Kokonoe: The infamous Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, has a lot of children.

Junko: And we mean a lot. 85 children in fact.

Kokonoe: But among all her children, none of them are more well known, more dangerous, and more feared as her second son, Charlotte Katakuri.

Junko: And let me tell you, standing at 16ft this man is a beast. From the day he was put on paper he was better than Luffy in every way possible.

Kokonoe: However, before we get to what he can do, we need to get through his backstory.

Junko: Right. Long story short, Katakuri loves donuts. He ate so many that it caused the size of his mouth to expand and tore his cheeks. People bullied him for it but he didn't care. So those bullies went and beat up his sister.

Kokonoe: From that day on, Katakuri swore to become a ruthless and cold man to make everyone fear him in order to protect his family. He even hid his mouth behind a scarf.

Junko: He didn't just get stronger though. At the age of five he ate his first devil fruit and trained it ever since. Managing to do a huge amount of things with it.

Kokonoe: The devil fruit Katakuri has is the Mochi-Mochi no mi or the... well the mochi mochi fruit.

Kokonoe: This is a special paramecia type devil fruit that allows Katakuri to conjure, manipulate, and become Mochi.

Junko: In other words, it works just like a Logia type?

Kokonoe: That's about right. Not only that, but he's one of the few people who can use all three forms of Haki.

Junko: Haki is a mysterious power found in every living being. And Katakuri is so skilled at using it that he combines it with his Devil Fruit.

Kokonoe: Right. The first type of Haki is Armament Haki.

Kokonoe: This allows the user to coat themselves in invisible armor with their spirit. It can protect them or enhance the power of their attacks.

Junko: Next is Observation Haki.

Junko: This allows the user to feel the presence of others even if they're concealed from view or really far away.

Kokonoe: This allows the user to predict his opponents next move, making it easier to evade or dodge attacks.

Junko: But Katakuri took this one step further as he trained his haki so much that now he can see slightly into the future. So not only do attacks phase through him, he can also literally see your next move before you see your next move!

Kokonoe: Well, his devil fruit does work similar to a Logia, but attacks don't actually phase through him like they do a logia.

Junko: Wait really?

Kokonoe: What's really happening is probably far more impressive. He's predicting precisely where his opponents attack will land and will alter his body to let the attacks go right through him.

Junko: So he uses his reaction speed and his observation Haki as well as his mochi body all to his advantage... hmm... well next is Conquerors Haki.

Junko: The most powerful type of Haki has you exert your willpower onto others, basically dominating their will. If you're willpower isn't strong enough, you could easily get knocked out.

Kokonoe: Katakuri also has a trident called Mogura.

Kokonoe: This trident is one he hides in his body.

Junko: Understandable since his body is huge. With this trident, he can preform an attack called Mochi Tsuti.

Junko: This is a drill like attack strong enough to shatter thick pillars, destroy building structures, and create giant holes in walls.

Kokonoe: Not just that, but thanks to his mochi being stretchy like rubber, Katakuri has been able to use many of Luffy's moves, only better. For example, he can use Luffy's Gomu-Gomu no Hawk Gatling.

Junko: This is a move where Luffy hits his opponent with an overwhelming number of punches. But for Katakuri, he doesn't use his fist. He creates multiple tentacles out his back to do the punching for him. Welp...I've seen enough hentai to know where that's going...

Kokonoe: He can also use Luffy's Gomu-Gomu no elephant gun.

Kokonoe: This is when Luffy makes his arm grow in size and he punches his opponent. But when Katakuri does it, it's ten times bigger.

Junko: He's not just limited to Luffy's moves though. He can use other moves too like Yanagi Mochi.

Junko: Where he stretches his legs into multiple tendrils of mochi and stomps on his opponents.

Kokonoe: He also has Kaku Mochi.

Kokonoe: In conjunction with his armament haki, Katakuri turns both his arms and legs into mochi and proceeds to compress them into a square like shape and hardens them with haki.

Junko: Then there's Yaka Mochi.

Junko: This has him shoot is fist out so fast it literally ignites on fire. Oh and don't forget Zan Gri Mochi.

Junko: Katakuri will turn his entire body into mochi and rapidly spins towards his opponent in the form of a doughnut.

Kokonoe: As he reaches for his target, he returns to his normal body. And by using the momentum from the spin, he slams the target with his enlarged, Haki-embedded, spike covered mochi forearm at brutal force.

Junko: But wait, there's more! The poor little target is stuck on Katakuri's arm due to how sticky the mochi is. So Katakuri will proceed to swing his forearm through the air before slamming the target into the ground with enough force to create a huge crater.

Kokonoe: That's not the only thing that makes Katakuri dangerous. You see, Katakuri is an awakened devil fruit user.

Junko: I see.... what's that?

Kokonoe: In other words, Katakuri can literally turn his entire environment into mochi.

Junko: Aw crud... not only that but he can control the mochi environment he created.

Kokonoe: He also has Kagami Mochi.

Kokonoe: By turning the ceiling and walls into mochi, he can have them collapse on his target, burying them inside a large pile of sticky mochi causing them to suffocate.

Junko: In the end you're sentenced to death by food. It's actually pretty fitting if you really think about it. Anyway, he also has Amadare mochi.

Junko: It's pretty similar to Kagami Mochi except this time he's shaping the mochi into multiple blunt-ended mochi. With this, he can bludgeon his opponent at great force and crush them to death.

Kokonoe: Katakuri can also create Muso Donuts.

Kokonoe: He basically raises mochi off the ground as the shape of a donut.

Junko: With this, he can use Chikara Donuts.

Junko: Creating massive arms and embedding them with Haki, he uses these to help pummel his opponents. And he's not limited to just two.

Kokonoe: That's right, he also has a technique called Mochi Ginchuka.

Kokonoe: With this, he has multiple donuts surround his opponent as he has all of them pummel his target at great speed and force.

Junko: Wow! With strength like that you'd think he'd be unstoppable!

Kokonoe: Though he was undefeated, he still has weaknesses. If put in a psychological crisis, it will render him of using his future vision. And you can potentially hit him if you're faster than his reaction speed.

Junko: True. But besides Luffy, the thought of any man who could beat Katakuri is down to zero.
