Kokonoe: Every time Dr. Ivo Robotnik came up with a plan to rule the world, everything goes great until a certain blue blur named Sonic come along and messes everything up.

Junko: So, Dr.Eggman decided he needed to do some about that. And what was the best way to get rid of a Blue Blur, why making another Blue Blur of course!

Kokonoe: Introducing Metal Sonic, a being designed to be better than Sonic in every way. And it worked surprisingly well. Metal Sonic is stronger, faster, and more durable than Sonic, and has been shown to be one of Sonic's greatest threats.

Junko: Especially with his signature move being his copycat ability.

Junko: This let's him copy moves and data from his opponents. He can even replicate moves requiring Knuckles strength. Though he only shows this strength when using those specific moves.

Kokonoe: So far, he's copied Sonic's signature move, Sonic Boom.

Kokonoe: This allows him to burst forward at speeds surpassing the sound barrier, damaging anything that comes in his way. This move doesn't collect rings nor can it be stopped mid-way.

Junko: He's also copied Shadows Chaos Control.

Junko: Using a Chaos Emerald, this gives Metal Sonic the ability to freeze time for ten seconds.

Kokonoe: He also copied Shadows Chaos Spear.

Kokonoe: This allows him to harness Chaos energy, before firing bolts of it at his opponents.

Junko: He can adjust the power of this move so it can either stun the foe or do damage with each strike.

Kokonoe: Next is the Hammer Punch, copied from Knuckles

Kokonoe: To preform this technique, Metal Sonic jumps into the air before punching the ground with enough force to cause fire to erupt from it.

Junko: After hitting the ground, his opponent will be stunned even if they're in the air.

Kokonoe: Then there's the Knuckle Slam, a move also copied from Knuckles.

Kokonoe: This one has Metal punch the ground before being surrounded in a flaming energy field.

Junko: When this is active, it does continuous damage to any nearby enemy.

Kokonoe: Next is Chroma Camo which he copied from Espio.

Kokonoe: This move turns Metal completely invisible to his opponent for a short period of time.

Junko: It also increases his already immense speed.

Kokonoe: Then there's Bat Gaurd, copied from Rouge the bat.

Kokonoe: This summons six artificial bats around Metal that explode on contact with an opponent.

Junko: He can use them as a shield and fire them off at opponents.

Kokonoe: Next is Silver's ESP.

Kokonoe: Also known as Psychic Control, this reverses his opponents sense of direction for a short period of time using psychokinesis.

Junko: Agh. Are we done with the moves he copied yet? He can do way more than copy the abilities of others. Sure, he can do things Sonic can do like the spindash, homing attack, and light speed attack, but he has other abilities of his own you know. Like his V. Maximum Overdrive Attack.

Kokonoe: Right, after overloading his own circuits, Metal Sonic surrounds himself with electricity and blasts off at high speeds. When in use, this quadruples his speed, though it can only be used in short bursts, as it can do permanent damage to Metal's body if used too much. It also leaves him open to counterattacks once it's weared off.

Junko: He also has a Black Shield!

Junko: Metal crosses his arms before forming an octahedral energy shield around his body. This thing blocked Amy's hammer swings and Silver's telekinesis. It can also take Shadow's Chaos Spears.

Kokonoe: Granted, Metal Sonic can't maneuver while using the Black Shield, he does keep any momentum he had prior to using it.

Junko: Next is the Ring Spark Field!

Junko: When Metal Sonic surrounds himself with a giant field of electricity, he can damage anything that comes nearby. This move is powerful enough to destroy metal foundations.

Kokonoe: Metal's movements slow down when using this, but it does protect him from damage. It can also sometimes leave him open for attacks after use.

Junko: Then there's his plasma pulse attack.

Junko: Designed by Dr.Eggman after Metal's first defeat, this charges up energy from his chest engine before firing it at his opponent.

Kokonoe: He has his Burst Shield too.

Kokonoe: This particular shield surrounds Metal in an orange barrier that protects him for a few seconds. This barrier incinerates anything other than him that gets caught in it.

Junko: That's not all. Metal Sonic has his own transformation. And probably the coolest looking one in his series! Neo Metal Sonic!

Junko: In this form, Metal Sonic can shapeshift his body and perfectly mimic their forms and voices. He also gains the ability to manipulate lightning as he managed to destroy a large portion of Eggman's airship.

Kokonoe: That's not all. With the data of everyone he's copied as well as the power of the Chaos Emeralds, Metal Sonic can turn into Metal Overlord.

Kokonoe: This is Metal Sonic's strongest form. With it, he can fly freely at speeds comparable to Super Sonic.

Junko: He can also fire giant chunks of crystal from his mouth and shoot large missles from his back.  He can even trap his opponent in a crystal cage even if it's Super Sonic. In fact, he can even use Chaos Control to freeze even Super Sonic. Metal Overlord is even stronger than any of his previous forms, including Titan Metal Sonic, which was powerful enough to destroy an island.

Kokonoe: Still, Metal Sonic does have plenty of weaknesses. Including his major god complex, believing he was better than everyone else despite never actually achieving his goal of defeating Sonic.

Junko: Still, out of all of Sonic's metal villians, Metal Sonic is the last one you want to mess with.

Metal Sonic: See me as I am, no longer afraid of anything!
