Neptune: It's Plutie's turn for some action! And her backstory is... actually pretty simple.

Kokonoe: Long story short, Plutia was once just a normal human. One day on a picnic with Noire, she found a CPU Memory and ate it, turning her into a CPU. She then met Histoire and with her, she founded her own nation of Planeptune.

Neptune: Oh, and before anyone asks, she's from a different dimension than me.

Junko: Probably a better CPU to that dimensions Planeptune than you too.

Neptune: Hey! I may be a bit lazy but I gotta be doing something right if I got followers in hell...

Junko: I don't think that makes things better...

Kokonoe: Even if she was bad at leading it, she's definitely better at defending it... sorta. I mean, she is incredibly strong.

Junko: Which is really saying something since her primary weapon is a doll.

Neptune: Yep. Plutia has many dolls, but we're going to stick with her primary one.... the one that looks a little too similar to me.

Junko: Hehe. Plutia has a variety of tricks with her doll. Like the Fancy Rain.

Junko: An attack in which Plutia throws her doll into the air, causing several to spawn and hit the enemy before a larger version lands on the enemy, inflicting heavy damage. She has another version where a weird face falls instead.

Neptune: She also has a technique called Boomerang!

Neptune: Where Plutie throws her plushie like a boomerang, hitting her opponent twice before coming back. This attack is also one of the two attacks Plutie has capable of sealing someone else's power... somehow.

Kokonoe: And then there's her Stress Release.

Kokonoe: Where she starts punching her doll lightly, causing heavy damage to her opponent. She then slams the doll into the floor, causing her opponent to launch up and slammed into the floor. After that, she grinds her foot onto the doll, pushing the enemy down with enough force to crack the ground. She ends it by stomping on her plushie, causing a huge explosion from beneath the enemy... somehow.

Neptune: And now we're getting to Plutie's EXE skill, With Dolls!

Junko: Where she commands her plushie to attack her opponent with a flurry of combos, knocking the enemy into the air before kicking it to Plutia. Plutia kicks it back as the doll spins up and kicks it down. They end it by charging a giant Kamehame- wait no, they fire a giant laser.

Kokonoe: She also has a move called I'm with my plushie.

Kokonoe: Where her plushie enlarges itself before launching a flurry of punches, with Plutia ending it with a kick.

Neptune: Plutia can heal herself, increase her physical and mental stats, and even summon electricity from the sky. She can also add elemental attacks to her weapons like wind, fire, ice, poison, paralysis, and even light or darkness to enhance her attacks.

Junko: Yeah, but her most fearsome abilities of all comes from Iris Heart.

*Neptune turned into Purple Heart*

Purple Heart: With states far exceeding that of Plutia, Sadie is so dangerous, other CPU'S fear her and most her enemies can't move when around her.

Kokonoe: As Iris Heart, she can teleport, fly, sense the presence of others, and even turn into a Jet that can fire missiles and a laser capable of destroying a planet.

Junko: Plutia's plushy is replaced with a sword that can turn into a whip, and some of her attacks include the Flying Viper.

Junko: Where Iris Heart combines electricity into her blade before striking the enemy with two lines that make a V before they explode.

Kokonoe: She also has Drive Stab.

Kokonoe: Where she laughs before teleporting behind her opponent and unleashes a flurry of strikes before kicking them with her heel.

Purple Heart: Then there's Verbal Abuse.

Purple Heart: Where Sadie stomps on her opponents face then let's them explode behind her.

Junko: And finally, her EXE skill, Thunder Blade Kick.

Junko: Iris Heart hovers up to the sky while calling up a thunderstorm. She then kicks a ball of lightning at her opponent, which instantly electricutes the enemy before blowing up. Then while her opponent is stuned, she'll blow a kiss that summons a heart, wich fires four lasers at her opponent.

Kokonoe: She has other moves as well, like the Sonic Shadow-

Junko: The Hedgehog?

Kokonoe: What? No.

Kokonoe: Sonic Shadow is when she slashes the area around her before raising up her hand and causing thousands of delayed slashes to hit the enemy in all directions.

Junko: Plutia is super strong.

Junko: Able to casually make a crater just by slamming her doll to the ground and can can easily launch giant monsters and robots into the air.

Purple Heart: She can be scaled to Noire, who casually destroyed a meteor the size of Gamindustri. Plutia even took down Rei, who was strong enough to destroy dimensions which, in the Neptunia series, have been confirmed to be universes.

Kokonoe: And though she is the slowest of the CPU, Plutia is still incredibly fast.

Kokonoe: She can dodge beams of light and can keep up with Tamsoft, who can casually move fast enough to appear invisible. She can also dodge attacks from Rei, who can travel to other dimensions in one day.

Junko: Yeah, but she does have some drawbacks.

Purple Heart: As Plutie, she's pretty lazy and somewhat of a klutz.

Kokonoe: And as Iris Heart she doesn't finish her opponents quickly thanks to her sadistic nature. Not just that, but her transformation runs on Shares, or everyone's faith in her, so if her shares were to go down, she'll be weakened and even forced out of her transformation. The same thing will happen if she takes too much damage.

Junko: Still, weather you love her or fear her, there's no denying this girl's one person you don't want to mess with.

Plutia: If you don't start playing nice, I might get angryyy...
