Dizzy: Um... Deadpool?

Junko: ... Okay, name a talkative Goddess who breaks the fourth wall and wields a badass sword.

Dizzy: Oh! Then you're referring to the CPU Goddess herself, Purple Heart, also known as Neptune.

Akame: For over a thousand years, the CPU or Goddesses of Gamindustri have been at war.

Juno: One they, three of the Goddesses were tricked into ganging up on the strongest one, Purple Heart! So they beat her up and threw her from high in the sky! She was thought to be dead but really she suffered from a bit of Amnesia. She made peace with the other CPU and regained her rule over her homeland, Planeptune!

Dizzy: It's too bad she's a pretty lazy ruler...

Junko: She may be lazy, but she's defiantly powerful!

Junko: We're talking about someone so strong she scared the ruler of hell just by transforming! She's so strong that when battling with Noire against a giant plant monster, the shock wave from their attack destroyed the massive ruins behind the enemy!

Dizzy: Neptune can actually scale to Noire, who is powerful enough to destroy a meteor big enough to annihilate all of Gamindustri! 

Junko: Yeah, Neptune has fought plenty of opponents capable of destroying entire dimensions, which in the Neptunia world have been considered to be entire universes on multiple occasions. She's even helped in the destruction of the Heart Dimension, which is a reality where dreams become entire dimensions and contain an uncountable amount of said Dream Dimensions.

Dizzy: She's also incredibly fast, going up to 546 Billion times the speed of light! Allowing her to travel through the center of the Zero and Heart Dimension in a very short amount of time and she's even faster with her transformations! She's also durable enough to fall thousands of feet from the air with little to no damage! 

Junko: Yeah, she's taken hits from some pretty heavy hitters. Even ones that easily took out the other CPU. She's even taken hits from her more powerful transformation, Purple Heart! Even when she did die, she found that Hell's torture was nothing to her and basically made everyone worship her before just leaving Hell!

Dizzy: Neptune is also much more powerful than Histoire, who stabilized the time flow between two space-time continuums. Histoire's also been mentioned to channel the power of the universe to even control all of existence.

Neptune: A small detail you guys forgot about! Meaning my last battle should have had me as the winner after all!

Junko: ... Well I guess you have a point. 

Neptune: Hah!

Dizzy: And of course, I keep forgetting she can break the fourth wall.

Neptune: Well duh! What kind of Main Character didn't break the 4th wall every once in a while? Of course, I'm not limited to just 4 walls. Also, I may be a bit childish, but it's my childish personality that makes it easier to make friends! Plus I never give up or back down when the going gets tough!

Junko: Unless your lazy and arrogant personality got in the way. Don't get me wrong. You're defiantly smarter than you let on, having ruled Planeptune for years on end even before you met Histoire and your sister, Nepgear. You're just really... really lazy.

Neptune: But I can still do a lot of cool stuff! I can heal myself, increase the power of my attacks, and increase my durability! But we're not that far yet so first let's talk about my weapons, starting with my legendary swords!

Akame: Neptune has a variety of different swords. Starting with her... wooden sword?

Neptune: I found it in the dump and liked it! Don't judge! I also have a Bamboo Sword... a Hunting sword... and a Prototype Mechanical Blade with improved durability and edge. I have several versions of the Mechanical Blade, with the strongest being sharp enough to cut things without form! I also have a Tatsui blade with a main focus to sever my opponents hehe. 

Dizzy: She has the Bastard Sword, which excels at crushing opponents due to its weight

Neptune: I like it because I get away with cursing!

Akame: She also has the Claymore Sword. A long, broad sword. Because of its length, it takes remarkable proficiency to wield.

Junko: My personal favorites are the Beam Katana and Executioner Blade, an ominous instrument of death often called 'Soul Sucker' because it draws a pool of blood from its prey that they will later drown in!

Dizzy: ... I'm... not even gonna ask... 

Neptune: I have three versions of the Beam Katana and I've got the Mecha Nep Blade! My personal mechanical blade that Histoire made using Planeptune's tech! It draws out all the power of Neptune! I can do the same with a blade called the Purple Force!

Akame: She has Gamindustri's own version of the legendary Excalibur. The blade and hilt are said to ward off calamity.

Dizzy: And Laevateinn, a divine blade brighter than the sun. A ray of hope that brightens Gamindustri's future. She also has the Kiryu Sword and a giant paper fan that...

Neptune: Makes you want to swat someone on the head with it. It's a paper fan. What did you think it was for?

Dizzy: Right...

Akame: There's also the Shining Land. A famous sword, whose name has been passed down through many adventure stories. It exists in several dimensions and is said to be able to travel dimensions.

Junko: There's also the Nep-Stinger. A mechanical sword that increases its power by circulating energy inside. Its design is focused on attacking.

Neptune: My favorite is the Knee Socks sword. A sword made out of old and recycled knee socks. When attacked with this weapon, it feels like you're being kicked.

Dizzy: Um... what?

Neptune: I have an upgraded version called the Sister's Knee Socks Sword! This one is made of Nepgear's socks! Oh, but she has no idea!

Akame: ... Why?

Neptune: And my strongest version is the Orange Knee Sock Sword! A knee-sock sword made in the image of Uzume! It feels stronger than the other knee socks swords!

Junko: That sounds about right. She has a sword that can slice a mountain in two with a single swing, one that can blind anyone nearby, one that's glistening with red mist, and one that gives her great strength in exchange for her life. She resists its effects with great willpower.

Neptune: I don't just have swords though. I also have a gun!

Neptune: This gun allows me to fire elemental bullets! You know, fire... ice... wind... things like that.

Junko: She can fire one bullet or multiple consecutive bullets. It depends on what element she's using.

Neptune: But that's not all I'm bringing to the table! I also got permission to bring my Reset Button!

Junko: Reset button? First time I'm hearing about it.

Neptune: It's a button I got that lets me rewind time and restart time! I can keep using this until I get the results I want! For example...

*Neptune  pressed the button and disappeared before coming back*

Dizzy: What was that?

 Neptune: I went back and killed my last opponent. There are many battles that we can admit are wrong and personally I think that one is one of them with all this new stuff you never let me use.

Junko: Didn't Histore take that from you though?

Neptune: It's this or I turn into a time-traveling bike.

Junko: Oh right, I forgot you can do that. Not just a bike though. You can turn into a jet too... somehow...

Neptune: This is my EXE Drive! I can use it to fire missiles and giant lasers! When used alongside Plutia, we managed to destroy a planet!

Dizzy: Wasn't that for visual effect? 

Neptune: It's too early to be introducing this anyway. We should talk about much simpler things, like my signature move... Cross Combination!

Neptune: Where I unleash a flurry of sword slashes, sending my opponent high into the air before jumpings up and swinging a downward slash, sending them crashing back to the ground!

Dizzy: There's also the Critical Edge.

Dizzy: Where she runs up before slashing and launching an enemy up into the air, then slashing them out of the air. Apparently, she learned this from a book left by a CPU who protected Planeptune in the past.

Junko: Then there's her Delta Slash!

Junko: Neptune slashes her sword at the enemy two times, trapping the opponent in a box before slashing it one final time, causing it to explode in the Delta sign!

Neptune: Of course, I can also summon stuff like the 32-Bit Mega Blade!

Neptune: A sword made of faith that falls from the sky and stabs the enemy to cause an energy blast!

Akame: She can summon 8 smaller versions and use them as a second blade. She can also make one bigger than most bosses.

Neptune: But my greatest summoning is Keiji Inafune!

Akame: ... I'm sorry what?

Neptune: The first one is the Inafune Sword V! Where I summon 4 Keiji Inafune's before launching them toward the enemy and exploding! 

Junko: And if you're wondering, Inafune is both the missile and the sword.

Dizzy: That doesn't even make sense...

Neptune: The other one is the Who Did This?! Nova! Where I summon a ship with the head of Inafune that shoots out massive lasers from its eyes and mouth!

Dizzy: That makes even less sense...

Neptune: And let's not forget Atranger!

Neptune: A big toy robot that attacks my opponents and fires its fist as rockets! Hmm... I feel like I'm forgetting something...

Junko: You're forgetting your other EXE Drive, Neptune Break.

Junko: A move where Neptune holds her sword before launching herself as purple energy surrounds her. She then rapidly slashes the enemy from all directions and then spins her sword into the air and catches the sword to slash the enemy again! Neptune stabs the enemy one more time before they explode into a purple column of light!

Neptune: Oh yeah! This is a move that will totally break the balance of the game!

Dizzy: Neptune gets these powers through the use of Share Crystals.

Dizzy: The crystallized faith of people in a CPU. It can be used to recharge a weakened CPU's energy putting them back at full power and can even undo brainwashing. With enough Share Crystals, Neptune can create a Sharing Field.

Dizzy:  A temporary Pocket Dimension that can be created through the Share Crystals. It provides the CPU's in it a constant source of Share Energy, making them more powerful than they already are. It's also able to contain the powers of whoever is trapped inside it and can heavily negate the use of "Negative Energy".

Junko: Of course, Share Energy mostly comes from how many people have faith in Neptune, and it's not limited to her followers back in her country either since all of Hell worships her.

Akame: And with enough Shares, she can turn into Purple Heart.

Akame: In this form, Neptune is much stronger, more durable, and way faster. She can do everything her base form can do with the added bonus of being able to fly and teleport.

Junko: Also her personality becomes somewhat more serious, allowing her to be less childish and more strategic when the situation calls for it. She still has a bit of a joking side in her though and can be so sexy she can make someone faint if she really tried.

Dizzy: Ignoring that last bit she has another transformation after this. A form stronger than all of her other forms before it. This form is NEXT Purple.

Junko: Gaining some cool-looking gauntlets, boots, and wings, this transformation of Neptune grants her an even more powerful boost to all her previous stats as Purple Heart! She's also much calmer and has access to her most powerful technique, Dimensional Slice!

Neptune: That's right! It's my most powerful move yet!

Akame:  NEXT Purple charges up the boosters upon her back and proceeds to charge at her opponent at extreme speeds before slashing at them, causing a massive explosion of energy behind her. One that slices through the very concept of her opponent

Junko: But we can't give Neptune too much credit. Even a Goddess has her weaknesses.

Junko: If we were to talk about her biggest issues, she's way too lazy and jokes around a lot.

Neptune: Hey! That's not a problem when in battle fighting monsters!

Junko: Also she has a fear of Eggplants.

Neptune: Unless they're big Eggplants. Then I view them as a monster and cut them up. Though I will admit the very smell of them reverts me back to my base form.

Dizzy: Speaking of going back to base, using Dimensional Slice will also revert Neptune back to her base form and a lack of shares will make her unable to return to her Purple Heart transformation. She's also been defeated in the past, even killed by her own sister, Nepgear.

Junko: But when the going gets tough, you can count on Neptune to Nep it up!

Neptune: Nope, you can't be more popular than me! I mean, I'm the main character of this franchise and stuff!
