Dizzy: It's no secret that in the land of One Piece, the world government has always been corrupt in some way. Taking the freedom of others while punishing the pirates who go against them all the same. However, despite being one of the big powers, some pirates are too dangerous even for the government. These pirates are Yonko who serve as the strongest pirates in the world.

Junko: So what do you do to keep these incredibly powerful pirates from taking you over? Well, you fight fire with fire and bring in the third-world power... the Warlords of the Sea! Pirates working for the world government to combat other pirates! And among these pirates was a princess! The Princess of Amazon Lily and captain of the Kuja Pirates herself... the most beautiful woman in the world... Boa Hancock! Wow, you know that almost sounds like hand coc-

Dizzy: Anyway! Boa Hancock is defiantly a big member of the Warlords. After all, she was a member of the Kuja Pirates since she was a child... and in Amazon Lily, only the best can even go onboard the ship.

Junko: But even at that young age, tragedy has to strike somewhere. One day she and her two sisters, Marigold and Sandersonia, were abducted by the Government and treated as slaves. Luckily a Fishman came in and saved her and a bunch of others. Then she was rescued by three powerful retired pirates and returned to Amazon Lily to become their most powerful empress. And she's pretty strong too.

Dizzy: Like many One Piece characters, Boa Hancock is capable of taking down giants many times her own height... and she is not a small girl in the slightest. She's even destroyed the prototype Pacifista's with ease, and it took the entire Straw Hat Crew at the time to destroy just one of them! 

Akame: As the Kuja Pirates are known for saying strength equals beauty, it's widely known that Boa is as strong as she is beautiful. She's one of the three Warlords to have come out of the Whitebeard war unscathed and her own power was even compared to Doflamingo, another Warlord who can take down monsters the size of skyscrapers, destroy entire meteors, and turn his own kingdom into nothing but string. Boa herself is strong enough to take on the Blackbeard Pirates and Whitebeard Pirates on two separate occasions with the Blackbeard pirates being much stronger than the former. Regardless she took a lot of them down with ease while also going up against the marines.

Junko: But Boa isn't just strong. She's incredibly fast too!

Akame: She can easily blitz several marine admirals and New World Pirates before they can react. She is shown to be capable of turning people to stone in seconds and should be much faster than Pre-Timeskip Luffy, who has already shown impressive speed feats in his own right.

Junko: And while we're at it she's also incredibly durable, being able to take hits from a Fishman, who are strong enough to toss and throw entire buildings like it's nothing! Even as a child she survived harsh punishments as a slave and has once gone without food or sleep for several days! She's also taken a hit from Blackbeard, who right before this had blocked a strike strong enough to cut Boa's entire island in half! 

Dizzy: And even while in his grasp she refused to acknowledge him, tying right into her personality. 

Junko: Wrong pick again Dizzy.

Dizzy: I-I was in a rush! Anyway, aside from being an expert marksman and a great cook, Boa's also incredibly charismatic and is no amateur when it comes to using deception and trickery in order to get what she wants. She's also a master of seduction, capable of making both men and women alike fall for her charms.

Junko: Not including Luffy, who she ended up falling head over heels for. Man, why do the hot chicks always fall for the underdogs?

Dizzy: Plus, isn't Luffy like... 19 years old? And Boa's 31?

Akame: ... ... ...

Junko: ... ... ...

Dizzy: ... What?

Junko: Aren't you technically an 8-year-old princess dating a 30-year-old man with a son who's barely 3 years old and joining the military?

Dizzy: ... Fair point...

Akame: Moving on, as far as weapons are concerned Boa doesn't really have any. But like everyone in Amazon Lily, she does have her own snake in Salome.

Akame: However, unlike other snakes on the island, she doesn't use Salome as an arrow due to her large size. Instead, the snake is used as a throne or elevates Boa for better aim. Salome is also good at tracking opponents down, especially on the ocean floor.

Junko: Yeah, and she doesn't really need Salome to use as a weapon since Boa herself has Haki.

 Dizzy: Haki is a mysterious energy that allows the user to use their spiritual energy in many different ways. There are three different types of Haki and Boa is one of the few who can use all three.

Junko: The most important one is Conquerers Haki, which uses Boa's own willpower against her opponent, causing them to pass out or even knock them away from her. Though people with a strong enough willpower can resist its effects. The second is Armament Haki, which makes you harder than you already are!

Dizzy: *Ahem* What she means is that it coats parts of Boa's body in Haki for protection and to strengthen her attacks. She also has Observation Haki, which lets her dodge the attacks of others.

Akame: It would be noted that both of her sisters have been shown using Advanced Armament and Advanced Observation Haki. One lets you deal internal damage to your foes with your strikes and the other lets you see into the future to an extent. So it won't be too surprising if Boa could do the same.

Junko: But even without Haki, that's only one part of her power. The other... is her devil fruit! The Mero Mero No Mi!

Junko: Long story short, while as slaves, were force-fed Devil Fruits. While her sisters both got Snake-type Zoan Fruits, Boa got the Love-Love fruit. A Devil Fruit which allows her to turn her victims to stone! She does this using an attack called the Mero Mero Merrow!

Junko: Her signature technique where she forms a heart shape with her hands to fire a heart-shaped beam that applies her Devil Fruit's effects to anyone in range! Making her foes so hard they completely turn to stone! She can also turn them back whenever she wants and since her beauty turned her to stone, only she can urn them back. Meaning stealing her powers won't turn them back. It's a move that requires you to fall for her beauty and who wouldn't go hard for her massive... powerful...

Dizzy: Junko...

Junko: Kicks?!

Junko: That's right! Simply by using a technique called Perfume Femur, Boa can turn anyone into stone with her kicks alone without the need for them popping a boner! Though she doesn't turn them completely into stone... just the part that she made contact with. She has a stronger version that she used against Bullet's awakening that covered an entire island. While it didn't harm Bullet, the guy could still feel it.

Dizzy: Oh... that's what you meant...

Junko: What? You thought I was talking about her massive pair of-

Dizzy: Um-

Junko: Arrows?

Junko: Boa can create a giant heart and use it to fire a barrage of arrows down on her opponents! Just like Perfume Fermur, this doesn't require your love or her and only turns to stone the point of contact.

Dizzy: R-Right...

Junko: Oh and she has massive tits!

Dizzy: Ugh...

Akame: Still, she does have one move that doesn't turn you to stone... her Pistol Kiss.

Akame: Where she creates a smaller heart from her fingertip and fires it off like a bullet. she can fire several at a time and deal extra damage by infusing these love bullets with Haki, which is how they were able to deal damage on someone like Luffy.

Dizzy: But despite her Devil Fruit being this powerful, she does have some drawbacks.

Dizzy: Her biggest weakness would have to be her own pride and stubbornness. Aside from Luffy, she despises men and also isn't too fond of working with the world government. Because of this, it's pretty hard to get her to listen to reason unless it's Luffy who tells her what to do. 

Junko: Even at Marineford, while she did take on the Whitebeard Pirates, she couldn't help but attack the Marines too. Even though it was to help Luffy, she even admits she just really doesn't like the World Government. And she's never concerned about the consequences of her actions since she can just get away with it thanks to her beauty... she got away with it thanks to her beauty, didn't she?

Dizzy: Yep...

Akame: It should be noted that while there's evidence of her knowing advanced Armament and Observation Haki, there's nothing to support any use of Advanced Conqueors Haki, which allows you to hit an opponent without making physical contact. There is also no known evidence that Boa has awakened her Devil Fruit powers. And if she did, we don't know what she can do with it. Speaking of her Devil Fruit, it also makes her unable to swim. If she is engulfed in enough water, she can feel her body weaken, though weapons made of Sea Prism Stone, which nullify Devil Fruit powers, won't be enough to stop her.

Dizzy: Even while at her last breath, Boa refuses to give in. She refuses to look weak in front of others... why? Because she's beautiful.

Boa: No matter what I do, whether I kick a kitten, rip off your ears, or even kill people in cold blood... the world will forgive me! And that is because... I am beautiful!
