Kokonoe: Due to her mother's sudden disappearance, Anne Marie lived with her very strict and her father. She was a rebellious child and her equally poor relationship with her father prompted her to run away from home as a young teenager. Thus, giving herself the nickname, Rogue.

Junko: Eventually she was sought out by Mystique and joined the Brotherhood, but would eventually betray them and join the X-Men. Why would she join these two groups? Because somewhere between running away and joining the Brotherhood, she learned she has mutant powers, and pretty dangerous ones at that.

Kokonoe: Right, Rogue's power is her absorbing touch.

Kokonoe: This ability allows her to absorb someone's powers, energy, memories, and physical abilities, talents, and personality traits with a simple touch of her skin.

Junko: This only lasts a short period of time though. Normally it's 1 second of touch equals 1 minute of using what she absorbs. Oh, but she needs to be careful because if she touches them for too long, she takes their powers permanently and kills them.

Kokonoe: Right, like when she nearly killed Ms.Marvel and permanently took her powers.

Junko: Thanks to this, she can fly and shoot energy blast out her hands!

Kokonoe: When Ms.Marvel uses them, they're powerful enough to incinerate zombies, overload the systems of the robot Sappers, and deal immense damage to Count Nefaria, who can match up to the likes of Thor.

Junko: She also has Ms.Marvel's seventh sense which should allow her to predict and counter her opponents next move. However, this isn't really reliable and only activates at random.

Kokonoe: Rogue also permanently gained Wonder Man's powers, now having both Ms.Marvel's and Wonder Man's physical characteristics.

Junko: Rogue is incredibly strong.

Junko: With Ms.Marvel's strengt, she can destroy buildings with a punch and with Wonder Man's, her punch is strong enough to send the Hulk flying.

Kokonoe: She's also incredibly fast.

Kokonoe: She can outfly a jet plane, dodge lasers, and fly through orbit above the earth's atmosphere.

Junko: Her durability is quite impressive too.

Junko: She can take a hit from Juggernaut, who's strength matches and probably surpasses that of the Hulk and can easily tank one of Deadpool's grenades.

Kokonoe: Rogue is a very skilled fighter and an expert tactician.

Kokonoe: She once quickly found out missles were following her and redirected them. She's skilled enough to match the likes of Captain America and Thor and even took on Wolverine to a standstill without her powers.

Junko: She's even fought ninja!

Junko: Just by copying one of them, she took out the rest with hand to hand combat. She's also fought Aliens and other mutants. Still, just because you can't touch her skin doesn't give her an instant victory.

Kokonoe: Right, there are some drawbacks. For example, the reason why she wears gloves and her costume doesn't show more skin is so she doesn't accidentally touch an innocent civilian or ally as she could end up killing them if they touch her for too long.

Junko: Plus, if she doesn't touch you long enough to kill you, there's still a chance you could pass out because of it or loose a lot of energy.

Kokonoe: Not just that, but her copied powers can have unintended side effects.

Junko: Hell, absorbing memory alone can affect her mentality, personality, and sanity. And if she absorbs too much power she can be overloaded.

Kokonoe: She also can't copy machines or metals unless it's directly associated with that person's powers. For example, she can gain Wolverine's claws but not his adamantium skeleton.

Junko: Still, even with all her strengths and weaknesses, this is one gal you don't wanna mess with.
