Kokonoe: Countess Alcina Dimitrescu, commonly referred to as Lady Dimitrescu, was a mutant aristocrat from Romania. For sixty years, Dimitrescu maintained the role of a ruler over Castle Dimitrescu as one of the Four Lords of the region. She was feared by the locals over allegations of mass murder and cannibalism, which were later found to be true.

Junko: Right, so like some time ago, Dimitrescu was greeted by none other than Mother Miranda, who offered her a Cadou that infected the Lady and gave her superhuman strength!

Ann: Yeah, she can easily lift Ethan Winters in the air with one arm, and has superior strength to her daughters who can do the same.

Junko: She's also stronger than Lycans, who can rip apart a human body with his bare hands! And she's stronger than Uriaș, who can lift and hurl large stone pillars! She, herself, was strong enough to slam Ethan through a wooden floor and send him plummeting several stories down!

Kokonoe: She's also incredibly fast.

Kokonoe: Well she's not unbelievably fast but she's at least faster than the average man. Se can dodge bullets and keep up with Ethan Winters, even cutting off his hand before he could react.

Junko: Yeah, but she's much more durable than she is fast.

Kokonoe: Thanks to her healing factor, she can tank a lot of damage and dish it out just as hard.

Junko: Knives and bullets are nothing to her and even explosives only mildly annoy her. Hell, a point-blank grenade launcher isn't even enough to put her down!

Ann: Right. Though she does have a short temper, it only adds to her cruelty.

Kokonoe: Sadistic and flirtatious, Dimitriscu enjoys torturing and feasting on her helpless victims. Even to the point where she lets her daughters join in on the fun.

Ann: As far as her weapons go though, she mostly uses whatever she can throw. Aside from that, she has retractable claws!

Junko: These claws come straight out of her nails! They can cut through flesh and bone with ease! Possibly more! And on top of this, she has a healing factor!

Kokonoe: Right. She has a healing factor that lets her heal from any type of external attack. This includes stab wounds, gunshots, and grenades. She's also stopped aging as she is forever 44 years old. This healing factor is also why she is s tall.

Junko: But she better be careful. If not, she might end up turning into this thing.

Kokonoe: This is her mutated form. In it, her strength is increased even more to the point she can break through the walls of her own castle. She can also fly and control a swarm of insects.

Ann: Though this form does bring us to her weaknesses.

Junko: Aside from her short temper of course. She kinda has no choice but to eat the flesh and bones of humans if she wants to keep her powers.

Kokonoe: And while her dragon form does increase her speed and strength, there is a limit to how much damage she can take. If she takes too much damage she becomes that mutated monster. Even more than that and she will finally be defeated.

Ann: Good luck with that though, because it takes a copious amount of firepower to get the job done.

Junko: There's a name fans love to give her, but let's just say she certainly is... a dominant force.
