Ann: Morgiana, the female Famalis of Magi.

Junko: And Sakura, the fan-hated Medical Ninja of Naruto!

Kokonoe: The stage is set and the combatants are ready.

Junko: It's time for a Death Battle!

In a large dungeon in the middle of the forest, Morgiana was fighting her way through a bunch of monsters.

Morgiana: Now then, where can I find a good gift for Alibaba and Aladin?

She made it above a room filled with old treasure as she saw Sakura put a golden scroll in a bag. 

Sakura: Mission accomplished. Now to hand this over to-

Morgiana jumped over Sakura's head as her chains wrapped around the bag and pulled it out of her hand.

Sakura: Wha- Hey!

As soon as Morgiana landed, the bag landed in her hands.

Morgiana: Perfect.

Sakura threw a kunai, launching the bag out of her hand and pinning it into a wall. Morgianna then went to face her.

Morgiana: Hey...

Sakura: Sorry, I need that scroll more than you.

Sakura grabbed two kunai and the two of them got into a fighting stance. Morgiana made the first move and dashed at her, going for a heavy kick that Sakura immediately went to block.

Sakura: (What speed!)

Sakura went to swing one of her blades but Morgiana dodged it and kicked it out of her hands before kicking her back into a wall. As Morgiana dashed back at her, Sakura threw the other kunai and Morgiana dodged it before going for a spinning kick. Sakura ducked under it as it was now Morgiana against the wall. Sakura went to punch her but Morgiana jumped to the side as Sakura shattered right through the wall.

Morgiana: (What strength!)

Sakura pulled out five shurikens and threw them. As Morgiana dodged, Sakura ran at her and went for a punch that Morgiana dodged as well before spinning around and going for a kick. Sakura dodged it and went for a punch. Morgiana went for a kick and they both clashed before Sakura pushed her foot down and went for a kick of her own. Morgiana blocked it and was sent flying. She caught herself, feet first onto a wall, and jumped back at Sakura. She went for a flying kick but missed as smoke suddenly went everywhere.

Morgiana: A smoke bomb?

She started sniffing the air as a shadow was moving around her.

Morgiana: Nice try...

The shadow went to strike her from behind but Morgiana turned around and kicked it.

Morgiana: But I can smell you.

Her eyes suddenly widened as the shadow was replaced with a giant chunk of rubble. She looked up to see Sakura flying down for a powerful punch.

Sakura: Cha!

She landed it and Morgiana blocked it as the entire floor beneath them was destroyed and they fell into the dark cave below. Sakura grabbed a huge chunk of the falling ground.

Sakura; Take this!

She threw it at her as Morgiana landed on her feet and leaped back up into the air. She kicked the giant chunk of rock and smashed it to pieces. She landed back on her feet as Sakura put her hands together.

Sakura: Shadow Clone Jutsu!

She summoned three shadow clones that landed in front of Morgiana. One of them already dashed at her and went for a punch. Morgiana dodged the strike and kicked the clone, causing it to disappear.

Morgiana: (These clones disappear after one hit. But I can't let my guard down just yet!)

The other two dashed at her. One of her threw a kunai which Morgiana quickly dodged as the other went to punch her. Morgiana dodged that too by jumping in the air as her chains wrapped around both clones. She spun and pulled the clones together running them into each other before landing on the ground. She looked past the smoke made by the disappearing clones and saw Sakura jumping up and throwing a giant rock. Morgiana quickly kicked the rock away as Sakura threw three kunai around her that had explosive tags on them. The Kunai immediately blew up in her face as Sakura landed on her feet, bit her thumb, and placed her hand on the ground.

Sakura: Summoning Jutsu!

As Morgiana jumped out of the explosion, Sakura summoned the giant slug, Katsuyu, who spat acid at Morgiana and sent her crashing into the walls of the cave. Morgiana jumped back to attack the slug, but Katsuyu swung her tail and slammed Morgiana back into the ground. She then went to try and squash her with her tail but Morgiana caught it and lift her up before throwing her out of the dungeon. Sakura had jumped off Katsuyu as soon as the slug was thrown and threw some more kunai before Morgiana suddenly unleashed a devastating Battle Cry.

Morgiana: RROOOOAAR!!!!

The war cry created a hypersonic wave that knocked the Kunai and Sakura back. Morgiana quickly kicked her feet, wrapping her chains around Sakura's body before pulling her in and kicking her in the gut, causing her to cough up blood and be sent flying up again. Morgiana then pulled her back down before slamming her into the ground. Sakura wasn't done though as she stood back up to her feet.

Morgiana: It's over.

She stomped her foot and the chains came ablaze, burning Sakura's entire body.

Sakura: GAAAAAH!!!

As the flames burned, the seal on Sakura's forehead turned to several marks going across her entire body.

Sakura: Not... yet!

Sakura quickly broke out the chains and punched the floor, causing the ground to shake as Morgiana jumped into the air, forming flaming wings from her chains and allowing herself to fly. She quickly flew at Sakura and went for a flaming kick that Sakura went to block.

Morgiana: Just give up already!

Sakura knocked Morgiana back and grabbed her chains.

Sakura: Give up...

She pulled Morgiana in.

Sakura: Trying to make me give up!

And went for a powerful punch that Morgiana blocked as she was sent flying away. Morgiana landed on her feet before flying back at Sakura and going for another flaming kick. Sakura went for a heavy punch and the two of them clashed as Morgiana went for another kick which Sakura ducked under. They both went to strike each other again and knock each other back as they were breathing heavily.

Morgiana: ... Not yet...

Sakura: I can't... die yet...

The two of them were thinking of their loved ones before dashing at each other.

Morgiana/Sakura: Because I have someone... I want to protect!

Morgiana's flames burned brighter than ever as she went for a kick and Sakura went for a punch that knocked back the wind. The two of them clashed creating a shockwave that destroyed everything around them but Sakura's punch was strong enough to send Morgiana's leg bursting off and flying away.

Morgiana: GAAAH!!!

Sakura: CHAAA!!!

She went for an uppercut and punched Morgiana in the face, creating a massive shockwave as Morgiana's entire head burst open and blood splattered everywhere. Her dead body fell to the floor as Sakura brushed herself off.

Sakura: Alright... now where did I put that scroll?

Junko: Man, I wonder how many people came here just to watch Sakura die, only for her to pick up this upset of a victory.

Ann: It wasn't too much of an upset. Morgiana was a tough opponent but Sakura had her outmatched. 

Kokonoe: Right. When comparing speed feats, Morgiana can go faster than light, but Sakura's lightspeed feats are much more consistent and are faster than anything Morgiana has shown in the past. Her genius intellect and larger arsenal also gave Sakura enough options to overwhelm Morgiana, especially thanks to Sakura being the more experienced of the two.

Ann: She also had a much larger amount of power. Yes, both of them had limitations in their supply of Chakra and Magi, but Sakura had 3 days' worth of Chakra at the age of 19, and who knows how much she has now. It also doesn't help that Sakura has been proven to be one of the top tiers of her verse, taking on opponents much stronger than Morgiana has come across.

Kokonoe: Morgiana was definitely not going down without a fight, but Sakura's experience, planning, and immense strength gave her the edge she needed.

Junko: Looks like Morgiana's kick only made Sakura blossom.

Kokonoe: The winner is Sakura.

-Connections: Two pink-haired female manga protagonists who are technically their series' 3rd protagonists after the 1st & 2nd protagonists (Naruto & Sasuke for Sakura & Aladdin & Alibaba for Morgiana). Both of them are known for being strong & skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Both of them are considered as characters that get less screen time compared with their friends by their series fans. Both of them later married with the 2nd protagonist of their series after their series ended. Their series setting is also based on Real-life countries (Japan & Middle East)

-This is Sakura's second matchup as she fought in Season 1 in a now-deleted fight against Orihime. Whether she won or lost has already been forgotten.

    *She's also the third member of Team 7 to be in a Death Battle in a row as Sasuke fought his match last year and Naruto fought the year before.

          *Sasuke ended up being the only one of the three who ended up losing his fight though. So much for a strong husband. (I'm joking. Please don't come at me Sasuke Fangirls)
