panties?

Kokonoe: She also has a move called psychic whirlwind.

Kokonoe: A defensive, anti-esper technique that generates currents of psychic energy. This nullifies and diverts others psychic energy. She can also use psychic binding.

Kokonoe: This move allows her to suppress the power of other espers and stop them from using their abilities. It also lets her completely paralyze her opponents.

Junko: Yeah, she doesn't have too many special techniques with her powers. But really, she doesn't need any. Her psychic abilities alone allowed her to stop these giant shells midair and turn them around, launching them right back at the giant spaceship that fired them.

Junko: These things are not explosive, but I can say they were going so fast they can blow up an entire city. Tatsumaki fired them back at around the same force. And that's not even her greatest feat. Her greatest feat was lifting up an entire base out a city!

Junko: Jesus Christ, is there anything stopping her?

Kokonoe: Well, yes. As impressive as she may be, she still has her fair share of weaknesses. For example, if receiving a head injury, Tatsumaki's powers will grow considerably weaker.

Junko: Yeah, as once weakening she could still lift Saitama up of all people, but only a few feet. She's also unable to attack and defend at the same time.

Kokonoe: Another weakness she may have is her arrogance.

Junko: True, but love her or hate her, 99% of the time she's right in h er r arrogance as 99% of the time she knows she'll get the job done as the number one esper.
