Junko: A little short on time so we'll try and go over some of his feats as we go along. 

Dizzy: Tsukasa Kadoya is a hypocritical and self-righteous traveler who Narutaki often accuses, and sometimes even himself, as The Destroyer of Worlds. To accomplish this goal, he transforms into Kamen Rider Decade in order to restore his missing memories and bring balance to the Rider Multiverse.

Junko: The guy's a freakin' tank, being able to take on both Kamin Riders and Super Sentai alike! He's fought foes strong enough to destroy entire buildings or even entire planets! Even without transforming, he can go way faster than light and can even bisect a chain with a simple card!

Dizzy: Tsukasa is a balanced fighter who prefers close combat. Even without his Rider cards, Tsukasa has matched Yusuke as Kuuga Ultimate Form, defeating him in their final battle. He's a man who prefers t take hits rather than dodge them as he's been stabbed, blasted away, shot at, and survived massive explosions like they were nothing.

Akame: Decade is a great strategist, being very calculative, resourceful, and manipulative. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable about supernatural matters like the mirror world, timelines, and aliens. He's quick at infiltrating parallel worlds with limited information on those realities, which led him to solve many problems. He's also out-skilled several A.R. Riders in combat with ample training and experience fighting ancient, supernatural threats.

Junko:  An otherworldly human himself, Tsukasa can travel to different locations via Aurora Curtains, including parallel worlds. However, the downside is that he has to take some really crappy pictures in a world that's not his own. He can also able to travel to different periods of time using the Aurora Curtains, similar to the Den-Liner. With the plus side of not causing a time paradox or being unaffected by the changes in the timeline around him!

Dizzy: For his transformation device, he uses the Decadriver!

Junko: With this belt, he can become Kamen Rider Decade, giving him the speed and strength needed to take down any monster in his way! He also has Rider Cards which grant him the Nine World Powers!

Junko: Basically he can use cards to turn into previous Kamen Riders including taking on their additional forms and weaponry. Sure he can only turn into nine Rider's but that's fine considering just how powerful they are. There's Kamen Rider Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Hibiki, Blade, Kabuto, Den-O, and Kiva! He also got future cards later on

Akame: Not to mention he has plenty of weapons of his own, like his signature weapon, the 

Junko: Normally this thing's just an ordinary book made to hold all his cards, but it can also turn into a sword! And just like anything from RWBY, it's also a gun!

Akame: With it, he can perform attacks like the Dimension Slash, where he strikes with a highly-energized pixelated blade. Or the Dimension Blast, which fires a highly-energized, pixelated projectile.

Junko: There's also his signature Dimensional Kick which lets him do a really powerful flying side kick.

 Dizzy: His other weapons include his Decade Bazooka!

Junko: Seriously, why does everything in these shows look like plastic?

Dizzy: Regardless, it's extremely powerful, releasing an energy blast powerful enough to destroy almost anything in his path!

Akame: And finally there's his bike, the Machine Decader.

Junko: Because what kind of Rider is complete without one?!

Akame: Decade can use this motorcycle to drive through enemies. It can also change form depending on whoever is using it.

Junko: But even that's not as useful as the K-Touch! A small device that helps him go into his Complete Form!

Dizzy:  The Complete Form is the final form accessed via the K-Touch device by Decade, utilizing the powers of a group of Kamen Riders. This increases Decade's powers even further than they already were. 

Junko: It also lets him perform the devastating Final Dimensional Kick! Which just so happens to be more powerful than the regular one!

Dizzy: Still, he's not unstoppable.

Junko: Yeah he's kinda the type who takes attacks more often than he dodges. As stated before, he's pretty hypocritical and enough damage can revert him back to his base form. Hell, he's even been defeated and died in the past... only to come back to life since he can always come back so long as one person remembers him...

Dizzy: Such is the path of Kamen Rider Decade.

Decade: Justice, huh? I've seen a lot of types of justice, in a lot of different worlds.
